11/06/2025: Fantastic pizza...I relied on the advice of the day and I enjoyed a pizza like I hadn't eaten in years with asparagus and sausage...Mario the owner is very friendly and the speed is beyond compare...the wood oven makes the difference...5 stars for everything!!!! Thanks

19/06/2025: Very pleasant dinner in a welcoming place. I spent a beautiful evening at Stella Marina with my girlfriend on the suggestion of the owner of the B&B where I was staying. My girlfriend and I are lovers of raw food and we took their crudité and I can say that they really surprised me. A dish full of red prawns, scampi and raw mussels at a fair price compared to what was offered. Excellent house wine and their seadas are really delicious. I want to give a special note to their waiter Ugo, a truly exquisite and professional person whom I thank very much. I conclude by saying that the prices are consistent with what is offered, it is not a chic place but the quality of the food is felt and is certainly the strong point of this place. If I ever return to Santa Teresa di Gallura I will stop by again. Thanks again.

19/04/2025: Se si vuole mangiare bene in un ambiente familiare questo ristorante soddisfa le vostre aspettative, cibo sempre ben cucinato e gustoso, personale preparato e prezzo nella media. Da provare sicuramente.

03/02/2025: We were in Gergei for a seminar and decided to have lunch at the Caria bar-restaurant, located in the municipality of Serri. On Saturday 1st February we enjoyed an excellent appetizer consisting of cured meats, cheeses and olives. Followed by veal steaks and an excellent roast suckling pig, accompanied by side dishes of fresh fried chips and mixed salad. They kindly offered us fruit, coffee and sweets. The value for money is really good and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended! Thanks and see you soon.

13/06/2025: I had high expectations given the fame of the restaurant but unfortunately I was disappointed. The black tagliolini were few and lacked flavor, the fried food was almost only mangetout fish and the cost for both was disproportionate. The bitter surprise with the bill, a bottle of water €6 and coffee €4. The cover charge of €5 was fair because the bread is good and the location as well as the furnishings are very beautiful. Too bad, I wouldn't go back
