16/11/2025: Long waits for those who sit at a table, even when the place is empty. The staff is sullen and doesn't pay much attention to the customers. This morning, after a short wait, our coffees were brought, and the waitress, insensitive, handed us the cups, slapping them across the table like poker cards, as if we were in a Wild West saloon. As a regular customer, I've noticed a deterioration in service and the staff is becoming increasingly rude. They're making us want to return. Too bad...

17/06/2025: ¡Increíble! Pierre Paulo y Simone fueron el mejor anfitrión para un almuerzo increíble. ¡Deja que Paulo te cocine! Tuvimos una comida de 4 platos y cada plato era mejor que el anterior. Albóndigas, pasta, rollos de carne, judías - todo increíble. Volveremos.

15/06/2025: Nel cuore del centro storico di Grottaglie un'ottima realtà culinaria.Bella atmosfera, piatti della tradizione rivisitati senza stravolgimenti utilizzando prodotti di prima qualità, il tutto sostenuto da una apprezzata e dettagliata presentazione dei piatti da parte dello staff e dello chef....e non poteva finire che con il piatto "all'assassina " con esaltazione della qualità e dei sapori...grazie! Da ritornarci!

04/11/2025: I went for the first time to a karaoke night. The pizza was top-notch, the staff was top-notch, even though the appetizer pizza arrived first. But it didn't matter, everything was fine.

30/08/2025: We celebrated a colleague's birthday, but it was a disappointment. The pizza was decent, but the rest of the food was poor quality. The location was shabby and outdated. We thought we'd have fun with karaoke, but it was a disaster. The person playing the music wasn't at all engaging, mostly just letting a few people he already knew sing, making them sound like they were participating in a singing competition. The average age of the customers was high, and the music was old and sad.

12/11/2025: Excellent meat. Very friendly service. We arrived without a table and they did their best to find us one. In the end, we enjoyed a delicious, high-quality burger at a high table outside. Definitely recommended. Thanks, guys!

The burger was simply spectacular: soft but lightly toasted bread, juicy and perfectly cooked meat, with that touch of smoky flavor that makes all the difference. 30/11/2025: Bad experience! Saturday evening we went to this "fornello" (a place where you can eat), partly drawn by the reviews. We ordered a few varieties of bombette, and honestly, none of us could distinguish the different "flavors." They all seemed the same! The knuckle was good, but we ordered a sliced ​​Angus steak that was inedible. We ordered it rare, but we couldn't even cut it because it was so stringy and "rubbery." We asked for it to be cooked more to see if we could cut it, but nothing. Even the waiter noticed after we told him. Okay, let's just say we could have overlooked it, even though I don't expect such a product from a butcher shop! But the thing that bothered us the most was the reaction (or rather, non-reaction) of the lady when we paid the bill. While we were paying, we told her the meat was inedible... she gave us a dirty look, took the money we'd already placed on the counter, and turned her head without even responding to our complaint. From someone in this profession, I expect at least an "I'm so sorry," or "I'm sorry, can I get you something?" Oh well, I feel sorry for them!

The fish was cooked to perfection. The service was very attentive and professional. The ambiance is simply beautiful, elegant and rustic at the same time. If there were more stars, I would give more!
