09/03/2025: A beautiful dinner in an elegant and relaxing environment, far from the chaos that now prevails in any restaurant on a Saturday evening. Elegant dishes with excellent raw materials, of the highest quality, the menu is concentrated on a few courses but elaborated at the highest levels of cuisine. Recommended for candlelit dinners, or with small groups of friends, also because the vast choice of wine and other alcohol can make you spend a superlative evening!!! Excellent, from all points of view, I would only give a little advice: coffee should always be there after dinner! For the rest, everything perfect!

27/10/2024: I'm always happy to go to them to eat, starting from the service they are very kind and helpful in everything, the bruschettas that the lady makes are fantastic, the pizza is light but delicious, to talk about the dessert I don't like chocolate but this cake has three chocolates an explosion of taste with an almond base! Truly congratulations for everything ❤️

10/02/2025: Beautiful place, surrounded by greenery. Delicious food, friendly, helpful and friendly managers and staff. I was sad to leave. Experience to be repeated.

24/12/2024: A place of the heart. A refuge in the true sense of the word. Mrs. Fausta, a renowned chef in Italian slow food, offers refreshment with delicacies made with her own hands. Don't miss the bitter Limoli! The place is immersed in the Umbrian forest so much that you forget you are in Puglia, the rooms are clean and welcoming, excellent food, excellent advice on where to go both for trekking (many lost people start right from there) and if you want to move around. The lady also offers the possibility of "wild" camping in her own spaces. I can't wait to go back every time I think about it. UNMISSABLE.

12/02/2025: Terrible review: every time I order takeaway pizza, the owner always denies it to me even if the place is always empty at the time I go. It comes naturally to ask yourself, do you have to book a table to get some pizza?

23/09/2024: Abbiamo mngiato molto bene, ma per favore chi scrive recensioni non dica che si mangia tra gli ulivi e le vigne, che si trovano a destra e sinistra, arrivando, gli ulivi sono nel piazzale. Si mangia sotto i cannicci che si vedono nella foro messa dal ristorante.Prenotate perchè nonostante sia fuori mano e fosse metà settembre, era pienissimo, probabilmente perchè finalmente abbiamo mangiato cose di terra e cucinate alla vecchia maniera.

14/08/2024: I've been to this place for the first time, the pizza isn't that great... confusing service... narrow outdoor tables and you eat without food... the prices on the menu are not up to date... so you order with a price and when you go to pay you find the surprise of the prices increased by quite a bit... (if you notice it) the incorrectness or cunning... makes potential customers lose... it doesn't make them earn...👎 never again

08/12/2024: Unfortunately, I had to renew our review for La Casupola, which was several years old, today because there were problems with Google uploading a new update with new photos. My wife and I can only praise this small and quaint location highly. We have been going there regularly in spring and/or fall for years and find the food excellent. When you visit for the first time, you shouldn't be fooled by the exterior and the general ambience. The Italian couple that runs the restaurant cooks authentic Italian food of an exceptional standard and at very fair prices. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and, in addition to the very good food, creates a feel-good atmosphere. We're looking forward to it for the next visit. Update on September 11th, 2024 - we are back at the Gargano and of course we were at La Casupola. Today's 46 euro cost for lunch for two people includes: Antipasto di Mare, Frittura di Calamari, Troccoli alle Vongole, espresso, cappuccino + 1 tiramisu and a large bottle of mineral water.

06/11/2024: I was very positively surprised and impressed by the variety of the offer. The dishes were prepared quickly and the staff were friendly and pleasant. Good beers and wide choice. Prices are adequate.

30/03/2025: Excellent restaurant for tourists, with a la carte menu and tourist menu at rather low prices. Wide choice of food, except for the 3 bruschettas all with tomato. Good food, very tender meat (roast and stew). The restaurant room is not large and this makes it not chaotic at all, tables outside too. Sandwiches department and desserts/ice cream department, with a wide choice. Girl at the restaurant cash register (owner, I think) very kind, service a bit scattered, but all in all good. More than recommended

12/11/2024: Excellent for a smart and quick dinner. Inside room and tables outside to enjoy their delicacies. My husband and I opted for the local specialty...paposce, a sort of closed slipper-shaped pizza...truly exceptional...large in size and filled with anything you could want...abundant toppings and quality. I wanted to opt for raw mozzarella and mushrooms and I asked the lady behind the counter for comfort that the raw meat wasn't salty... she very naturally asked me if I wanted to try it and I accepted. It wasn't salty at all and I immediately proceeded with the order... Excellent choice.. Extremely friendly staff and prices that are more than honest. I recommend you try it... well done
