The food and cocktails were excellent, but above all, the staff were friendly and helpful, starting with Antonio, the owner, with whom I chatted a lot, and the entire team behind the bar and at the tables: Yadira, Annalisa, Nadia, Marta, and Viviana. 23/09/2025: Perhaps the ambiance puts many people off. It's not a traditional restaurant. But the food is delicious. Cooked with love. The pizza is delicious. We've had spaghetti with mussels, carbonara, and sometimes the eggplant. It was always delicious. And friendly.

30/10/2025: October 30th, off-season. It's nice to find an open restaurant in a prime location. However, it doesn't make much sense when, as a customer, you can clearly see that the kitchen should really be closed. I order a glass of red wine. Not only is it straight from the fridge, but there's also only 0.1 liters in the slightly dirty glass. When I ask if it's available at the usual temperature for red wine, I'm told that it's only available in full bottles. Oh well, I'll just drink the small sip chilled, no big deal. Whatever possessed me, I order linguine de mare, because the waiter assured me that everything was fresh. What I was served was a plate of finely chopped stuff that had clearly come from a 5kg bag of frozen food. My side salad was supposed to be a nice, simple tomato and onion salad. What arrived was a quartered tomato and an onion carelessly thrown on top. No dressing. I didn't eat any of it, so I had plenty of time afterward to write my most detailed review ever. It's a shame, because so far I've only experienced the best of Italian cuisine, especially when it comes to simple dishes. I would be happy if this review wasn't deleted, but rather seen as a suggestion.

24/08/2025: We were amazed by the place. It's in a great location by the port and is beautiful. The terrace tables are very charming, full of greenery and lights that make the place magical. The service is excellent. We recommend it 100%.

19/08/2025: We've been to Sintonia twice and had a wonderful experience, both with the hospitality, the service, and the food. I highly recommend the pizzottelle dish.

27/09/2025: I apologize for the elevator, I didn't know, but I only described what I saw, as a tourist, not as a local, I wanted to pay with the POS, I was told that I had to go down the stairs, so I preferred to pay cash.... and arriving a little earlier the blue parking spaces are paid

30/01/2026: The staff were extremely kind and attentive. The only major flaw was the food. We ordered the mussel soup (the accompanying sauce was excellent, but the mussels were probably overcooked) and then the trio of appetizers. We were speechless; we weren't happy with any of the dishes; they were tasteless, and some were truly absurd for the price (crackers with 2 or 3 mussels on top, also "dry," and freshly chopped tomatoes). I'm sorry, but we were expecting much, much more. It's a shame, but nothing was good. It's a shame everything else was exceptional.

07/01/2026: Nice place, but... Mussels cooked at noon and reheated in the evening. Raw fish sent back to the kitchen. I owned a restaurant in Sardinia for 30 years and I know what I'm talking about. But the sad thing is that they keep saying I'm wrong, pitiful. Highly recommended. The bill was €62. A: Your response is just a gratuitous insult. The fact is that you mock "tourists" and certainly don't do justice to my wonderful Sardinia. Fresh fish is presented on a tray so the customer can choose, otherwise it's frozen. The mustela you served was raw inside and mushy on the outside, anything but fresh. The banal Arborea mussels were left over from midday, reheated and served, practically chewing gum. You even have the nerve to reply, shame on you. 2 glasses of white wine 1 mustela, approximately 250 grams, sent back to cook 1 plate of rubbery mussels €62.

04/01/2026: Overall, the food isn't bad, but it's not great either. I offer affordable menus.

03/01/2026: We entered confident of eating well, but without pretension. We chose a tourist menu and ate with gusto, exactly as we had imagined: spaghetti with clams, a perfect pass, and impeccable fried calamari.
