08/01/2026: We stopped in for lunch because we were passing through. The place is beautiful and very quiet. The menu has some good options. The pasta with tomato sauce for the kids was exceptional. The first course with sausage, mushrooms, and pumpkin was good, but lacked the sweetness of the pumpkin and was too salty. The horse fillet was good but overcooked for my taste, and the side potatoes were also too salty. The wine selection by the glass was good, but a bit pricey. Excellent service. All in all, I would gladly return to try the tasting menu.

02/03/2026: I discovered Osteria del Seminario by chance, and it was truly a pleasant surprise. The setting is welcoming and refined, with a relaxing and never-overly-loud atmosphere, thanks in part to the clever decision to limit seating. This allows for a quieter dinner experience and ensures more attentive service. The ingredients are incredibly fresh. The raw seafood was simply exquisite, as was the trio of cooked fish. The first courses were also excellent, prepared with balance and flavor. The quality is evident in every course, thanks in part to a varied menu without overwhelming the selection: a choice that clearly emphasizes freshness and meticulous attention to detail. The service was quite prompt, and the waiters were very friendly and professional. The value for money was also excellent: we spent €40 each for two appetizers, two first courses, two desserts, two glasses of wine, and a complimentary house liqueur. A restaurant I highly recommend and will gladly return to!

18/07/2025: I highly recommend trying the delicacies that Anna and Teresa, with the help of Rosa and Savio, prepare every day. Top-quality food... Their recipes are meticulously crafted. Courteous and helpful... they pamper their customers. Beautiful location... Anna is very professional... Terry is no exception!! The right dish at the right time... The zucchini fritters are a delight. Trying is believing!

08/03/2026: The place is very nice and easy to get to. There are two indoor rooms, one larger and one smaller, separated by another, where you can dance and have fun with the DJ. The food is very good, with the option of seconds, and the staff is very polite, friendly, and helpful. The location is excellent for parties, especially since there's an outdoor space you can move around in the summer.

05/01/2026: The best in Trani for conferences and premium receptions. Great style, elegance, cleanliness, and professionalism from Enzo, the manager, and Leo, the impeccable butler (the bathroom is among the best I've ever found in such a venue). Highly recommended for high-end events, just steps from the Trani seafront and in a central location. Weddings, parties, and more are perfect here... they even have an in-house kitchen, so there's no need for outside catering. Definitely worth a try! You can't go wrong!

17/09/2025: Pastry shop 🔝, one of the best in Trani! I ordered my birthday cake and it was delicious, even exquisite. The pastry chefs are so creative in their desserts, the service is impeccable, and they're always so kind! I highly recommend it; try their cookies too!

05/08/2025: As a tourist in Bisceglie and Puglia - with no Italian except basic greetings - I found this place to be the most welcoming local during our trip. Antonio took care of us from the second he could hear I didn't speak Italian. Whether it was showing us good food spots, talking about culture, or even showing us how to make Taralli in the kitchen. We sat here on a Sunday and watched a hundred locals come to get their birthday cakes and desserts , having realized it is rated as the best quality and service for cakes and pastries in the area. Please go visit them if you are not from here. You will feel respected and enjoy every minute. Thank you so much Antonio, Francesco, and especially Rosa for your warm hearts and kindness. The dining room staff proved to be extraordinarily well-prepared: a profound expertise that translates into precious, never banal advice, capable of guiding guests toward pairings that enhance each individual course. It's rare to find such an ability to read a guest's desires and guide them with such gentle and expert authority. The cuisine is a hymn to the sea: The raw seafood is touchingly fresh: red prawns and sweet scampi served on ice, followed by a tartare and a carpaccio that are small masterpieces of balance. The risotto is executed with meticulous technique, creamy and savory, enriched with raw shellfish that enhance its texture. The attention to detail is evident right from the bread: artisanal taralli and a fragrant tomato focaccia that, combined with the excellent olive oil served at the table, pave the way for an unforgettable meal. The sweet finish with the millefeuille is ethereal, a cloud of crunch and cream that leaves the palate clean and satisfied. Everything is excellent, in fact excellent. A place where the Michelin Guide is confirmed not only by the dishes, but by the top-notch service that truly knows how to advise and pamper the customer. I will definitely return.
