Dining at Carbonara is like being at home; the owners' exquisite hospitality made us feel at home. From the kitchen, they pampered us with local dishes, made with top-quality ingredients masterfully prepared by the chefs.
Excellent wine list, thanks to Laura for the journey through Sardinian wines.
Roberto accompanied us through it all with his prompt and attentive service.

Food excellent. Service good. Couvert €3, overall very good an I would recommend.
And I need to be fair here about couvert €3/person- after being told here at Google by the restaurant- it is part of Italian habit to charge it. So my stupidity not knowing of it. I have increased the rating now. But the waiter did not say anything, when he was getting tip from me- with couvert he already got it. So a bit shame. If I knew the ´service is included´, I would not had paid anything on top.

Very authentic, tasty, and so clean. It felt really good. The staff was very friendly. I had a simple pasta, but it was delicious. It also has a really cozy terrace. The fresh fish was also very tasty!
I'd like to say how much I loved this place ❤️
Especially because I met a very sweet girl, touchingly sweet, who struck me and truly warmed my heart.
I heard her name was Laura.
We had appetizers and a first course: the appetizers were truly exceptional.
I already want to go back.

The Carbonara was very delicious. We only waited about 15 minutes and got bread and water while we waited. The personell was also very friendly!

We had a wonderful dining experience at La Carbonara in Villasimius, which was recommended to us by our hotel host.
Everything was absolutely excellent, and we were very satisfied. All the dishes we ordered were fresh and delicious. My husband had oysters, and according to him, they were absolutely outstanding. We also enjoyed a Caprese salad, homemade ravioli, fish, fried seafood and small fish, as well as potatoes – everything was perfectly prepared and full of flavor.
We also had plenty of very good Wine, which made the evening even more enjoyable.
We actually wanted to come back the next evening because we liked it so much, but unfortunately it was their day off.
Highly recommended – we would definitely return!
