A cozy restaurant with a large selection of dishes. We were greeted and served very warmly and attentively, and received excellent advice regarding wine pairings for our meal.

I was there on June 2nd with my wife for our first day of vacation. Excellent food, great kindness, and professionalism. We'll definitely be back.

By far the best restaurant we've tried in Villasimius!! The homemade pasta dishes are especially good, like the fish-filled ravioli – absolutely delicious. We were so impressed with the food, the atmosphere, and the friendly service that we're going back for another meal today! 🤗

I'm from Milan, but my roots are Sardinian and deeply rooted in the area where my brother lives. Yesterday, a dear Sicilian friend and I took a short vacation in Villasimius and had lunch at "Carbonara," a historic local restaurant where food and tradition come together and become poetry. The fish was incredibly fresh, the presentation and cooking were superb, and when dessert arrived, the combination of honey, lemon, biscuits, and ice cream was sublime. I wanted to know who the chef was and her story, as well as that of the very kind owners, and from there I realized that you can't improvise as a restaurateur. They are the best in Villasimius, but only if you understand cooking; otherwise, go to McDonald's. The medium-high prices are worth the quality of the food and the expert service. Great experience! We had lunch at the Carbonara restaurant and were very satisfied. We enjoyed a delicious sea bass with Vernaccia wine and olives, perfectly cooked and truly flavorful. The dishes were beautifully presented, the ingredients were high-quality, and the service was courteous and attentive. A place where you eat well and feel welcomed. We will definitely be back.

I just arrived in Villasimius, and the first dinner was excellent. A friend on the beach recommended this restaurant to me, but the dinner was much better than expected. Mixed fish appetizer, 4 courses, 1 better than the other: fantastic mussels, chickpeas and octopus mmmmmm. . ... . exaggerated. Shrimp with tuna on spectacular crunchy bread. 2 first courses. . I recommend to anyone who comes: Spaghetti with clams and bottarga, top cooking and a flavor that leaves you wanting more. The ravioli with grouper was also good. We didn't manage to eat the second course, but for dessert, Aranzada was very enjoyable. . . paired with arangiu amaro. . . Divine dinner! Top top top. . . Treated so badly that I'll be back in the next few days. . hahahahahahaha ahaha. . Congratulations!
