30/04/2025: Giuseppe davvero gentile e molto in gamba visto che era solo a gestire tutti i tavoli. Parla diverse lingue e il ristorante era pieno. Cucina semplice e buona, casalinga, che molto spesso è davvero la migliore!

14/04/2025: Posto dove sembra che il tempo si sia fermato, con il bancone rimasto quello dell'apertura dove anche i sapori sembrano quelli di una volta. Il caffè speciale con il sapore dell'amaretto, con la scorza di limone è qualcosa di incredibile.

28/04/2025: The restaurant was booked a few days in advance for my birthday. The atmosphere is very formal but at the same time the menu is with QR code which is weird. The staff was friendly, explained the menu and answered the questions. We ordered 2 raw seafood plates and their specialty fish. The raw seafood was okay even though the squid didn't taste well as for me but everything was fresh and high quality. The fish specialty was a disapointment. It was kind of boiled / steamed with boiled potato and zuchini and tasted quite cheap for this kind of place. I had much better food in Polignano which was cheaper and richer in taste. We also asked for a dessert with some candles to blow out for birthday but everyone seemed to forget about it. That's fair considering the amount of people on a busy weekend evening but still not something I would expect from a place with an average bill of 60 Euros per person.

21/04/2025: Super experience! Very clean place with a family atmosphere. The octopus sandwich is simply delicious! Plus, you can enjoy it while admiring the sea, which makes everything even more beautiful. Friendly and welcoming service. We will definitely return and recommend it to everyone. Top!

05/04/2025: I randomly found this place, hence I didn’t have high expectations. I ordered a speck puccia and it blow my mind. I enjoyed every single bite. It was super tasty, the amount of ingredients was generous, and the portion size was perfect. The prices are also good (I paid €5 for that, €0,5 for a nice panzerotini, and another €0,5 for an arancini). Super recommended :)

17/04/2025: You can really feel the negative emotions towards the tourists. We ordered our food well before everyone and we have been waiting for nearly an hour and I’m not talking about waiting time for desert even tho other (Italians) waited only minutes. I must point out our desert which was “crumble” it was delicious and full of taste. As a starter we had ordered a “tuna tartare” and “smoked salmon sashimi” which was maybe the best choice we’ve made. I don’t know what is everyone talking about the spaghetti with sea urchin but it’s nothing too special. Overall I’ve had really great time here and the food was good but bellow my expectations as well as the approach of our waiters ;)

04/05/2025: 1 star only because it is not possible to rate less: inadequate service, fish dishes proposed by the restaurant manager, ordered and never arrived (and probably, if we hadn't noticed, we would have also paid handsomely), non-existent proposals for vegetarians, errors admitted during service and then reneged on at the time of the bill and exaggerated total to pay for food of poor (very poor) quality, as if we were in a starred restaurant. Naturally, even the criticisms were not accepted, a demonstration of low level and dubious communication skills. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED, stay away, Polignano deserves much more than these fake improvised restaurateurs.

07/05/2025: Turist restaurant. It seemed good and made reservation there. At the time if reservation, no table for us. Tha lady said that table will be in 5 minutes, but after 15 minutes still no table. Then we left and had a wonderfull meal at Antiche Mura, which I highly recommend… After the comment of the owner: Please don't take me for a fool. You know exactly that I reserved a table outside, because a reservation for a table inside is not necessary at that time. Because you had a request, you gave my table to another guest, and "moved" me inside the restaurant, which was completely empty anyway. When you offered me a table outside "when the guests leave", I thanked you for it and left, even though you tried to convince me to stay. I left because of your attitude towards me, not because I couldn't wait another 15 minutes... If you show more respect to your guests, the guests will certainly respect you and your work more.

06/05/2025: It's delicious. There is more seafood than grass in the seafood salad. The price is reasonable too. I want to come again. Reservation required. I ordered grilled sea bass and seafood spaghetti. Seafood spaghetti is raw noodles. Chewy. Panna cotta is too sweet for Koreans, but still delicious.
