Finally, a real pizzeria with top-quality ingredients. It's located in a beautiful area of ​​Trani, on the seafront where you can park your car. It's my second time back, with great pleasure. Reservations aren't possible on Saturdays, but the wait is less than half an hour. The staff, besides being extremely kind, is very attentive to the customer's needs. I ordered the pizza, NEL BLU DIPINTO DI BLU: Mozzarella made from buffalo milk from Campania DOP, 18-month-old Parma ham DOP, Blu cheese made from buffalo milk DOP, orange compote, and extra virgin olive oil. That distinctive orange flavor made the pizza even better, and for dessert, a delicious tiramisu. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it.
