Dining at Cibio was a complete pleasure. You can immediately sense the attention to quality: the freshest ingredients, carefully selected raw materials, and dishes that balance creativity and tradition. We had a seafood appetizer and a vegetarian first course, both exquisite and elegantly presented. The staff deserves a special mention: professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely courteous. The young man who served us was attentive to every detail, recommending the perfect wine and explaining the dishes with passion. Rarely do you find such thoughtful service, present without ever being intrusive. A refined restaurant, a relaxing atmosphere, and a price appropriate for the quality. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended for those looking for a restaurant that never fails to impress.

12/04/2026: Finally, a real pizzeria with top-quality ingredients. It's located in a beautiful area of ​​Trani, on the seafront where you can park your car. It's my second time back, with great pleasure. Reservations aren't possible on Saturdays, but the wait is less than half an hour. The staff, besides being extremely kind, is very attentive to the customer's needs. I ordered the pizza, NEL BLU DIPINTO DI BLU: Mozzarella made from buffalo milk from Campania DOP, 18-month-old Parma ham DOP, Blu cheese made from buffalo milk DOP, orange compote, and extra virgin olive oil. That distinctive orange flavor made the pizza even better, and for dessert, a delicious tiramisu. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it.
