22/10/2025: We had a delicious pizza here – flavorful, with a perfect thin crust. The service was very friendly, and we were offered a glass of juniper liqueur as a farewell treat. Highly recommended!

12/03/2026: La Vecchia Costa offers classic cuisine, with a truly remarkable and unique pizza for the area, much more similar to Piedmontese pizza (thin and light) than Neapolitan pizza (thicker and heavier). The selection of classic dishes is average.

01/03/2026: We had a fish appetizer, a first course of Malloreddus (crab and bottarga) and an excellent pizza. Excellent flavor and texture, friendly and welcoming staff. We'll definitely be back.

18/10/2025: The restaurant is friendly. The spaghetti with shrimp tartare is absolutely incredible and to die for, by far the best dish I've had at Sans Teodoro. Unfortunately, the calzone had very few ingredients. The service was good, considering there are only two measly waitresses for all the people there!

20/10/2025: Nine of us spontaneously stopped by for dinner. Authentic and 100% Italian at fair prices. Great, fresh, and high-quality food with excellent service. Highly recommended!

31/10/2025: I came for lunch and ordered a salad. After a half-hour wait, it finally arrives, but when I ask for bread... he must have gone to Milan to get it, because it took forever for it to arrive. The place is nice, no complaints there, but the service really leaves a lot to be desired. It's a shame, because with a little more attention, it could have been a pleasant experience.

05/11/2025: We spent two weeks in Palau and this was the nicest and most complete dining experience we had. The service and hospitality were spot on, attentive but not intrusive, and all the food was lovely - the grilled calamari was wonderful - I had it both evenings - the starters of marinated mussels and the monkfish Catalan were a delight, as was the grilled sea bass. We ate here our last two evenings and it was a delightful way to bring our holiday to a close.

05/01/2026: We had lunch in a very well-kept, warm room with a lovely family atmosphere. The wonderful and well-kept garden made me imagine how wonderful it would be to be outside in the summer. The manager welcomed us with very kind and friendly staff. We only had a slice of steak and a side dish, which was delicious!!!, but I would have ordered everything on the menu because it inspired so much goodness. For me and my friends, an excellent experience, highly recommended.

09/11/2025: Lovely restaurant for lunch. We had all 4 courses (appetizers, pastas, main course, dessert+coffee) and the house white wine, and everything was truly excellent! Very kind family who owns and runs the restaurant. A really tasty local digestif after the meal was much appreciated too. Heartily recommend

28/10/2025: A somewhat hidden restaurant, unassuming from the outside. We had a good and plentiful meal. The food was served piping hot. I love that. Fair prices and good service.

28/02/2026: I'd definitely give it 5 stars for the food. The food is very good, honestly, and the service is attentive and excellent. But for a lunch in February, out of season, where we were the only ones in the restaurant, and above all, good, simple fare, not something fancy like €100 for two, it's absolutely beyond all logic and comprehension. I'd understand in August, but in February, two plates of (simple) pasta and two appetizers for a fried dish wouldn't exist. You're a trattoria in the middle of a narrow street. We'd have returned, but unfortunately not to be slaughtered by a trattoria that pretends to be a Michelin-starred restaurant on the bill.

11/11/2025: A very friendly welcome, a very fresh octopus salad while waiting for the risotto dish which was supposed to cook for 20 minutes. Thank you for this very good meal!

14/11/2025: Very nice place for lunch. Had classic spaghetti carbonara and it was perfect. Spaghetti vongale was also delicious. Tiramisu was also very nice.

28/09/2025: Super friendly and attentive service. Since we were coming back from a quick shopping trip and spontaneously stopped by this restaurant, we even got a shopping bag. Delicious pasta with seafood, good house wine with water, and a dessert.

The staff was very friendly and when selecting catch of the day Chef Gusieppie came out and described each fish and how it was to be prepared. We also ordered the Mussels in Myrtle which were excellent! We selected the rockfish and was very pleased with it.

19/09/2025: I know that many people find it scandalous to have a dish served on a bathroom tile! But we're open-minded! The tile was a tile anyway! The girl from Turin was super nice, welcoming, and helpful. I don't think they'll have another season. The mussels were dried out; the appetizer was good, but if I'd tried harder, I could have had a better one on the beach. Then I chose the catch of the day, a scorpion fish that the girl from Turin kindly served us! It was good, and I'll tell you tomorrow if it was fresh! Anyway, one adult and two children (the eldest is 10) with a glass of wine, two appetizers, a pasta dish with tomato sauce, a fried mixed seafood dish, and a scorpion fish = €200. Fine if everything is perfect! But given the shortcomings we can find, I can't give more than 3 stars. If it weren't for the girl from Turin who served us, I'd give it 2 ⭐️⭐️
