25/07/2024: Discovered this place by chance, it was a very pleasant discovery. From the very abundant starter full of products, to the first courses which had a real home-made and traditional flavour, to the meat cooked to perfection with an extraordinary flavour. The staff with a smile that conveys the desire and passion for their work. We finally had the opportunity to taste local products, and the flavor they had was truly indescribable. Keep going, because you are exactly on the right path. You will leave your mark on our Salento holidays. Compliments!

28/07/2024: Family run. Room furnished with taste and simplicity. Excellent and light traditional food. The tiramisu deserves a special mention. When cut, you can see the coffee dripping, you can taste the ladyfingers and the mascarpone. Done as only the women of the house can do. Excellent Excellent excellent. We will return

I was there for an event so the menu was fixed, but every course was really good, from the starters to the first courses and the second courses.
Their specialty, ciciri e tria, is a typical Salento dish that is absolutely worth trying. Compliments to the lady who prepares them by hand

28/08/2024: Tutto ottimo dalle patatine, ai panini, alla birra alla spina. Peccato che ci hanno fatto aspettare più di un ora per i panini, e abbiamo mangiato alcuni panini per metà, non perché non fossero buoni, ma perché si era fatto troppo tardi e la fame ormai era passata. Per il resto ci siamo trovati molto bene.
13/07/2024: The meat and panzerotti were good, then returned for the pizza. Expectations confirmed. The choice of wines is also satisfactory.

11/08/2024: Shameful!!!! I booked a table for two people on a Saturday evening for a romantic "Arabian Nights" dinner, asking (in consideration of the external temperature of around 32 degrees at 8pm) if they had air conditioning inside. The answer was "YES". I booked the table by noting the reservation inside.
When we arrived at the restaurant they told me that there was air conditioning but since the doors were always open it was hotter inside than outside and they made us sit on a bar table, in the middle of the comings and goings of the avenue, among the shouts of the passers-by and pigeons underfoot. They are very good at making fun of people, but I will never know how they cook because I will never go there again and I won't even recommend it!!

Awesome food. We had some Wagyu beef. Some pork. Some chicken. Potatoes. House wine.
Everything was spot on. Including the medium rare ask on the meat. Love the vibe. Very laid back and familial.
Very affordable as well. Loved it so much went back. Highly suggested.
29/08/2024: Attirata anche dalle recensioni positive siamo stati a cena in questo locale, davvero tutto ottimo! La carne molto buona, idem i contorni tutto fatto in casa dai proprietari, cameriere molto carine e gentili…anche il conto finale per niente alto!! Rapporto qualità prezzo super!!

06/08/2024: Terrible service, we arrived early for dinner, there was only a lady with her daughter. The place was starting to fill up. All the customers who arrived after us had their dishes before us. We had to ask several times, after 90 minutes one dish of the three ordered arrived. For me they can close. Disorganization at the highest levels

11/07/2024: Wonderful place in the countryside. Lovely building. Quiet in the middle of nature, with a beautiful pool. Ideal for relaxing.
Delicious breakfast, with sweets made in the Massería's own kitchen.
Most importantly, the attention received by the host, which has been exquisite, with daily recommendations of places, pending at all times.

06/07/2024: 6/7/2024 for my parents' fiftieth anniversary we had lunch with the whole family here at Tenuta Sant'andrea. The lunch was superb, all of excellent quality. Impeccable service, top hospitality. Super recommended for a holiday out of the ordinary. Thanks to Mrs. Tullia, Matteo and all the staff♥️♥️♥️

25/08/2024: Reporting somewhere that they make sandwiches ONLY in the evening would be fair to those who come there from outside Taranto to have lunch and find themselves having to leave on an empty stomach. At lunch it seems you can only buy from the delicatessen, which in our case was also quite poor in options.

16/08/2024: Braceria in the historic center of Lecce, excellent meat, the only flaw is poor organization in managing the heat, no air conditioners, a little slow service, but overall an excellent place to eat excellent grilled meat at reasonable prices

We had a reservation at the restaurant, trattoria la locanda in the centre, until a waitress told us that we had to sit in the room opposite because there was no air conditioning in that one. The starter was good, to follow we ordered a slice of Agnus, which in theory should have been their strong point, it was so cooked as to be inedible, it looked like rubber, in fact it was almost completely left on the plate, as after having tasted it we were nauseated. Having alerted the dining room staff to the condition of the meat, at the time of the bill only 4 euros of the 24 euros in the price of the meat were deducted, as it had been "tasted". To make sure we didn't miss anything, we also had to witness a fight between two waitresses who almost pulled each other's hair. Last but not least we were sick with our stomachs all night.

07/08/2024: Strengths: sea view; excellent room, well finished, functional and fresh with excellent bathroom, cleaned excellently every day.
Weak points: almost non-existent service at breakfast, poorly prepared breakfast except for the croissants which were really good.
Overall a good stay. For a 3 star it's fine.
