23/07/2024: La tenuta Pilastru ammalia i suoi ospiti con le sue eleganti costruzioni in stile rustico immerse nel verde e circondate da un panorama mozzafiato. Sin dall’ingresso nella tenuta, osservando l’arredamento, si ha immediatamente la sensazione di raffinatezza ed attenzione ai dettagli. Il personale ha modi cortesi ed affabili e svolge i propri compiti celermente e con grande professionalità. Il menù fisso apre le danze con affettati e formaggi molto gustosi, con una serie di verdure preparate in vario modo e l’immancabile mazza frissa. Come primi piatti ci han servito la tradizionale zuppa gallurese ed una fregola con ragù di carne. Sapori autentici, fedeli alle ricette della tradizione, così come il porcetto con patate e foglie di mirto, la cui carne era molto tenera e succulenta. Buoni anche i dolcetti tipici e le seadas che, ancora una volta, hanno evidenziato le qualità delle materie prime usate in cucina. Il costo della cena è superiore alla media ma ritengo sia giusto per quanto offerto.

21/08/2024: Good evening....I ordered 4 pizzas by the slice and I think it will be the first and last time.........raw fior di latte dough absent and moreover chewy......I strongly advise against.... I've never eaten such a bad pizza by the slice......good job.

30/09/2024: Sé que este restaurante tiene una buena reputación pero esta noche fue un desastre total. Antes de tomar una mesa pregunté y me tranquilizó que tenían el pescado que quería, luego me dijeron que no lo tenían y habían preparado otro. Como estaba celebrando nuestro aniversario de bodas con mi marido y no quería hacer un escándalo dije que estaba bien. Llegó, un besugo asado entero, y decliné la oferta de los camareros para prepararlo. Después de vivir en Cerdeña durante casi cuarenta años estoy bien acostumbrado a hacerlo yo mismo. Lamentablemente encontré que el pescado no había sido limpiado, el interior todavía estaba en él. Algo que nunca me había pasado antes. Personalmente no me gusta encontrar las tripas todavía en el pescado y nunca he estado en ningún otro restaurante en Cerdeña que lo haga. Sin embargo, la camarera me aseguró que en Cagliari es lo que se hace. . . . . después de haber cenado en numerosos restaurantes en Cagliari sé que eso no es cierto. Así que cuidado, si te gusta encontrar tripas de pescado en tu plato ¡ese es el lugar para ir!

07/11/2024: Veramente il miglior ristorante della zona e non solo. Ottima cena, oltre alla qualità del cibo e del vino, lo staff è molto gentile e la location è all' altezza. Tornerò di sicuro

04/11/2024: Eccezionali - attualmente il miglior ristorante di pesce di cagliari e dintorni . Il conto è proporzionale alla qualità di ciò che offrono . Sono seri e professionali e la qualità è necessario abituarsi a pagarla . Gli antipasti , a partire dai gamberi , non solo per dimensione ma per qualità freschezza e gusto , gli scampi , le arselle , la bottarga , sono di elevata qualità . Semplicemente scelgono quale target chi nn ama sorprese e vuol garantirsi certezze qualitative ed al palato .

21/09/2024: We stopped by chance on our way back from the sea and we wanted to try the spit-roasted pork and the Gallura soup prepared directly by them: the end of the world; fresh and well-prepared products, at an average cost. We also wanted to try the sausages, also prepared by them, and the cheeses they stock, whose flavors and freshness we appreciated.

12/09/2024: I had the opportunity to try the roast suckling pig. I must congratulate it, it was excellent, cooked just right and salted properly. PS. For the negative review regarding the same product: those who are used to eating polenta and rabbit should refrain from tasting regional specialties, in this case Sardinian ones.

20/09/2024: Among the many renowned restaurants on the coast where I tasted my favorite dish - spaghetti with clams and bottarga - the sporting pub is by far the best. A phenomenal dish. The service is excellent: fast, polite, accurate. The prices are negligible compared to the high quality of the food offered. No wonder the place was fully booked! Congratulations to everyone, I will return every time I am in Sardinia.

I asked the staff if today it was better to have fish or steak Having worked in the kitchen, I know that asking this means placing trust in the fact that as a customer I would have been advised the best. "The meat today is beautiful" he told me. I trust it and I take it, it's a shame that I was brought a steak defrosted in the microwave and therefore cooked in some places (dry and rubbery as only the microwave can do) and rare in other places... I felt cheated I won't be coming back again

26/10/2024: Not knowing him, we entered somewhat by chance. We opted for the à la carte option. The starters (burrata and seafood salad) were excellent, as were the first courses taken by the children (especially the spaghetti with clams and bottarga). We also ate some delicious grilled cuttlefish and a decent mixed fry. The homemade tiramisu was really appreciated and prepared to perfection. The service was professional and never intrusive. The price was also very correct. What can I say... I recommend it without doubt

17/10/2024: Came here in 2019… 3 times in the same week: Best restaurant in San Teodoro. Came back now with some friends telling them it was the best place to eat, felt embarrassed and left disappointed, the pizza dough wasn’t cooked, flavours were okay, very very average now.

07/10/2024: It's the first time we went to them, we had a great time and we returned the following evening, abundant dishes and very good food. excellent service, everyone was very kind. little wait even if the place is full.

29/12/2024: Pizza inacquata, peggio del mare. Avevo ordinato una pizza con prosciutto crudo e mozzarella, mi è arrivata una pizza rossa con prosciutto, senza mozzarella. La dimensione era abbastanza piccola della pizza, nn era speciale anzi. Si poteva definire una "brodaglia". Il gelato a mio parere costa tanto per Niente

13/10/2024: My wife and I have had the most wonderful time in Piscina Rei and would like to thank the staff and owners of the Pink Lady restaurant who served some of the most wonderful Sardinian dishes I've tasted in the years I've been coming to Piscina Rei. If you're looking for a relaxing atmosphere and very friendly staff then the Pink Lady restaurant is a must. It's family friendly and they go over and above to please you. The fish stew is a must, enjoy!!!

03/10/2024: It's a shame I can't give 0 stars. We were at the campsite, which is very nice by the way, 26 euros for 2 people, totally OK, then wanted to go out for dinner in the evening, which unfortunately turned into a nightmare. At 6:00 p.m. they told us in half an hour, 6:30 p.m. then in half an hour 7:00 p.m.!!! They open in half an hour but inside! They don't have any more space but we can sit outside. !!! No thanks, that's it, you don't need to be treated like that in a restaurant.
