15/03/2026: For an appetizer of sausage, ham, and some olives, a portion of wild boar with potatoes, water, and 1/2 liter of house wine! 35 euros per person! Too much! The location is old and needs updating, the service is mediocre. I don't think I'll return.

18/02/2026: I happened upon it for lunch and I have to say I had a very good meal. The place is dated, but neat and clean, and offers a wide variety of seafood and meat options. All the staff were very friendly.

22/01/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant, located on the first floor of a hotel. The menu looked interesting, the pasta dishes were passable, but the pork and sausage were reheated, dry, and tough. The staff were unsympathetic. The only interesting thing was the wine list.

30/01/2026: The staff were extremely kind and attentive. The only major flaw was the food. We ordered the mussel soup (the accompanying sauce was excellent, but the mussels were probably overcooked) and then the trio of appetizers. We were speechless; we weren't happy with any of the dishes; they were tasteless, and some were truly absurd for the price (crackers with 2 or 3 mussels on top, also "dry," and freshly chopped tomatoes). I'm sorry, but we were expecting much, much more. It's a shame, but nothing was good. It's a shame everything else was exceptional.

07/01/2026: Nice place, but... Mussels cooked at noon and reheated in the evening. Raw fish sent back to the kitchen. I owned a restaurant in Sardinia for 30 years and I know what I'm talking about. But the sad thing is that they keep saying I'm wrong, pitiful. Highly recommended. The bill was €62. A: Your response is just a gratuitous insult. The fact is that you mock "tourists" and certainly don't do justice to my wonderful Sardinia. Fresh fish is presented on a tray so the customer can choose, otherwise it's frozen. The mustela you served was raw inside and mushy on the outside, anything but fresh. The banal Arborea mussels were left over from midday, reheated and served, practically chewing gum. You even have the nerve to reply, shame on you. 2 glasses of white wine 1 mustela, approximately 250 grams, sent back to cook 1 plate of rubbery mussels €62.

27/01/2026: I used to go there in the '80s, as a kid, when the neon sign still changed colors. I recognized Ottavio; he, rightfully, didn't recognize me. The pizza is as always, incredible! Light and crispy, just the way I like it. The staff at the counter and the waiter are incredibly kind and do everything they can to accommodate your needs (the calamari dish, which wasn't on the menu, was finger-licking delicious!). I remember the paintings of the Sartiglia hanging on the walls, but the restyling I found was truly captivating! Well done, well done, well done!

The food and cocktails were excellent, but above all, the staff were friendly and helpful, starting with Antonio, the owner, with whom I chatted a lot, and the entire team behind the bar and at the tables: Yadira, Annalisa, Nadia, Marta, and Viviana. 04/10/2025: Last night I had the pleasure and honor of attending a wedding at the Sa Pintadera farmhouse in Assemini, and I can say with absolute certainty that it was an extraordinary experience in every way. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed into a warm, authentic, and familiar atmosphere that immediately made you feel at home. The rural setting is meticulously maintained: nature, tradition, and serenity blend seamlessly, providing a sense of peace rarely found elsewhere. The location is spectacular, ideal for important events like weddings, but also for a romantic dinner or a family day out. But let's get to the real star of the evening: the food. We ate like a god. There are no other words to describe the gastronomic experience we were treated to. A triumph of authentic flavors, abundant and prepared with a mastery that speaks of a love for the land and for Sardinian cuisine. The appetizers were endless, rich, varied, and delicious; The first courses were mouth-watering, with fresh homemade pasta and perfectly balanced toppings. The second courses were an explosion of flavor—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and tender meats, accompanied by generous, well-prepared side dishes. And all this was accompanied by a truly excellent house wine, which enhanced every course. The service also deserves an honorable mention: the staff was impeccable, professional yet smiling, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Despite the large number of guests, each table was served punctually and with care. Perfect organization, worthy of a grand event. The dessert was the icing on the cake—literally! An exquisite wedding cake!! In conclusion, Sa Pintadera is more than just an agriturismo: it's an experience that will remain in your heart. Thank you so much for making this wedding so special.
