19/05/2026: I had to revise my review because I submitted it before receiving the bill...€40 for a baby cutlet, albeit a very good one. The staff was impeccable, but €40 is way too much; I was a little disappointed.

04/05/2026: The property is a bit dated but overall acceptable, with spacious and clean rooms. The food is top-notch, excellent and plentiful (forget diets...), with second and third courses available, and of high quality. It's a good thing we didn't choose appetizers, otherwise we wouldn't have enjoyed lunch and dinner as we deserved. We'll definitely return.

The Hotel MareMonti was exactly that for our Club Cuore & Cabrio's Il Cuore del Gargano tour. Excellent fresh fish dishes made with the highest-quality ingredients and prepared with attention to detail. Excellent room cleaning service. A quiet location surrounded by nature, not far from the sea.

21/08/2025: Excellent hotel residence with a few flaws that could be resolved with maintenance and small improvements. It has potential. We had a good time. Breakfast could be improved, as it only offers repetitive desserts and no savory options at all. The restaurant is ok. Thanks to Luana and Denise, who manage the dining room well, considering their young age. Antonio's cabaret evening was lovely.

28/06/2026: First time at this restaurant, run by the very friendly Carlo, assisted by an excellent cook, a pizza chef, and a friendly, young and helpful waiter. I recommend the mussels with pepper and the fried fish, whose quality, quantity, and flavor left me speechless. I recommend this restaurant to everyone!!

21/11/2025: I celebrated my graduation here and it was an unforgettable evening. The food was delicious, the staff was incredibly kind and always available. The room, along with the decor, was simply stunning. Highly recommended!

16/11/2025: If there was the possibility of not giving even one star I would have done so. We stayed in this hotel which looks great from the outside, but in reality it is worth very little. Room full of hair, encrusted shower tray and peeling paint, dirty floor. Cold room with very uncomfortable mattress and pillows. But the real flaw was not having warned us that there was a graduation party with lots of loud music and fireworks. The party ended at 1:30, absurd for those like us who had chosen this place to relax. When we called the reception to point out that it was impossible for us to sleep at 00:10 they assured us that they would turn everything off by 00:30, nothing true. Elderly bartender frustrated and grumpy. Never again if there had been the possibility of leaving the room we would have done it even in the middle of the night. Never ever again. 13/07/2026: A true gem in the cool countryside of Vieste. We discovered it over 10 years ago, and we returned as soon as we set foot in Vieste. Home-style cooking, a menu featuring typical local dishes—fish, meat, and vegetables—all made with simple yet flavorful ingredients, carefully prepared in the kitchen! The pizza was also excellent! The service was very friendly and eager to please! The bill was more than fair; the six of us ate a bit of everything, including a few starters, a few main courses, pizza, beers, and water, totaling €100! The Pan Bagnato with Ciambotto di Falo (Grey Mullet Ciabatta) was a highlight—it was a poem!

18/04/2026: It's true, the hotel is a bit stuck in the past—the bathrooms could use some updating—but overall it has its charm because those days were clearly good times. Everything works, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is plentiful and has a bit of everything, and the station is just steps away. Anyone who has given it such a negative review, I think, hasn't traveled much.

14/03/2026: Terrible. According to Italian law, dogs are allowed in any restaurant or bar. A paper sign is posted outside with the words "Dogs are not allowed." All establishments are currently pet-friendly. I strongly recommend improving, adapting, and above all, respecting animal rights activists! I will never go there again.
