30/06/2024: Primo tavolo della serata, accolti da personale sorridente e sempre disponibile. Apertura con favolosa pizza gourmet, a seguire meraviglioso filetto di fassona e fantastici spaghetti all’assassina. A chiusura sorbetto di albicocca e mela verde, semplicemente divini. Da visitare nuovamente per testare il resto del menù.

Non rispettosi del cliente.
Trovato pelo nella pizza pagata a peso d’oro, contestata con ricerca del pelo con una torcia.
Fatevi un bagno di umiltà. Vergognoso.

28/08/2024: There were a lot of people in the queue, but they cleared the queue in less than 10 minutes. Very courteous staff and fabulous food to say the least, I appreciated the chop proposed by the girl to my ears!
Highly recommend!
27/08/2024: Price too exorbitant for the presentation of the dishes and frankly for the prices they ask, they could have made an effort to set more stylish tables 🤷

23/06/2024: Cozy environment as if you felt at home. Kind and friendly staff. I spent 15 euros on the menu including 10 starters, and a pizza. They also make gluten-free pizza for those with celiac disease like me. Also includes dessert and drink. I highly recommend it when you want to have lunch with friends.

25/08/2024: It’s a scam. Miserable and expensive. It’s hard to cook so bad even on purpose.
I believe they hate tourists.
25/08/2024: The food is horrendous. I think this competes for the worst food in Italy. Surely the worst in Puglia at the very least.
They write "pasta fresca" on the gate but what we ate was far from that. Barely cooked pasta with some sauce poured on top? A preschooler can cook that. The marinara sauce had barely enough meat to fill a teaspoon.
And the second course? I didn't even bother. I ordered pork ribs and got the driest, most flavourless, pork cutlet.
Did not try the 5 Nights at Freddie's animatronic dog thing at the gate so I can't rate that.
All in all, the water was the best experience they had to offer.
Paying 25 euro per person for this experience is a joke! I wouldn't eat this for free! It was a literal scam.
Would never go back, would never recommend. In fact, I hope they go bankrupt.

24/05/2024: We went to the Gusto Workshop to have dinner.
We ordered a sandwich with salmon, mozzarella and salad in addition to a fried panzerotto with simple mozzarella. All for the modest sum of €15.
I strongly advise against the place, if it had been possible I wouldn't have given it even one star

03/07/2024: Va bene il concetto di fare business con un’attività stagionale, ma pagare in settimana un ingresso di €50 per 3 persone e non avere nessun tipo di servizio incluso se non divieti da osservare o tacite esortazioni se non addirittura obbligo,di mangiare esclusivamente al ristorante anche solo per stuzzicare qualcosa senza alcun margine di alternativa,sembra eccessivo. Per non parlare di docce, ingresso piscina a parte; nessun cibo dall’esterno neanche snack. Sempre costantemente sotto osservazione per scovare comportamenti anomali da parte dei clienti… non pago una struttura per essere ostaggio di una cultura economica malata che di cura del cliente che,poco o tanto, bene o male, spende dei soldi per essere trattato come pollo da spennare. Ti piazzano i lettini e dopodiché inizia la caccia agli impostori.
30/06/2024: Location meravigliosa, cibo ottimo, atmosfera incantevole che rendono Perla Nera un posto da sogno dove consiglio vivamente di andare. Accoglienza e personale sempre gentile ed educato. Splendida esperienza!

15/05/2024: Passez votre chemin et vite. On vous donne un menu on vous dit de regardez le QR code et lorsque vous commandé on vous dit pas possible. On a pris une bruschetta le serveur nous a jeté l assiette sur la table. D'un air de dire voilà et mange. Inadmissible. Très désagréable et odieux

19/08/2024: BAD is an understatement! In 2024 the POS is never functional, MAKE YOU LAUGH. I was sorry not to have called the financial police, and I didn't do it because being on holiday we get bored wasting time with unserious people and above all who don't understand on the basis of what we have a business.
They even allow themselves to send the waiter with the people to make withdrawals at the ATM. You are SHAMEFUL! Above all, terrible product quality.

25/08/2024: Appena arrivati abbiamo chiesto una pizza senza glutine...La risposta è stata che dovevamo necessariamente prendere anche una pizza "normale "perché loro fanno così, e perché dovevamo riscaldare il forno per la pizza gluten free...Sconsigliato per i celiaci!!!!
23/08/2024: Mancavo da questa pizzeria da almeno 7/8 anni proprio perché la pizza non è che sia il massimo perché ci sono tantissime pizzeria dove si mangia benissimo , ci siamo trovati e ci siamo fermati da dire Venerdì sera ore 21:30 locale metà pieno e già qui qualcosa non quadra . Abbiamo preso una margherita, una margherita con i würstel , una margherita con salame piccante, una bottiglia di acqua e una birra per la modica cifra di 46 euro . Adesso capisco il locale metà pieno di venerdì sera ore 21.30 d’estate . Sicuramente non ci andremo più perché è diventato carissimo e non ne vale la pena soldi regalati.

No menu or receipt was provided after payment. Extremely exaggerated price for the service offered (not even the possibility of using the bathroom was given), location and order of only two aperols.

14/07/2024: today July 14th I went to the bistro with a friend of mine to get a drink, my friend had previously gotten an ice cream from another bar.
We sat together at the outside table not knowing that we couldn't bring food from elsewhere.
I order and the waitress arrives rudely saying that she couldn't sit with me since she was consuming an ice cream that wasn't taken by them.
I kindly ask to make an exception since we didn't know and the order had already been placed, but she answers me abruptly and leaves, and then complains in a loud tone in an inappropriate way to her colleague.
Initially my friend got up and moved away from the table while I remained sitting alone given the glass that I couldn't take anywhere else, in the end to avoid leaving my friend alone I got up and we ate standing up, which was unacceptable .
In general they have always had an inappropriate language and a rude attitude towards customers.

09/07/2024: Food was ok - not amazing, just fine, whatever but we were hungry, so we ate.
The service
- Wow! The service was incredibly poor. We queued in front of the door and waited to be seated. The person who came to greet us rolled our eyes because we debated for 10 seconds if we wanted to sit indoors or outdoors.
- We then waited for ages to be served. People just running around but not sure what they were doing. There was a big table seated and most servers seem to specifically be serving them.
- We didn't wait that long for our food once we ordered. However, we'd ordered some sauces and olive oil, but it didn't come at all. So, I walked over to the area where they kept their olive oil and was about to grab a bottle and take it when one of the servers (an older man) approached me and rudely asked me not to touch their stuff. But I wouldn't have needed to if we'd been served in the first place.
After all this, they charged us cover charge per person which was insane to me! COVER CHARGE FOR WHAT? Non-existent service?
Absolutely dreadful place, so avoid if you can.
