My husband and I arrived in Ceglie Messapica around 2:30 PM after a long journey, wandering through the town tired and hungry as wolves, but luckily we found this delightful little place still open. Despite the late hour, the owners kindly seated us and served us a tasty mix of local cured meats and cheeses, as well as a selection of delicious vegetables in oil prepared by them, all washed down with an excellent Rebo. Excellent quality ingredients, flavors that express the full spirit of Puglia, and we will never forget the genuine courtesy with which we were welcomed. Absolutely fair prices. A place to keep in mind for a return visit.

Superb Bombette, vegetables, and potatoes. High quality at reasonable prices. Excellent meat. No first courses or pucce, the bread could be improved. Very pleasant service; they offered us a chocolate fig and a very good cantuccio. Recommended :)

06/05/2025: Very good service, excellent waitress, good food, a restaurant worth coming back to. There was no need for reservation at this time of year.
04/05/2025: Il locale è molto grazioso, il personale super cordiale ci ha accolto con grande simpatia e gentilezza. Ho mangiato bene: grigliata di pesce molto buona, polpettine ottime, cotoletta del mio bambino tenera, pizza di mio marito buonissima. Unica nota negativa: avevano dimenticato la pizza e mio marito ha mangiato da solo, perché mio figlio ed io avevamo già finito da un pezzo. Niente di tragico, comunque, si sono scusati e la pizza è arrivata in tre minuti... Ed era davvero gustosa 😊 conto abbastanza salato, ma ci sta per la zona, oltretutto il menù è esposto, per cui se non si intende spendere così tanto sì può decidere di andare fuori dal centro storico.
