24/12/2025: The location is beautiful and feels like being on a ship under a starry sky in the late afternoon, towards evening. The pizzas are good and with strange combinations, like pumpkin, dates, and bacon, for example. Everything was fine except the wait. There were only three of us, with the restaurant empty, and it took about fifteen minutes for the pizzas to arrive. But all in all, not bad. Really nice: the place, the pizzas, the atmosphere. I'm not giving it 5 stars just because of the wait, because everything else is excellent.
16/11/2025: I had a gluten-free pizza (for those with intolerances) that I took out, and when I ate it at home, despite it being lukewarm, it was incredibly good! Really good! Congratulations, best pizza in the Lecce hinterland.

29/03/2026: An incredible discovery! I'll start with the pizza: a solid 9.5. The dough is incredibly soft, incredibly easy to chew, and the mozzarella is incredibly fresh, not at all rubbery—a pleasure for the palate.
But the real added value is visible on the walls: the place is full of trophies, medals, and certificates. It's clear there's a lot of research and uncommon passion behind it. Kudos to the pizza chef: keep it up, you're truly talented! 👏🏽😍
The place is large, welcoming, and also offers a grill with an amazing meat counter. The staff is incredibly kind and the service is incredibly fast (the appetizers and pizzas arrived in a flash). I'll definitely be back, see you soon! ❤️

A wide variety of savory dishes (Neapolitan pizza, potato croquettes, fried pizza, pasta frittatas, rice balls, etc.) and sweets. The Neapolitan nuvole are delicious.

The bench needs updating: it slides on the floor.
The bathroom is small but well-maintained.
The place is a bit cold.
The food is the same as at all the other bars.
27/10/2025: We stumbled upon this place by accident because we had a breakfast voucher from our host. It's a very atmospheric place. Good coffee and crosswords. Friendly service, I recommend it!

18/03/2026: I've been to Nautilus Garden and I have to say it was a truly wonderful experience. The place is well-kept, with a very pleasant garden that creates a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for both a quiet dinner and a more special evening. The winter fireplace is fantastic.
The food was excellent; you can taste the quality of the ingredients, and the dishes are well-made, without being too "complicated." The portions were just right and the flavors were truly satisfying, especially the fish.
I also liked the service: the staff was kind, helpful, and never intrusive. You can tell they care about their customers.
Overall, it's one of those places you'll want to return to, whether to eat well or just relax. Recommended 👍

The owner was thinking about speaking even though the kitchen was jammed.

15/03/2026: We received a very warm welcome during our week in Polignano! The pizzas were delicious and the staff very friendly!
13/03/2026: Dining at this restaurant is an experience; the food is all seafood, and since I had guests from Spain, I really made a good impression.
The only downside is the unpleasant line for customers to get into the only restroom; which, incidentally, is for both men and women. This is a drawback. Good value for money.

18/03/2026: We went there for an evening pizza...personally, we didn't like the pizza: it's not typical Neapolitan pizza, but the sides are too thick, the center is too thick, and there's very little toppings. Too expensive for my taste. They don't even subtract the ingredients that aren't included. Excellent service.
22/02/2026: I went on a Saturday night to get a pizza to take home... it was around 9 pm... he told me there was no fast track and that I would have to wait at least 45 minutes or something... plus the 20 I had already waited... I gave up and went elsewhere... I will never go back there again and I'm sorry because I live in Torre a Mare...

23/12/2025: The atmosphere is a bit dated, but the service is very friendly and the food is good. The snails and mixed grilled fish are excellent. The pizza with raw shrimp is also really good. I would gladly return.

26/12/2025: A trendy café, almost in the center of town. There are several places to sit and chat, enjoying a good coffee and some delicious pastries.
Perfect for spending a good half hour with friends.
There's also a slot machine room for enthusiasts (obviously, you must be 18 or older to enter).
Recommended.
