Casa della Focaccia In Martina franca

The pizza-focaccia is one of the best I've ever eaten!! They're cooked in a pan and then cut into slices. What can I say? There's a huge selection at great prices and delicious flavor. Every time I travel to the province of Taranto, a stop at the "Casa della Focaccia" in Martina Franca is a must.

I'm giving it 5 stars only because I can't give it more. A place that's authentically stuck in the '90s, with a biker soul that shines through. I stumbled upon it this summer completely by chance, and tonight confirmed that first, excellent impression. It's always packed, and the reason is simple: the pan-fried focaccias are exceptional. There's something for everyone, with so many options to choose from that you're truly spoiled for choice. Two pieces will fill you up, trust me... three only if you're really hungry 😅 I highly recommend it, although I admit that part of me wanted to keep it a secret and not leave this review, so as not to let too much publicity get out and keep it just for myself.
