11/10/2025: Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience here. We were excited about eating some seafood. The antipasto of cozze alla marinara was good. Then, we ordered 1 portion of fish ravioli to share. The dish lacked flavor entirely and the ravioli were definitely not fresh or cooked well. Not only that, they charged us for 2 portions when we asked for one. The grilled calamari was good.

30/11/2025: We went to Il Carillon for a birthday party. Mr. Nino is a true host with 52 years of experience as a chef, which shows in his succulent dishes. He pampers his guests, making them feel truly at home. Thanks also to Liana, who carefully contributes to every dish in the kitchen... And thanks also to Alessandro, who completes the local offering. Highly recommended for all ages... Mr. Nino, thank you so much ❤️

06/10/2025: The restaurant is very spacious and offers an equally varied menu. The service is very friendly and prompt. It's worth it for a family evening, but it's certainly not exceptional. It was a quiet Saturday at the end of the season, but I have the feeling that when the restaurant is full, the food is a bit slow.

05/10/2025: Very disappointing – absolutely not recommended! We were really looking forward to our visit, but were sorely disappointed. The pizza was only lukewarm, the seafood was even cold, and the taste was nowhere near what you'd expect in a restaurant. While the service was friendly, it unfortunately couldn't salvage the overall poor impression. On the beach, we were approached by an employee who highly recommended the restaurant. We were told there was a great playground for children – that was one of the main reasons we went. However, the reality was quite different: an old, rusty slide and a small plastic playhouse that looked like it had seen better days. Definitely not a nice or safe place for children to play. The price-performance ratio is completely off, and the quality of the food doesn't live up to the promises. A real shame – we expected much more. I want to explicitly warn other families: Don't be fooled by the glowing descriptions on the beach. There are many better restaurants in the area where you can get really good food and a pleasant stay.

28/12/2025: Pizza and water 4.10, terrible service, Tipa Grassotella seemed to be doing you a favor, I'm talking about yesterday morning around 10. Really absurd, thank goodness the other girl was a little nicer. Poor quality.

22/05/2026: I ordered Sardinian ravioli for €10. There were six on the plate, and they were completely tasteless—it was a rip-off. The tomato sauce was equally tasteless; I might as well have bought canned and reheated it—it would have been the same! I understand why the restaurant was practically empty... Absolutely avoid this place!

05/05/2026: Dissatisfied with the service. We didn't end up getting our coffee in the end, which we ordered several times. Food was pretty decent and so are the prices.

27/04/2026: As soon as you enter, you feel pampered and comfortable in an extremely elegant, natural, and youthful space. Kudos to the attentive, always very human and personal service. Highly recommended for the flavorful dishes, faithful to tradition, and with a touch of craftsmanship that flows from the kitchen to the dishes. Wonderful place, clean and attentive, always customer-focused. Top marks for the staff, and I recommend everyone to experience the cave and the restaurant. For lovers of good food and nature, I highly recommend this visit.

23/08/2025: The two bartenders (Elisabetta and Michela) are exceptional, even with strangers! They make you feel at home.

08/08/2025: Since we're at a roadside kiosk, I have to say that perhaps the prices are a bit exaggerated, we stopped just for a drink, the service, given that the place wasn't full, could have been a little quicker.

13/05/2026: I start from the assumption that I often frequent this place, and the experience has always been pleasant, unfortunately I can't say the same about today, a day in which a waiter, whose name I think was Cristian, behaved in an unprofessional and rude manner, making rude and inappropriate jokes, making us feel uncomfortable from the beginning to the end of the drink.

02/05/2026: A casual spot to enjoy a delicious sandwich just steps from Alghero's historic center. The staff is incredibly friendly!

06/06/2026: The best dinner of the holiday! A terrace right on the sea, the freshest fish, divinely prepared! The welcome and warmth of the staff were exquisite. No waiting, no reservations. Fair prices. Highly recommended.

16/10/2025: The food is of the highest quality, when you enter you really feel like you are in Morocco! It offers all the typical Moroccan and Italian dishes, truly exceptional, try it and believe it! I highly recommend it! Impeccable service, right in the historic center, fast and precise.

11/07/2025: I had delicious couscous and tajine with plums. Lots of side dishes and incredible mint tea. The service was excellent and the staff were very kind! Delicious food.
