26/08/2025: A detour to enjoy excellent pizza and shrimp-filled ravioli with amberjack tartare. The house-produced rosé wine is excellent. For dessert, a pasticciotto with Salento-style coffee. All at a super reasonable price considering the wonderful setting we ate in. Next time, I'll be even more hungry to try other local dishes.

26/08/2025: An exceptional Italian restaurant! 🍕🍝 I go back every year and it's always a real pleasure. The portions are generous, the quality of the dishes is impeccable, and the service is always warm and attentive. A sure bet for enjoying authentic Italian cuisine, prepared with fresh produce. I highly recommend it.

24/08/2025: We went to La Frascheria and we have to say the food was truly excellent: tasty, well-prepared dishes, with quality ingredients. It's a shame, however, that the overall experience was ruined by a truly inappropriate comment. Hearing us say, "These people don't understand they have to leave" left us speechless. Such an attitude also makes you forget about the good food. It's a shame, because the place is worth it in many respects, but courtesy should be an integral part of service.

21/07/2025: Food: Delicious but a bit expensive compared to other restaurants, and the portions could be a bit more generous. Service: Friendly staff. However, the service was a bit uncoordinated. Two of our seven-person group ordered appetizers. The waitress asked if everything should be served with the main courses, to which we confirmed. Nevertheless, only the appetizers were served first. Afterward, only the main courses came for those without appetizers. The two people with appetizers then waited a long time for their main courses. The others had already finished their meals. Ambience: The seating outside is rather cramped and small. While we were eating, salespeople repeatedly came to our tables (at least four different ones in our case) and were very pushy. The restroom was clean but not air-conditioned—because the heat builds up, it feels like you're in a tropical greenhouse.

17/07/2025: A very pleasant place in a beautiful little Lecce square. Very efficient and courteous staff. The food is good quality, without being exceptional. Good ingredients and original cuisine. In my opinion, the tuna was too "fruity," the result of an overly fruity accompaniment. In pursuing originality, in this case, the essence and flavor of the main ingredient are lost. But that's obviously a matter of taste.

30/07/2025: Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati in vacanza per 15 gg, abbiamo soggiornato all’hotel universo, e tutti i giorni siamo stati deliziati della saporitissima cucina del ristorante Universo. Cibo di prima qualità, cortesia, gentilezza, tutto ciò che si può desiderare da una vacanza. Lo staff è sempre disponibile e cordiale, Tommaso è il non plus ultra in sala, ma soprattutto Luca, il proprietario, mette a proprio agio la clientela e ti fa sentire a casa. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro

21/07/2025: An exceptional experience. The location is unique, surrounded by nature, and you can even book a room and park just 15-20 meters from the beach entrance. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The restaurant is also of excellent quality and is worth trying even outside of your vacation. Congratulations!

14/08/2025: An Agriturismo with a capital A. I gave the rooms a 3 because, in my opinion (and I'm talking about the room we were given), they need updating (the shower head was full of limescale, for example). Nothing to complain about the cleanliness: excellent. They accept pets. The friendliness, courtesy, and desire to make guests feel at home is 10 stars. There's a beautiful pool. They've set up an adventure park in the woods. The woods are well-kept: clean and accessible. The restaurant is excellent. All the products are from their farm: from the meat to the vegetables. And everything is at great prices. It's a great place to relax and eat well. We recommend it. And we'll be back. To the lady and her family: thank you for your hospitality.

31/08/2025: I returned after 20 years, the quality is still the same, better as always, the best pizza in Troia. I highly recommend it.

16/08/2025: A warm welcome awaits you at this family-run restaurant. Fast and welcoming service, traditional dishes (with some interesting updates), and excellent wines recommended by the sommelier. Prices are slightly higher than average but absolutely in line with the quality. We were very pleased, especially with the highly popular off-menu "land oyster," which won us over and we recommend (reservation required). The bread strips and house-made bread are also excellent (pizza is only available at dinner). The meal ended beautifully with the typical "passionata," a dessert reminiscent of a small cassatina (another pleasant surprise, given that the pastry shop that makes them is closed in the early afternoon). A recommended place for anyone passing through Troia who wants to return home with a fond memory of the local delicacies.

25/07/2025: A midday aperitif turned into lunch. A quiet setting and a lovely atmosphere. Paola and Alessandro, the owners, make everything even more comfortable. The staff is extremely kind.

20/08/2025: In short: good pizza, good service, ideal for large gatherings. Cons: if the place is crowded, there's a loud echo of voices, making it difficult to communicate with other diners; outside, in the summer, there are plenty of voracious mosquitoes: either bring repellent or you'll be devoured in just a few minutes (just the walk from your parked car to your table).

16/08/2025: We ate an excellent pizza, served quickly. In my opinion, the only flaws were the very small spaces and the slightly high prices, although these were partly justified by the good quality.

07/09/2025: 1.5 hours for two miserable pizzas!! I've never seen anything like it. No apologies from the waiters, from anyone! Plus, our pizzas were squashed and thrown around. When we asked for an explanation, they told us it was because we'd shaken them while holding them (spoiler: we'd walked 10 meters, the pizzas were completely flat. Luckily, it was the juices coming out that alerted us). The only positive thing was that they refunded us without us having to insist.

19/05/2025: Very interesting experience. Place discovered by chance on Google Maps. Delicious food, we tried the BBQ wings and the Big Burger and Chicken Burger sandwiches. The medium-rare Angus beef melted in your mouth. Beautiful reality and young, Good guys

19/08/2025: We visited Château Bistrot in Lizzano and had a truly excellent experience. The ambiance is meticulously designed, elegant yet welcoming, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The cuisine is astonishing in its quality and creativity: dishes prepared with the freshest ingredients, beautifully presented, and rich in flavor. The wine selection is also excellent, perfectly paired with the dishes. The staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful, making guests feel pampered from start to finish. A place that combines taste, atmosphere, and professionalism: highly recommended!

31/08/2025: We ate in truly abundant quantities but of very high quality, I recommend anyone who wants to go and eat there to try the penne all'arrabbiata, an indescribable dish of goodness.

27/07/2025: We stopped at this B&B for just one night (unfortunately) on our way back from vacation in Sicily. We stayed in a fully equipped apartment with a lovely outdoor space. The breakfast was delicious. Giorgia and Giuseppe were very welcoming and friendly. Free on-site parking was a huge plus, as we had a car full of luggage. Very close to Alberobello and Noci (a truly undiscovered town, a little-known gem). We will definitely consider returning to visit the many other worthwhile places nearby.

06/06/2025: When we want to take a break from work, what's better than taking a trip to the Itria Valley. My wife and I often come to this B&B because we find it quiet, convenient for getting around, with a private gate, tastefully furnished and very clean rooms with breakfast in their bar and finally the icing on the cake are the owners Giuseppe and Giorgia who always welcome you with a smile and make you feel at home. I recommend it to everyone.
