Excellent pizzeria where you can enjoy excellent gourmet pizzas and appetizers... reservations required as well as a long queue to access, however the turnout is a symptom of the excellent reputation of the place which remains one of the best in the city of Trani. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Pizzeria a few steps from the sea with the possibility of eating both outside and inside. We booked a table on a Saturday evening and the wait was short. The waiters are very helpful and knowledgeable, attentive to any need. I ordered a savory Maritozzo with grandma's ragù, which was reasonably priced and fairly sized. Then I took the Gricia pizza with fiordilatte mozzarella, provola, red onion chutney, striped bacon, pecorino, black pepper, EVO oil. Both courses were to my liking, with excellent ingredients. The dishes arrived almost immediately. Slightly narrow bathroom and internal room, with background music, slightly high prices. Advised

On a very busy Saturday we waited quite a while but it was worth it, good pizza, efficient service and friendly staff, I underline despite it being on a Saturday.

Let's talk about pizza. I'll say what's wrong right away so we can get rid of it. The reservation was not respected, we were seated 50 minutes later. Let's talk about pizza, wide choice on the menu but I chose yellow Amatriciana pizza, highly recommended, light dough and really good ingredients, black pepper was added to my pizza at the suggestion of the dining room staff. The pizza made us forget the wait before sitting down. Clean and pleasant environment, helpful staff and reasonable prices.

Personalmente ho trovato di buono solo la pizza , il tagliere di salumi “pregiati” da evitare quattro tipologie ma di pregiato poco, ed i dolci anche sotto la media. Pizza e focaccia ok.

Ho avuto il piacer di assaporare la pizza da Galileo perché incuriosita da dei miei amici che ci erano stati più volte. Premettendo che sono fan della pizza napoletana, questa pizza era molto buona ma leggermente crunchy, larga vastità di ingredienti e di pizza... Da provare assolutamente i loro fritti e le loro frittatine di pasta, deliziose.. L'unico disappunto che posso dare sulla mia pizza ( io avevo preso quella con acciughe, scarola,pinoli,tonno,pomodori,e mozzarella), sul menù c era scritto scarola ma nn era specificato se fosse cruda o cotta,ed io sbagliando avevo dato per scontato fosse ripassata,invece quando poi mi è arrivata la pizza, la scarola era cruda. Forse errore mio ma avrei specificato sul menù. Posto le foto sia delle mia pizza che quella di mio fratello al Vitel Tonnè. Ci ritornerò prendendo sicuramente un altra pizza e facendo più attenzione.
