26/01/2025: Cibo e bevande di ottima qualità, personale cordiale, cortese e attento al cliente e pronto a soddisfare le proprie richieste. Ottimi crostini al salmone e tagliere di salumi e formaggi. Consiglio assolutamente, ci ritorneremo sicuro!

Ma ciò che colpisce di questa pizzeria è l'accoglienza dei proprietari e la gentilezza dei camerieri (che al giorno d oggi non è così facile da trovare). Consigliato prenotare per gruppi numerosi di amici. Si può gustare dell ottima birra alla spina. Non essendo in centro, è facile trovare parcheggio e gustarsi la cena senza tante attese. 23/02/2025: Cozy place. Having already had an aperitif, we only chose three courses of starters/second courses. The sauce is something incredible. It's been a while since I ate one this good, with such an accentuated flavour. The pie was recommended to us immediately after entering; It wasn't on the menu. The paw, well what can I say: I came here specifically! So much so that I didn't even take a photo to devour it immediately. Advice, well done! ♥️

11/02/2025: Sunday 11 August, We waited 20 minutes to order and 25 minutes for a capocollo appetizer. The waiter kindly offered us some white wine for the delay, which we appreciated. It's a shame, however, that when the tomato and cacioricotta orecchiette arrive, they bring us the orecchiette and a separate supermarket Cacioricotta sachet, already opened with a spoon placed inside. I understand it is a trattoria (even if the sign says Restaurant), but precisely because it is a typical dish and precisely because the dish costs €10... freshly grated fresh cheese was the minimum. Served obnoxiously (tall boy with glasses) and left for an hour on the outdoor table in the heat.. Furthermore, on the menu, the tomato-based orecchiette cost €10 but then they put €12 on the receipt, smart guys. To then say that the price was programmed wrong....meh Cover charge €2.50 not marked anywhere, surprise on the bill for stale bread and unprofessional service. Very bad experience, I strongly advise against it.

03/03/2025: I ordered some sandwiches on Just Eat, apparently everything was beautiful, a sandwich that would save Africa from hunger due to how large and full it was... the problem is the oil, since I picked it up I felt it dripping and my hands were all greasy. Even the bread was soaked in hamburger oil and I won't tell you the rest, I put the handkerchief down (4 plies). The handkerchief no longer existed as it became soaked. Ok, moral of the story, drink a liter of sunflower oil and there is no difference between eating this sandwich, I didn't feel any taste, only oil. I couldn't even eat half of it. Never again and for 11 euros I expected higher quality, making things fat and full doesn't mean they are good. Never again in my life have I gained 10kg just with this sandwich Update: I've been vomiting for an hour and if this continues I'll have to go to the emergency room

02/03/2025: Panini di mare davvero di ottima qualità, provato più volte e continuo a dire che è il migliore in zona. Rapporto qualità prezzo forse toglierei qualcosina i aggiungerei un po più di controno nel piatto ma ci può stare in quanto i panini sono molto grandi

The choice of meats is wide between processed and unprocessed Italian products, and excellent foreign products. The owner has demonstrated considerable knowledge about the products offered and is able to advise very well on both the quality and quantity to order. Highly recommended

05/11/2024: I can only review the restaurant as we were there for dinner only. I had seen a lot about this place in social media so at first I was sceptical as the instagrammable places usually end up being disappointing BUT Masseria Salamina absolutely met and exceeded all expectations! The pasta was done to perfection and the fish (according to my boyfriend) was perfectly tender. And of course how can I miss the stunning atmosphere in the courtyard- spectacular! We would love to come back and stay overnight!

01/11/2024: There really aren't enough words to describe how magical it is to spend time at Masseria Salamina. My husband and I got married here in September 2024 and it was truly a 10000/10 experience from start to finish. Incredible place and people, we have only wonderful things to say about the venue, owners Chiara/Filippo, and the entire staff. We stayed here in April 2024 as well just to see the venue and they treated us like family; our wedding guests echoed the same and many are eager to return. The food is phenomenal and perhaps even in the top five for all of Puglia. If you're looking for a vacation or wedding venue that's truly a jewel, this is it.

25/03/2025: One of the most renowned barbecue shops in Ceglie in harmony and without interruption with the old glorious management from which it inherited professionalism and competence in the choice of raw materials. Absolutely worth trying.

04/02/2025: Very small rooms and tables almost together, good food, good service, but too expensive for what you eat. You can't put a plate of pasta in the center of the table for everyone.... I understand that there is often waste and food has to be thrown away (wrong thing) but a plate of pasta for everyone is ridiculous... Then paying 40 €each......never again

01/11/2024: Ristorante scoperto per caso, piatti ottimi curati con attenzione e prodotti di qualità. L’antipasto con i porcini crudi meritava tantissimo come pure l’uovo. Primi di buon livello, mentre i secondi piatti li assaggeremo la prossima volta. Ambiente familiare con servizio molto curato e puntuale. Davvero una bella scoperta da ripetere appena possibile.

21/01/2025: Gioiello culinario incastonato nel centro di Brindisi. La Sig.ra Monica una fuoriclasse tra I fornelli. Rocco maestro nell intrattenimento e nel servizio ai tavoli. Sarebbe un sacrilegio non gustare la cucina tipica brindisina alla trattoria LA BRASCIOLA !!! Grazie ragazzi
