13/04/2026: A terrible experience, especially due to the total lack of transparency. If you impose a mandatory €35 fixed menu (drinks not included), with no choice, you must clearly communicate this in advance. We called specifically to find out, but were not told anything. Finding out only after arriving is unfair: it's not about flexibility, but about fairness towards the customer. Added to this was an arrogant and rude attitude: no availability, no dialogue, just total closure. Even worse: two women in the group were in financial difficulty. We simply asked to split a menu between two, and it was denied without any empathy. Result: they returned to the hostel without dinner after a day of walking. Out of season, you work almost exclusively with pilgrims, who arrive on foot and have no alternatives (the nearest place is a 15-minute drive). This advantageous position does not justify such behavior. If you choose total rigidity, that's your choice. Not declaring it in advance is unfair. And along the way, reputations spread quickly. PS. The pasta touted as fresh looked just like the one from the supermarket.

13/03/2026: We ordered two tasting menus. The appetizers were numerous and very good. Unfortunately, we were unlucky with the first and second courses. For the first course, they gave us two options: salmon ravioli or squid ink tagliolini with grouper ragù and bottarga. We chose tagliolini. The ragù was delicious, but the type of pasta made the dish subpar. The fresh pasta was too sweet, broken, and soggy, making the dish nauseating. With thick spaghetti, the ragù would have been excellent. For the second course, they only offered cod with yellow tomato and squid sauce. The sauce was delicious, but again, the fish, a bit stringy, was completely out of place. That sauce would have been perfect with sea bass, meagre, sea bream, etc. I wouldn't have expected such a fish. In any case, the selection of dishes was too limited. If I return, I'll opt for the à la carte menu because there was a wider selection of dishes, which I honestly don't understand isn't extended to those who opt for the tasting menu (besides, diners are required to order the same dishes). Very good desserts. Attentive service.

14/10/2025: Stunningly beautiful hotel. Breakfast was well-prepared and everything was deliciously fresh. The evening meal was fantastic, and everything was freshly prepared. And the people who work there are super nice.

13/10/2025: A hotel with hidden charms. I stayed here for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. While I had to get past the decorum, it's certainly not unpleasant; the atmosphere is very homey. The rooms are spotless and the amenities are excellent. Of all the hotels I've stayed in on this island, the staff here are the most welcoming and approachable. This hotel is definitely recommended!

06/10/2025: I regret not taking a photo of the suckling pig and finishing it early. I found this butcher shop on the recommendation of a local. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism of the owners. The suckling pig and baked potatoes were excellent. I highly recommend them.

10/02/2026: Beautifully situated on the beach. The food was generally very good. However: The Fish of the Day. For €32, it was a small disaster! Really small, so little fish for that price! I immediately said something, but the owner immediately defended himself, insisting he was in the right and showing no consideration for the customer. I even had to pay extra for the fried potatoes I ordered because there was so little fish for so much money. What annoyed me most was that I was even charged for the coffee, even though I had complained! A coffee is usually free! They only offered cheap Citroen liqueur to appease me. Still very disappointing! The owner was extremely uncooperative!

25/10/2025: We were here in the off-season and had a quick bite to eat. The service was great and the food was fresh and delicious 😋. We sat comfortably and looked directly out at the sea 🌊.

19/04/2026: Excellent quality food, quick service and special pizzas... excellent dough... price not like the usual pizzerias but it's okay, it's not the usual pizzeria, it's something more and different... and then my daughter had other special foods... brought quickly, well plated and excellent... discreet service... prepared... congratulations... in Corso De Stefanis ... DaDDo..... nice little place I will return, you can't go wrong

07/04/2026: Food was outstanding and is one of the 3 Michelin Guide restaurants in Olbia. We had dinner here every night during our stay in the Jazz Hotel. We didn’t have to go far for Sardinian cuisine, we had almost all the dishes from the menu and they were just exquisite from the Fregula Nera, Branzino, Yellowfin Tuna, Calamarata, The Antipastos were out of this world like the fried Cod Fish or Baccala, Mortadella di Polpo and the Arancini. We also had the Linguine with Lobster, wow to die for, the traditional Culurgiones and the Bortigalesa was very tender. Food here is exceptional and the best part is the staff. They made us feel like home with their hospitality, we will never forget Antonia, Fabio, Vanessa and Franco they are truly remarkable people and we are looking to coming back here. This was the best highlight of our 6 days trip, the wonderful food and most of all the warm and friendly people
