29/12/2025: I recently ordered a Capricciosa pizza, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The pizza arrived practically inedible: the mushrooms and artichokes were completely dry and flavorless, giving the impression of having been stale or left over for several days. The quality of the ingredients absolutely doesn't justify the price. I hate to write a negative review, but when you order a pizza, you expect at least fresh and well-prepared ingredients.

The goal of anyone working in this industry should be to make customers feel comfortable, not embarrass them, especially after they apologize.
