05/12/2025: Wide selection of dishes, many frozen ingredients, but served with care and attention to detail. A delicious lunch break with a sea view. Friendly and multi-ethnic staff.

02/12/2025: Atmosphere: In summer, the place is divided into an inside (restaurant) and an outside pizzeria. We were outside: too many tables for the space, and a constant stream of waiters brushing past customers at their tables. Service: Unfriendly staff, seemingly rude and pompous. The girl checking reservations responds inappropriately and laughs in the customers' faces. The waiter who took our order scolded us for the way we were following our orders, then in fact lost the beers, which we had to reorder after we finished our pizza. Otherwise, the dishes arrive quickly. Food: The pizzas were overcooked and burnt, the pizza dough was excessively tasteless. I had a seafood platter (€15). For a place that has a restaurant, I would have expected mussels and clams in their shells, and a whole shrimp... but instead, the products were shelled and small, so I'm guessing that's where they came from. Anyway, the pizza was very topped, the mozzarella was good, but overall the pizza was a disappointment. The place isn't satisfying, and you won't leave satisfied. I don't recommend it.

28/09/2025: The staff is friendly, but the service quality is lacking. The food is good, the portions are average. Recommended only if you're not too hungry: five of us sat down at 9:00 PM, with no table to serve after us, so we ordered a platter and two salads. The food arrived, excessively staggered, at 10:00 PM.

05/08/2025: Excellent restaurant. Typical Sardinian cuisine, especially from Cagliari. The staff is friendly and courteous, attentive but never intrusive. The food is truly exceptional, expertly prepared using the freshest ingredients. The atmosphere is casual, elegant yet understated, making it suitable for business meetings or social gatherings.

27/10/2025: Beautiful property with delicious food and excellent staff. I was there at the beginning of the month with a group from all over the world. All the staff I encountered were very attentive and polite, especially Bruno at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, Simone & Chiara by the pool area and Andrea driving the shuttle to the beach.

08/09/2025: If you want to impress with excellent artisanal gelato in Cagliari, come here—you won't regret it. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take a photo of my Malaga cone, so ecstatic was I about its deliciousness. My heartfelt congratulations.

25/09/2025: I'm a tourist passing through; for a beer and 1/2 liter of water, I paid €6.10. The €4 beer is fine, but the €1.50 water, in a random, unsealed bottle, is not. Finally, 60 cents for service: I've often paid cover charge in restaurants, but being served at a bare table on the street is the first time I've ever experienced it, and I'm quite old!

From the appetizers to the pizzas to the desserts, the service and quality were impeccable. I loved my red, white, and green pizza—delicate, fragrant, and delicious. Excellent service with qualified and trained staff, impeccable place with maximum cleanliness and order, exceptional dishes, we love their pizzas with unique and never banal flavors, as well as their digestives.

21/10/2025: I can't help but write this review to express my disappointment at the shameful treatment we received at the pizzeria "Lo Zodiaco" in Cagliari. We booked for 9:00 PM, but the lady on the phone, in an arrogant and annoyed tone, imposed that the latest time for reservations was 8:30 PM. We arrived promptly, and the same lady greeted us with unjustified anger, accusing us of not having confirmed whether we wanted an inside or outside table. But beware, it was she who told us the table would be inside, and that the outside was only available if the weather was good! Once we were seated, the service was embarrassing: no one approached us to even ask "What are you drinking?", while the owner enjoyed exchanging jokes with everyone at the table except ours. When the waiter finally came to take our order, he had the audacity to make unpleasant jokes about one of our fellow diners' pizza preferences. A reputable restaurant never judges its customers' tastes, but here we were treated like poor "beggars" who had no right to choose what to eat, even though the menu allowed additions. The drinks? Obviously wrong. The pizza, fortunately, was very good, but that doesn't justify such disastrous service. And to top it off, while we were eating, people were arriving well after 8:30 PM, the "maximum" time for reservations. The icing on the cake: at 11:00 PM, while we were paying, we found ourselves with a newly seated table of at least 15 people! So, the rules only applied to us? Not only did they not ask us if we wanted a dessert or a liqueur, but we were practically ignored throughout the entire dinner. After such treatment, we stood up, paid, and left, quite annoyed. If this is the kind of welcome Cagliari wants to offer tourists, then the owners should reconsider their profession. A restaurant that treats its customers like we do doesn't deserve to survive. If they can't manage a pizzeria with a minimum of decency and professionalism, they'd do well to change careers.

19/10/2025: A place in the center of Cagliari that's run in the worst possible way. Zodiaco has a gorgeous courtyard and the pizzas are good, but that doesn't make up for the rudeness and total lack of attention from the lady who runs it. I made a reservation on Thursday for Saturday evening, asking for a table outside if possible. The lady on the phone said they would reserve a table inside, but if the weather was good, they would put us outside. I asked if it was possible to reserve for 9:00 PM, and in an annoyed tone, the lady replied that the latest time for reservations is 8:30 PM. I should point out that for the occasion, I wanted to take a friend who lives abroad to a place I thought was good, as well as celebrate a friend's birthday. Upon arrival, I assume the same person I spoke to on the phone greeted us, accusing us of not having confirmed whether we wanted to sit inside or outside. We tried to clarify, since she didn't tell me on the phone that we should confirm, but simply that weather permitting, she'd seat us outside. She accused us again of fighting her "four against one." From there, we realized that responding would be pointless given the attitude of the person in front of us, and the atmosphere became tense. Sitting outside, for over half an hour, no one deigned to even come over to ask if we wanted water. We tried calling the waiters several times, but they ignored us as if we were invisible and as if they'd been asked. Only after a long wait did one of them, kind and helpful, approach us and tell us they were waiting for the seventh person we'd reserved for, and we were finally able to explain that they wouldn't be coming. We ordered and ate a good pizza, but no one came back to ask if we wanted dessert or coffee, while they were arriving at the other tables. A lack of attention so marked it seemed intentional. Obviously, we decided to leave (and never set foot in there again). A courtyard that could be a strong point becomes a sad backdrop for service that makes it perfectly understandable why, on a Saturday night, the place was half empty. I note that other reviews also mentioned similar issues. Never again!

29/10/2025: According to reviews I could see in august when there are a lot of tourists the food and atmosphere was awesome but now in October we were the only guests. The pasta was average, our waiter was very kind but the overall experience is I wouldnt come back there in October. I would though try in the high season.

08/11/2025: The food is exceptional, the service is impeccable, and Pasquale (the host) is the best restaurateur you'll ever meet. Finding him back in his restaurant after so many years at Tanka Village, preparing his legendary sorbets and crepes Suzette and entertaining his customers was like stepping back in time. Congratulations! 👏
