08/03/2026: In 2026, it's unthinkable to be served on plastic plates and paper tablecloths. If I go to a restaurant, I want to pay the cover charge fairly. To be honest, I don't remember whether we were charged for it or not. The quality of the food wasn't good enough for me. For such a renowned establishment (they say), I would have expected much more.

24/02/2026: A terrible experience at La Vecchia Curte. From the first few minutes, you could feel the total lack of professionalism: confusing organization, inattentive staff, and a less than welcoming attitude. Despite the evening's "pizza tour" theme, the pizzas were always the same, constantly re-presented without any variety. Not to mention that practically nothing arrived at the head of the table, and after several waits, we were forced to specifically request pizzas. Upon request, instead of being offered, I was looked at askance, with an almost challenging expression, as if I was demanding something I wasn't entitled to. A disappointing evening in every way. The only thing that bothered me during the evening was everything... except the pizza. I won't be returning.

11/11/2025: The outside atmosphere is very spartan. The appetizers are mediocre (one meatball each for four people), and the rest of the dishes are equally so. More than a few were left unserved. The bill was steep, and the service was terrible and unprofessional.

25/01/2026: I went here on a Saturday night with my boyfriend and we left really happy. We ate deliciously, and the quality/price ratio was exceptional. It's become one of my favorite places in Monopoli. A sincere thank you to the owner and the girl in the dining room for their kindness and helpfulness. The real surprise was the schiacciata with hamburger: something unique, never tried before, and worth the visit alone. The beers were also excellent, and the barbecue ribs were amazing. I'll definitely be back. Unfortunately, I didn't take photos because I preferred to enjoy the atmosphere, but the location and the dishes were also top-notch!

05/11/2025: We stopped in Foggia for a couple of days and had breakfast at this café. The atmosphere is lovely, and the staff is friendly. The guy at the coffee machine was very good. I had a really good latte macchiato. It's a shame, though, that the brioches (Venetian and a similar chocolate one) didn't live up to my high expectations. I didn't like them at all. Next time I'll try the croissants.
