26/10/2025: I don't think I'll order from this place again. Let me explain: I bought two pizzas for a total of €25, and as soon as they were delivered (it was a home delivery order), we realized that the toppings on both were practically nonexistent.
One was supposed to be a pizza with pulled pork, BBQ sauce, and cheddar sauce, but I only ate the toppings.
Unfortunately, for a pizza that cost €14, I think that's unacceptable.
As for the second one, I think it's more obvious how few toppings there were (it cost €11).
The dough was excellent, and the two stars are only for that.

Some unusual pizza combinations and quality ingredients.
Friendly and fast service.
Definitely worth returning.

Truly beautiful structure, but it gets lost in the details.
The restaurant is quite good, but the service (both in the dining room and kitchen) leaves a little to be desired, given the interminable wait times.

Great little « farm with ducks, peacocks and goats for our little girl to visit twice a day !

26/10/2025: Went for dinner here last week. I had the orecchiette frutti di mare and it was magnificent! I was thinking it looked lovely but my goodness that first mouthful.
My sister and I were the only people there that night. Which was very surprising considering how great the food was.
It made our last night in Otranto a special occasion. My sincerest thanks to the chef/owner.
17/09/2025: Enjoyed my second dinner at this restaurant. It was again excellent. A restaurant where the food is cooked with great attention to detail. In my opinion, one of the best restaurants in Otranto. Insider tip!

02/11/2025: The food is overcooked, they don't make you pizza at lunchtime, they open a liter of water on your table, but they don't even ask if you want it and they charge you when you pay. They didn't give us a slip, the lady just added up the amounts on a calculator, they also charged a service fee for the service.
27/10/2025: A wonderful place! We’re coming to this restaurant for the second evening in a row — the dishes are traditional and incredibly delicious. We highly recommend it to everyone! If we visit Bari again, we’ll definitely come back here!

22/10/2025: Excellent choice in San Cesario de Lecce. We ordered some fries and the burrata, mortadella, and pistachio pizza, and it was a delicacy.
Very attentive and friendly. We ate there; there are two small tables outside. Many people came to place their orders.
We would eat here again.
27/09/2025: A wonderful little place in a small Italian town! We had dinner here several times and tried different pizzas each time – one with traditional dough and one gluten-free. Both were amazing, and the gluten-free pizza was by far the best I’ve ever had in Italy! The staff were incredibly kind, we always got a table on the patio, and the owner was genuinely delighted to welcome visitors from Poland. Each time we were treated to limoncello and grappa, which made us feel truly special. Nowhere else in Italy have we experienced such warm hospitality. Highly recommended – and if we return to Puglia, we’ll definitely come back!

18/10/2025: I really wanted to try the steak. It was perfectly cooked and the raspberry sauce was delicious. The orecchiette pasta was healthy and delicious. Everything on the menu was delicious, and this was the most impressive restaurant I've ever had, not just at Polignano amaret, but also out of all the other restaurants I've eaten in Rome.
Koreans tend to prefer a variety of flavors, from sweet and salty to savory,
but I think Italian food in general is healthy and focuses on the natural flavors of the ingredients. I went to this restaurant when I was a little tired of Western food, but the quality was better than other places.

30/09/2025: We stopped by chance this Sunday while passing through, looking for a nice restaurant. The tables were ready to receive many guests and we thought we would be turned away. Despite this, the manager found us a table and we were able to enjoy high-quality Italian cuisine served by top-notch staff, very professional and very welcoming. An experience we will not forget. Thank you to the whole team
