25/04/2025: Location immersed in the Salento countryside, friendly and helpful staff. Very courteous owner. The first courses and the roast are excellent. We will be back to try the pizzas. Advised!

08/02/2025: Pleasant place and relaxing atmosphere; the starters and fish main courses were very good (I would add a little yoghurt sauce to the tuna crust); nice selection of desserts, decidedly original! I came back after some time and still enjoyed it! Even today I appreciate it again: the seared octopus and the scottona tartare are excellent; the Bavarian cheese is excellent!

01/05/2025: The food was good, nothing to say. Unfortunately, however, I have to report an unpleasant episode related to the behavior of the staff (I don't know if it was the owner). After waiting about 15 minutes to access the bathroom, the two of us finally entered. During those few minutes, there was a repeated knock on the door. As soon as we left - without even having time to wash our hands - we were greeted by shouts and an aggressive attitude, with the phrase: "there are also public toilets". I would like to point out that I was a customer who regularly sat at the table, so I don't understand why I should have used a public bathroom instead of the local one. I believe that education is the basis of any service, and I am sorry to see such a lack of respect towards customers. I'll stop here, but I really hope you rethink the way you relate to people.

07/04/2025: Good morning we had lunch with my group, excellent food, kindness and the super excellent location, the bus leaves you right in front of the entrance to the Great Church, really 150 MT away, I recommend it

06/05/2025: The food is fabulous in this place! The first time we went there for the orecchiette, unforgettable! The second time we discovered the grilled fish and mussels, the third time we tried both the raw fish in the appetizers and the fish sauces. Everything in generous portions, excellent prices, speed of service. Very fresh and excellent fish! A bit spartan environment, there are a few tables on the external veranda or several tables inside. A place that makes you feel at home and where it's nice to come back!

23/04/2025: Little by little in the village of Vico del Gargano this bar has become a point of reference for breakfasts and aperitifs. He also earned a certain notoriety by opening a small refreshment point based on local raw materials, quantities at competitive prices. Improved variety, well done

14/05/2025: Loved it here, even returned again while we were in Florence. Most other places felt like a tourist trap or service was quite poor/rude. Really loved the friendly atmosphere, and we had a quality meal here on both occasions.

20/04/2025: The rooms and food were absolutely perfect. Federica, the owner, is warm, kind, and incredibly gracious. The rooms make you feel like nobility—every detail is so carefully curated. The bed was insanely comfortable—we slept better here than anywhere else we've stayed in Italy. We also enjoyed a nine-course wild plants-based tasting dinner, crafted from local produce—each dish rich with deep, inspiring flavors. The atmosphere was calm, relaxing, and full of charm. 20/04/2025: Easter lunch, eaten with the family at home, truly excellent: Platter of cured meats and cheeses Eggplant parmigiana Lamb chops Cardoncelli flan Battered artichokes Mussels au gratin Prawns in mango sauce Mezze sleeves with asparagus and bacon Fried cod, calamari and prawns Right portions, excellently prepared and, last but not least, a gift from the house, an exquisite artisanal chocolate colomba.

15/05/2025: We had booked through Forks for 8:30 pm. We were surprised to be called by the restaurant and told they'd told us to arrive at 7 pm 😱 something we hadn't noticed. In short, they pressured us to arrive as quickly as possible. We ordered two eight-course seafood menus. Overall, the menu was good, except for the dessert trio, which was too sweet. But we were served much too quickly. We'd barely finished our plate when the next one arrived. Luckily, the person who served us was very pleasant and her service was impeccable 👌 We left at 8:45 pm; the restaurant was almost empty. Maybe they wanted to finish earlier? In any case, bad experience with The Fork who sent us an email to tell us that we had not honored our 8 p.m. reservation for one person (even though there were 2 of us)🤔
