18/06/2025: Restaurant in the heart of Rodi Garganico, simple but beautiful environment and EXQUISITE food. We ordered a plate of orecchiette with clams, (in the top 5 of the best I have ever eaten), paccheri scampi cherry tomatoes and pistachios really good. Also the fried shrimp and calamari light but good! Fast and precise service, a note of merit to the waiter: we witnessed the service of a table behind us, truly boring and fussy customers, but the guy had an uncommon patience and professionalism! He was also really kind to us, he served us and looked after us with kindness and with a smile. It was a nice dinner, surely if we ever come back to Rodi Garganico we will return with pleasure!

01/06/2025: I just had lunch at this restaurant and I can say it was a fantastic experience! The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is kind, helpful, and satisfied our every request. The food is excellent, a perfect place for lunch or dinner with friends. Highly recommended!

27/04/2025: It is a good restaurant and an excellent pizzeria. Large and spacious room. Ideal for parties of various types from birthdays to graduations, passing through all other occasions, including beautiful evenings with friends or with whoever you wish. I've been there more than once and I must say that I always enjoyed it. Nothing negative. It would be better to go during the week. Quite crowded on weekends.

20/06/2025: On Saturday evening, we were intrigued by the renovated location of Freestate, a culinary gem nestled in the heart of Ruvo di Puglia. Welcomed by the warmth of Angelo, Gianfranco and Raffaella, masters of hospitality, we found not just a dinner, but a pleasant experience. The pizzas? True symphonies of taste: fragrant, varied, prepared with skill and selected ingredients. The staff, professional and smiling, made the evening even more enjoyable. To frame everything, a terrace overlooking a majestic square, illuminated by the magical light of the full moon. An evening that nourished the body and spirit. I recommend it and we will return, to taste new specialties ... and to feel pampered and at home once again.

07/06/2025: Spectacular "the assassin". Good vegetables (chicory or chard, depending on availability) with broad beans (especially if accompanied by friggitelli and Acquaviva onion), pasta with mussels and seafood dishes (risotto and spaghetti/linguine).

29/05/2025: And it's an old post but paying 12 euros for a rice dish with potatoes and mussels seems too much to me. In addition, the 2 euro cover charge for a 3 year old doesn't seem right to me.

15/06/2025: A welcoming and quiet place to spend a pleasant evening in the shade of a beautiful tree. Excellent cuisine of typical Salento dishes that offers authentic family recipes. And the welcome is also familiar. Not to be missed!

14/06/2025: Bravo Masseria Caronte 👌 Seafood salad (€18) and fried anchovies (€12) are perfect and beautifully presented 👍. Two deckchairs and a parasol for €25 a day, all good!

11/06/2025: Simply fantastic! The beach is cared for down to the smallest details. The staff is always kind and helpful, ready to satisfy every need. The real strong point? The restaurant! Fresh dishes, well presented and with quality ingredients.

28/06/2025: The best "fritta" in Brindisi and therefore in Salento. In Bari they call it panzerotto, in Lecce calzone, basically it is the Neapolitan fried pizza with a filling of mozzarella and tomato. This is the best place to eat it, really (said by a Lecce native...). Spartan environment but who cares. Good price. Must try.

25/06/2025: Is it pizza in a doughnut? Or donut flavored pizza? Who cares, try the fritta like everyone else and decide for yourself. We stumbled upon this bustling hole in the wall one evening and returned the next night. No, it’s not the most amazing pizza you’ll ever have. But it’s genuine, unique, and full of energy from the delightful staff to everyone in line, grabbing a bite, or on a date outside. People watching at is finest, in something of a good food desert (sorry, it’s true Brindisi) Romanelli stands out as something legit.

11/05/2025: If you are in Cerignola I recommend this place to have lunch. The cuisine is delicious with truly well-executed dishes. The dishes are dominated by the excellent raw materials and the chef's ingenious touch. The place is well looked after, the service impeccable, the staff attentive and courteous.
