22/11/2025: A small, simple, almost spartan village with a bar, swimming pool, beach volleyball court, synthetic soccer field, and evening entertainment. Excellent location, close to a supermarket and a stone's throw from the sea. Very quiet for a relaxing holiday.

07/06/2026: Unfortunately, you're only paying for the great view and the beautiful location. We've known this restaurant for a long time, but the food is sadly not what it used to be. The prices are very high, especially considering the small portions (small pizzas, small calamari portions, but quite greasy 🤔) and the rather limited selection. A real shame!

03/06/2026: Unfortunately, it's no longer the excellent fish restaurant with the daily specials on display. It's just a regular restaurant with pizza and pasta. The view is still unique, and the staff is quick and friendly, but we would have been disappointed by the menu.

14/09/2025: We wanted to enjoy a pizza from this place and asked if it was possible to take it away, since our child was asleep in the camper. Unfortunately, we were told that takeaway pizza was not available. Just a few minutes later, however, we saw some locals picking up pizzas to go. This was disappointing and made us feel treated differently as visitors. Later, we also asked if it was possible to change some money for parking, but were told that they had no cash at all.

26/08/2025: Initially, they told us we needed to reserve, but then they kindly gave us a table on the outdoor terrace. We had a lovely evening at dinner, and I can definitely say the dishes were excellent. My wife and I had spaghetti with squid ink and shrimp tartare with orange slices...a delicacy...then a tuna steak with arugula and cherry tomatoes, a real treat, all accompanied by an excellent white wine and a dessert to finish. The price is a little higher than average, but considering it's a tourist destination, that's understandable...a couple will spend between €50-60. The location is very central in the historic center, and the staff is very kind and friendly. I highly recommend it 😉 🤙🏼

14/06/2026: Excellent lunch break. Professional and friendly staff. Well-prepared, high-quality dishes. Cool atmosphere with a stunning sea view. Sore point of the day: The umbrellas were too close together, in my opinion. Not enough space for sun/shade. You were practically touching the loungers of the neighboring umbrellas. I won't be returning for this reason! The bar staff is young, and I understand, but excuse me if I may, please teach someone how to froth milk. Served "liquid" and piping hot.

09/06/2026: Good food, nice beach and not too expensive, shame about the proximity to the free beach where obviously you find mystical characters with boxes every meter and monkey screams, but otherwise it's okay

15/10/2025: We were at this place yesterday for the all-you-can-eat meat deal. An experience to forget. We sat down at 9:30 and ordered, keeping in mind that the waiter told us that the dishes all come out at once and that you can place more than one order, so we held off. After an hour, after asking the waiter if it would take much longer for the fries and the fried food, the first croquettes came out (we hadn't ordered some portions, but we were hungry and started eating). Another half hour passed, so it was 11:00. We asked if it would take much longer for the fries and the dog (I remember that you pay 23 euros for an all-you-can-eat meat dish) (which is not an all-you-can-eat meat dish, there's only hamburger, shank, and pulled pork, but let's move on). He told us that everything was coming out. We waited again, it was 11:30, which the waiter told us if we wanted to order anything else, that the kitchen was about to close. I pointed out to him that we hadn't received anything yet, only potato croquettes and 5 pulled pork meatballs. (Which, by the way, we had ordered more). We were told that given the Unexpectedly, we had a little more time to order more. Another 10 minutes passed, so we decided to add the last ones so that at least everything would arrive at once. We called the waiter (11:45) and asked for two more burgers. We were told the kitchen was closed, and shortly after, our order arrived, not even fully filled, as the arrosticini were also missing. Result We spent 23 euros on an all-you-can-eat meat order, which isn't an all-you-can-eat meat order, but on fried foods and sandwiches like hamburgers. We ate at 11:45, and besides, what they were saying was that some items arrived without being ordered, and others that were ordered never arrived. Perhaps more than an all-you-can-eat order, it's about making the customer wait, making them spend money on drinks, and trying to bring as little as possible, and above all, only one course. Terrible experience. We work in the restaurant business and are familiar with the preparation times. For some fried foods and a few burgers, those aren't the waiting times at all. It's more of a way to get people to eat less and spend a lot. I don't recommend it (the two stars are only for the quality of the pulled meatballs, which are good).

05/10/2025: The best place in Foggia for meat sandwiches and alternative fried foods. The quality is excellent, the ingredients are fresh, the meat tastes great, and they always cook it to perfection. The staff is super clean and the service is top notch!

01/06/2026: A sonic nightmare. Anything but relaxation. If you're looking for a place to unwind, enjoy the sound of the sea, or simply have a conversation without having to shout, stay away from this beach. Loud music for hours. We hoped for a quieter lunch break, but no: not a single minute of respite. The beach should be synonymous with relaxation, but here the management seems to confuse a beach resort with a techno festival. Never again.

27/05/2026: The store is closed. Although when I called they said they would be open. Waste of time and kilometers... I do not recommend it to anyone...

25/11/2025: A great place for a family evening. In the summer, there's also a lovely outdoor area separated from the main area. The food is good and the prices are average. They can also host children's birthday parties, though there are obviously no games.

24/10/2025: Misleading advertisement for half-liter non-alcoholic beer. I came to this pub and noticed their advertisement for a 0.5L non-alcoholic beer. When ordering, I asked for the advertised half-liter non-alcoholic beer. To my surprise, I was served a 0.33L bottle/glass for the same price as the 50cl one.

07/04/2026: We went on Easter Monday, and near the church of San Michele, this bar was offering a set menu for just over €20. We were hesitant at first, but then we decided to go for it, and we were pleasantly surprised. The pasta was truly excellent, the grilled meat with salad and decent fries was also delicious, and my wife had the grilled caciocavallo cheese, which was also good. We also had wine and water, and a dessert to finish. Go there if you want something quick and easy, and then go for a stroll.

24/08/2025: We rented two sun loungers and an umbrella. They were very kind, helpful, and very quick. We took advantage of the opportunity to have lunch. The dishes were very good, but the only flaw is that there's no menu with prices displayed because it changes daily, so the price was somewhat unexpectedly high. Overall, recommended!

15/08/2025: Had lunch. Excellent dishes in a simple location with a sea view. The only flaw, which I'd already read in other reviews, is that you order without knowing the cost of the dishes. The service charge isn't shown on the receipt, just the total.

26/04/2026: Review: McDonald's Foggia One star is even too much for my experience. I came in with my friends (there were four of us, with bikes) and the place was practically empty, with no lines and no one in the way. We parked our bikes in a spot where people could still pass freely. An employee came over and, instead of speaking politely, treated us rudely and aggressively, ordering us to move them. So far, his attitude was already bad, but the worst was yet to come: while he was speaking, he literally spat out disgusting drool. It was a truly disgusting and embarrassing scene, and it put me off eating. At that point, my hunger was completely gone: I didn't even have the food brought to the table and went to get it myself to avoid further contact. As if that weren't enough, the bathrooms were in appalling conditions: dirty, with water and dirt everywhere on the floor. An environment like that is unacceptable, especially for a place where you eat. Terrible experience in every way: rude staff and non-existent hygiene. I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

05/05/2026: We had dinner on the 18th. We had a reservation for 5 at 9:30 PM, then two friends joined us, so we had to wait about half an hour for a table since the place was full. It was our fault. Afterwards, we sat down at a table where a very kind lady took our order: six first courses and a pizza. For an appetizer, we asked for a pizza kebab to share; the place also offered us fried appetizers to apologize for the wait. The pizza arrived shortly after, and we all ate it (very good). After that, the evening took an unexpected, almost comical turn. A waiter (a young man) came over and started clearing the table, forks and all, which seemed strange to us, but it's his job. We figured, maybe that's how it works around here. But as soon as he'd finished clearing everything, he asked us if we wanted the dessert menu. We looked at each other, a little shocked, and one of us informed him that we hadn't eaten anything yet except the appetizer, to which he replied with a simple "ah," which I thought was annoyed. Then he came back after 5 minutes and confirmed his annoyance when, in order to re-set the table, he THROWS the cutlery! He actually walked behind us and, instead of putting the cutlery back where it belonged, dropped it on the table, right in front of each of us. At that moment, we looked at each other with wide eyes because it was truly an unusual situation, and some of us even laughed a little; it really seemed like a joke. But my dad laughed it off and said that maybe the staff was tired, given the time and the busy evening. But the evening didn't end there; we were abandoned by the staff for a full 40 minutes. The kitchen was late (I repeat, the place was full, but at this point it was starting to empty), but I still think diners should be notified when the delay exceeds half an hour. After 40 minutes, I got up and asked a waitress in the dining room what was going on, and she very kindly replied that she would go ask the kitchen and let me know. From there, word of mouth spread, the waiters chatted among themselves, and there was a constant coming and going from the kitchen. Yet another waiter came to our table and told us our dishes were coming out. After 10 minutes, all the starters arrived, but we had to wait another 5 minutes for the pizza. All this waiting for a plate of undercooked and very salty pasta with clams, which I completely left out! Needless to say, I didn't ask for a change because it was already past 11:00 PM and I would have surely had to wait forever for another dish. But when we got to dessert, we asked the waiter (the same one who had slammed the silverware on the table) what desserts they made, and he told us tiramisu and cheesecake. So we ordered two cheesecakes, two tiramisu, and two panna cottas. The service? Only the tiramisu was spot on. The same waiter as before asked us who the panna cotta and cheesecake were for, and we went for a show of hands. He swapped them. A mistake that wouldn't be a big deal if it weren't for the fact that he was rude all evening, and by the end of the meal, honestly, we were all a little fed up. When we tasted it, the only decent one was the panna cotta. The tiramisu was ladyfingers with whipped cream and cocoa on top, while the cheesecake was biscuits with whipped cream and caramel drizzled on top. In conclusion: The pizza is good, but the pasta, at least for me, was inedible (I should point out that it wasn't added to the bill after my complaint, and I appreciate that). The staff? Definitely needs revising. The service? Hilarious. I think the "show cooking" slogan is aimed precisely at this aspect of the restaurant, sketches worthy of a cabaret. Luckily, we were all quiet people who enjoyed the evening (and thank you for having a good laugh), otherwise we would have left halfway through dinner. If you're up for a laugh, go, but take the whole evening off because the wait times are a bit long. Don't bother the waiters, and if you're happy with it, maybe even eat well.
