05/11/2025: We stopped in Foggia for a couple of days and had breakfast at this café. The atmosphere is lovely, and the staff is friendly. The guy at the coffee machine was very good. I had a really good latte macchiato. It's a shame, though, that the brioches (Venetian and a similar chocolate one) didn't live up to my high expectations. I didn't like them at all. Next time I'll try the croissants.

Congratulations, truly excellent.
28/06/2026: The outdoor location where I ate is decidedly noisy and doesn't allow for a peaceful dinner: the tables are too close together and it was very hot, with cockroaches jumping on the tables. Not to mention the wait time: my order was taken at 10:29 PM and the pizza arrived at 11:29 PM. I was also told they had run out of burrata to put on one pizza. The owners were very bitter.

27/12/2025: You order a cappuccino and a croissant, and the croissant arrives hot. Then, after a long, long time, when the croissant is cold, the cappuccino arrives only because you've urged the (rude) staff countless times.
Rather, bring everything very slowly but together.
I won't add anything else.

UNPOSSIBLE PLACE
We waited 2 hours for our food to get the first course started. For the appetizer, a mini bruschetta with a €5 supplement. They said they'd give you cold cuts and cheeses. The slices were more than transparent...
The kids fell asleep at the table because the food arrived very late.
The wine was undrinkable; we were so hungry, we ate bread and olive oil.
A deplorable experience.
For the second course, we chose slices of veal, and then they said they couldn't offer them and would make strips instead.
23/06/2026: A trattoria very close to the new Padre Pio Shrine.
I had a fixed-price fish menu for €35, which included an appetizer, a first course (seafood pasta), and a second course (grilled whole sea bream), a cover charge, coffee, and water.
My wife had bruschetta and a sea bream.
Everything was delicious and plentiful.

09/03/2026: We were there yesterday, Sunday, March 8th, arriving at 1:10 PM. You enter this restaurant through the bar, and we waited for the owner to finish serving appetizers, before switching from bartender to waiter mode in the adjacent room to set up the tables. We were seated around 1:40 PM and waited another half hour for appetizers. On a positive note, the appetizers were good and plentiful, and we left for a first course at 4 PM. It's an ideal place for those with time to spare, but overall, the food is quite good and the price is average.

18/04/2026: Bad experience. We arrived at 9:00 PM and ordered two pizzas. While waiting, we ate a portion of fries. After about two hours, we asked for the pizza times. When we received no response, we decided to leave. At the cashier, we were told that our pizza order hadn't been placed, so we decided to pay for the order and leave. Bad experience.
08/04/2026: I had lunch at the Buongustaio restaurant and pizzeria in Ortanova (Foggia). What can I say? I had my doubts, but I had a great time. The atmosphere was nice and bright, and the food was delicious. I will definitely be back.
