07/06/2025: Che dire... I gelati artigianali sono una vera delizia, ma non è tutto: ci sono anche crepes, waffle, taglieri e ottimi drink. Vado spesso con i miei amici e ormai ci sentiamo come a casa. Il personale è sempre amichevole, cordiale e disponibile. Un locale accogliente dove trascorrere momenti piacevoli. Stra consigliato a tutti!

An extraordinary place, worth preserving because it's rare these days to find such a level of excellence at such reasonable prices. My only suggestion, and really, a wish: don't change. 05/10/2025: I went for the first time this evening with friends. It was a wonderful surprise. The food is delicious, with typical local dishes and traditional Cagliari dishes. The staff is professional, speaks other languages, and is attentive. I can only recommend it, and we will definitely be back to try other dishes. A well-deserved 5 stars.

15/10/2025: An absolute insider tip, the waitress's recommendation won us over. The calimari fritti were perfectly seasoned 👌 The starter is enough for two people, as the pizzas were rather large. The service was very friendly and attentive. My only complaint to the restaurant owner: please get a pepper mill. This would make it look more authentic 🤌

16/10/2025: The best restaurant of our 12-day vacation on Costa Rei. Prices were reasonable, better than in Costa Rei itself. The coperto, starters, and main courses were very good. The filet of manzo was plentiful and perfect.

16/10/2025: What can I say: La Quercia is an absolute guarantee. With the weather having improved dramatically, we recently went with friends and had a delicious and generous mixed seafood appetizer, including a spaghetti alle vongole that was truly worth it. Let's not even talk about the desserts, which not only remind me of my old days (20 years ago), but they still have the same authentic flavor, especially the Bavarian cream and the semifreddo. The absolute confirmation of this is when the bill arrives, which is always unparalleled in its honesty.

19/07/2025: A DREAM you never want to wake up from... a magical place where the staff is always ready to meet your every need with extreme courtesy and professionalism. Valentina at CABANA BIANCA and Chiara at the POOL BAR, in particular, made our days even more special. The elegance and comfort of the rooms, and the variety and quality of the food, certainly contributed to making this holiday unforgettable.

20/09/2025: Excellent pizza and burgers! The latter are served with freshly baked bread. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. The wait times are much shorter than those you'd expect at similar restaurants, and I think this is due to the excellent organization. Great Mirko!!!

11/10/2025: A very rich and complete breakfast. We ordered two types of breakfast, one with a balcony, fried egg, and sausage, and the other with a finger-licking tuna sauce. The service was very friendly and fast. I would recommend it.

12/10/2025: A friendly restaurant with excellent food. We visited twice: the first time we ordered two courses, the second time we ordered the "gigante" pizzas—they are truly enormous, delicious, and very reasonably priced. The multi-course meal was also authentic and a delight. The price for ordering multiple courses was also reasonable, especially compared to the more touristy restaurants in the center of Villasimius. The fact that locals eat at Santa Maria speaks volumes. Our dog was also welcome. Advance reservations are recommended. It gets very busy right away when it opens, but things relax later in the evening. Highly recommended!

05/05/2025: Con il mio compagno son sempre andata in questo locale per anniversari e compleanni,una coccola che ci concediamo in un locale speciale,dove tutto viene cucito con amore e maestria.La pasta fresca è strabiliante,non può essere descritta ma solo,assaporata,così come i dolci favolosi e gli abbinamenti particolari ed esaltanti!

04/05/2025: Frequentiamo questo ristorante da quando aprì, oramai 10 anni fa. Come dico nel titolo, mai banali… mai banali perché dietro ogni portata c’è attenzione nella scelta degli ingredienti e studio approfondito su come abbinarli, su quale sia il condimento più appropriato, fino ad arrivare all’impiattamento, fatto con cura e maestria. E l’attenzione si vede anche nella scelta di portate equilibrate, che ti permettono di arrivare alla fine di una degustazione di altissimo livello senza dover “faticare”. Ieri il menù degustazione prevedeva una tartare di manzo arricchita con la cipolla margherita, un tortello ripieno di mais condito con una bisque di crostacei e, come secondo, un’alternativa fra del baccalà condito con beurre blanc o del capocollo di maiale brasato accompagnato da delle bietole, con un dolce finale. Abbiamo assaggiato entrambe le alternative (mi riferisco ai secondi) e, come sempre, tutto era buonissimo, accompagnato da un ottimo vino della Borgogna, che abbiamo potuto scegliere fra numerose proposte di etichette di qualità. Non ultimo, il menù degustazione proposto ha un prezzo estremamente conveniente, difficilmente lo si trova altrove per menù equivalenti per livello e qualità. Infine, è importante ricordare la cortesia e la competenza dei titolari e del personale in sala, sempre attenti a descrivere le pietanze, a suggerire un vino in abbinamento o semplicemente a scambiare due battute cortesi con i clienti.

05/10/2025: Well-located hotel The staff is very pleasant and polite, especially the breakfast server. A small balcony would have been welcome.

29/09/2025: A high price for a standard, old-fashioned, but charmless city-center hotel. Staff unfriendly, jaded, and unmotivated. The terrace is unusable in the evening due to an extremely noisy outdoor fan. Disappointing value for money.

11/10/2025: I have never eaten such a large beef steak and cooked to perfection (very tasty) and highly recommended👍
