05/09/2025: What an excellent place. It’s relatively new and has not taken off yet, but it’s absolutely incredible. Everything is made farm to table with their own garden vegetables. Rigatoni Amatriciana was divine. Perhaps the best tomato pasta I’ve had outside of a Nonna’s kitchen. We also had the beef tartare and the veal agnolotti, which were superb. I highly recommend this restaurant!

We tried the linguine with shrimp and scampi, a first course that left us speechless, with flavors and preparation only found in fine dining restaurants. Special thanks to Nicolaus, who guided us through our selection of dishes with his great professionalism and friendliness. 29/08/2025: I had booked this restaurant days in advance on the host's recommendation (I'd been told it offers typical Apulian cuisine). Over the phone, I hadn't been told anything about the semi-vegetarian fixed-price menu. I got by with a fixed menu and three orecchiette with tomato sauce, which were barely adequate.

24/08/2025: If a restaurant captures the image of the region, Terra Madre is that image. A vegetable garden inside the restaurant is a clear demonstration of the use of fresh, simple ingredients to prepare traditional dishes and delightful variations. There's no point in exaggerating. Simplicity always wins, and at Terra Madre they know it. Well done!

10/08/2025: Excellent pizzeria, excellent pizza and food in general. The 4-flavor pizza by the meter is a must-try. "Excellent," it's enough for at least 5 people. The girls and staff are friendly and helpful. My only small issue is parking; you have to be lucky to find one nearby, otherwise you can find it by driving around a bit. Well done!

05/09/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We ordered small slices of cake, and they were delicious! The lady who served us was very pleasant and welcoming, even though we didn't speak the same language. A wonderful experience, I highly recommend it!

14/08/2025: The desserts, especially the traditional ones, are delicious. I recommend the strudel with diandorla pastry and the fruttoni, both truly delicious. The gelato, and especially the fruttoni, are also amazing. In my opinion, Alabama is one of the best pastry shops in the province for quality, flavor, and kindness.

22/06/2025: Popped in to Marcello for a light lunch, I struggle being vegetarian in Foggia, I think the main restaurant was shut, Sunday midday, a very nice English speaking young man served me, he was very helpful..

09/08/2025: A beautiful, elegant, and rustic inn in the historic center of Cassano; little publicity is given, but once you sit in one of the two small but welcoming rooms, you understand why: they don't need it; the quality of their offerings is their calling card. The menu features refined and carefully crafted dishes, resulting in a truly successful combination of flavors and aromas. For our first visit, we enjoyed the octopus tentacle on roasted potatoes and spaghetti with anchovies, fennel, and fried bread for our main courses. One word: exceptional!!! Service is entrusted to the lady (I believe the owner, who is currently pregnant 😍❤️) who was able to advise us on the wine selection, as well as offering us a welcome dry sparkling wine. The prices are perfectly in line with the service and the quality of the menu. We'll be back soon. Highly recommended. Well done!
