La Capinera In San vito

I had lunch at La Capinera just today and witnessed a rather unpleasant scene. A customer insulted, offended, and above all, disrespected the waitress. I was near this customer's table, I saw and heard everything. The waitress, exhausted by hearing her insults (for no reason), politely asked her to sit outside; she wasn't welcome. The truth is, I had a very good lunch: generous portions and everything fresh, very attentive and meticulous service. It's a shame there are people like "that customer" who managed to ruin my lunch. To you, the staff at La Capinera, keep up the good work, always with your heads held high! I recommend this restaurant, while I ask the famous customer to take a crash course in good manners and respect for others.

While on vacation in San Vito, we ate dinner at La Capinera every day for almost a week. The restaurant was very nice, and the waitress who took our order was really good (and very friendly). She recommended the fregola primavera, while my husband recommended the bavette al nero. We were very satisfied. The local wine was very good. We recommend the restaurant!

A very nice restaurant, with a beautifully appointed outdoor dining area. It's a wonderful place to be! The menu is extensive, and we had two squid ink bavette pasta, two fregola primavera pasta, and two malloreddus alla capidanese pasta. Everything was delicious. The staff (Silvia deserves a mention) were very helpful and very fast. Congratulations, I recommend this restaurant.

After almost three years, we returned to San Vito on holiday. Our stop was for lunch at the La Capinera restaurant. We had a great time again. The fresh sea bass was delicious. The service was very friendly, fast, and helpful. We'll be staying here for several days. We'll be back to enjoy the pizza too.

A simple and welcoming trattoria. Overall, we had a more than decent meal: the malloreddus with sheep's milk ragù were good, but the Campidanese-style ones were less so. I expected more from the mixed pecorino cheeses, but the roasted cheese was good. The sweet ravioli were a bit undercooked (white pasta and not fried enough), but they tasted good. Excellent bread and a good bottle of Cannonau. Efficient and courteous service. Moderate prices.
