03/09/2025: We visited the bar/restaurant because we thought they grilled a fish throughout the day. Unfortunately, they only do it in the evenings and only with a reservation. That left us with just a small selection of dishes to choose from, which I would describe as fast-food quality. Okay to eat, not particularly good or bad, and the price is, let’s say, reasonable for what you get. What I can praise is the view and the location. Otherwise, the place is furnished with plastic chairs and tables, so I definitely wouldn’t go back.
19/08/2025: Lovely place. We had a wonderful meal, both meat and fish. The salads were excellent. The owner was very kind, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommended!

12/10/2025: Upon entering, we felt like we were intruding. There was no one at the counter, and the blonde bartender served us two Crodinos in different glasses without any manners. When we approached the register to pay, the same bartender practically snatched the money out of my hand, without giving us a receipt or even acknowledging our goodbye.
It's obvious we'll never see that bar again, and we can only advise against it every time we pass by.
22/09/2025: I was staying in Castelsardo with some friends, and they recommended this place, not far from where we were staying. Given the short distance, we tried everything from aperitivo to a typical Sardinian dinner on Sundays, all at a very reasonable price. Impeccable service and a top-notch bartender! Highly recommended!

16/11/2025: An ideal place to spend an evening with friends. Excellent service, friendly staff. The place can be noisy when there are a lot of people at the tables, so guests should be asked to lower their voices.
01/11/2025: Tonight we ate at the Montecristo restaurant. The food was good, but without any particular flair or dishes that truly stood out. Considering that we spent €53 each, I'd say it wasn't a good value. Overall, a decent experience, but too expensive for what we ate. For that price, I think you could choose somewhere else with a more varied menu, perhaps even fish, whereas here the menu consisted mainly of meat or meat-based dishes, vegetables, or pizza.
The staff's courtesy, however, is commendable: they removed a dish that one of our guests didn't like from the bill, and we were offered a round of digestives.

30/11/2025: There were five of us, only three of us were supposed to order.
One of the two who wasn't supposed to order got up from the chair he'd borrowed from another table, while the other remained seated. The waitress said sarcastically, "Should I take your chair away?"
The rudeness shown to us customers for occupying an extra chair is completely inconceivable;
1 star for everything because the Christmas decorations aren't bad.
24/11/2025: We sat down for an aperitif. I asked for two bitter Campari ice and orange and they brought me two Sanbitter, due to the fact that the guys who work don't know the products they sell.

We were excited about eating some seafood. The antipasto of cozze alla marinara was good. Then, we ordered 1 portion of fish ravioli to share. The dish lacked flavor entirely and the ravioli were definitely not fresh or cooked well. Not only that, they charged us for 2 portions when we asked for one. The grilled calamari was good.

27/10/2025: Everything was good. But my steak was too touristy for me, and it was very tender but tasted burnt. The fried calamari was average.
The myrtle tiramisu was excellent and unforgettable. I'll have to come back to try the first courses. They smelled and looked great.
24/10/2025: Everything was top-notch—food, portions, service! Negative comments are incomprehensible.

30/09/2025: “I ordered the fried seafood: the small fish were acceptable, but the larger ones were all rancid, with a taste reminiscent of detergent. This means the fish wasn't fresh, and that's unacceptable in a restaurant. Really disappointing, even though the staff was very friendly.”
26/09/2025: We ordered a pizza to take away, but it had nothing to do with a pizza; the base was more like a tarte flambée. We had no idea that such bad pizza could be found in Italy.

08/10/2025: There were 9 of us: 4 adults, 5 teenagers/children.
The food was okay (depending on what you ordered, it was also good), and the atmosphere in the restaurant was okay.
The service - well...
One child only wanted to order a side salad or a portion of fries (which is available on the menu).
The staff then got rude and demanded that we order a set menu.
This was despite the fact that we hadn't "just" ordered pizza, but entire menus with appetizers and expensive wine.
The restaurant should be more accommodating...
With a "Servizio & Coperto" charge of €2.50 per cover, you're already paying for the service.

27/09/2025: Very friendly staff, great view even with the road in between. Large portions. My filet mignon with manzo grogonzola was very tender and the sauce was perfect.
21/09/2025: The beach is amazing, the terrace very nice, but you can feel, that they do not need you as a customer as they have the prime spot in town. The service lets you wait a properly long time and prices are as expected for the spot. The food was good but not outstanding.

25/09/2025: Sensational dishes, especially fish and seafood. The thick-crust pizza is also excellent and not to be missed.
Reservations are recommended, as the restaurant is in high demand.
Great atmosphere thanks to the family business.

01/11/2025: Unfortunately, the pizza really isn't very good. The dough was hard to digest.
29/10/2025: Extremely disappointed. The wait for our food was far too long—an hour and a half—but what was worse was the timing. Two pasta dishes were served 20 minutes before our two pizzas, so our children ate 20 minutes after us! A disgrace! As compensation, they offered a €4 discount! It's pathetic.
The pizzas were bland!
Avoid at all costs!

20/10/2025: A must-see for anyone passing through or staying in Santa Teresa. The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is excellent!!! Marco Augusto and his team pamper you with their delicious and unique cuisine. Not to be missed!!! We felt right at home. We can't wait to see you guys again.
