22/08/2025: We chose Sapurito for dinner based on the positive reviews, and I can't understand how it could have a rating higher than 4, given that it was truly a disaster. We ordered a pizza, two seafood sandwiches, and a tuna steak. Except for the pizza, which I'd call "edible," everything else was a total disappointment. The seafood sandwiches, priced at €14, were flavorless, the bread was dry, and we found a hair in one of the sandwiches. The tuna steak was actually a low-quality tataki, tasted like the kind from a bag, the tuna was flavorless, served with a very salty teriyaki sauce. Furthermore, the menu listed crunchy vegetables, but the celery and carrots arrived with part of their peel dirty. I truly can't understand how a restaurant can serve dishes like this! It's easier to think that four people went out on a late August evening with the sole purpose of writing a negative review of your restaurant than to have the humility and intelligence to admit that bad nights can happen in any restaurant. It's easier to offend a customer by saying that I prefer canned tuna or that I live in a parallel universe rather than eating what you serve to understand that perhaps there is always room for improvement in life and that dishes like this may be fine for tourists, but not for a local who knows tastes and ingredients perfectly. That said, you're right... I was the one who expected to find sandwiches as good as the ones I usually eat at Pescaria, or at Mangiameduse, or those made by chef Lucio Mele... actually, yes... those are from another universe!

30/09/2025: Honestly, this place simply hit a full homerun. I had the best burger there this year so far and the wine selection was fantastic. The staff was very attentive and luckily they also spoke solid English, so communication was easy (thank you for being forthcoming and apologies for our non-existing Italian...we tried and failed). I wish we could teleport this whole restaurant and staff back to our home so we could enjoy such a fine dinner more frequently.

26/10/2025: I visited this pizzeria on Saturday, October 25th. There were eight of us, and we ordered the €16 menu: appetizers (bruschetta, crepes, prosciutto and mozzarella, potato pizza, turkey breast), a pizza platter, dessert, and a drink. Everything was excellent, except for the stale and inedible dessert.

05/10/2025: I've been to this restaurant, starting with the food, which wasn't anything special. Unfortunately, the experience turned absurd: a staff member literally "played a lottery" in front of us, as if we were participants in an impromptu show. It should have been a restaurant, not a gambling hall.

20/10/2025: We had a great time: the atmosphere is intimate and romantic, the dishes are creative and tasty with quality ingredients. Attentive and attentive service with fair prices. We'll definitely be back!! Highly recommended: the parmigiana, the linguine with basil pesto, and the pistachio cheesecake.

18/10/2025: A very popular place, to be honest. Many restaurants I've tried haven't been up to par. My friends and I wanted to try this cuisine, and seeing the beauty of the place, we wanted to try the dishes too. To start, the service was top-notch: friendly and professional. They check to see if you liked the dish...they do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. We tried the mixed appetizers, all delicious. Our favorite was the tacos, very tasty and perfectly crunchy. We then continued with two small samples of linguine with basil pesto, delicious with the contrast of these fresh chips. Highly recommended!

16/09/2025: We enjoyed an outstanding 7 course tasting menu of Puglian dishes at this Michelin one-star restaurant. We could feel the love of Puglian produce and dishes in every bite. We also enjoyed the wine pairing with regional Puglian wines. The restaurant is located on a beautiful property, Masseria Mancini. The drive there from Bari was lovely and I wished I could see more in daylight. The service and atmosphere were outstanding. It was a lovely, lovely meal. Highly recommend.

28/08/2025: Of all the fine dining experiences I've had to date, this is undoubtedly the best. At Pashà, I found not only delicious food, but also attentive service and friendly, approachable staff. The tasting menu is incredible: I tasted the flavors of Puglia, but underneath, greeting me from afar like a silent old friend, were also the flavors of my homeland, Sicily, which is also the birthplace of the brilliant chef. One Michelin star is truly too few: you deserve the second without batting an eyelid. Keep going, and thank you for everything ❤️

28/09/2025: For a first time, it left me speechless: the service was lacking, the pizza was awful, and the menu was presented in an inexperienced way. I'm sorry, but it's an experience I'll quickly forget.

21/09/2025: Well-executed traditional dishes with a touch of imagination and innovation, a wide and interesting wine list with many local options, friendly and attentive service, all in the beautiful historic center of Francavilla Fontana.

19/09/2025: The name of this place is simply too good to be true! The atmosphere is rustic, beautifully furnished, with charming and interesting corners, welcoming, with excellent service and sublime meat and seafood appetizers. I thoroughly enjoyed the purple gnocchi with beetroot and clams, but less so the orecchiette, which were too thick and doughy, accompanied by a glass of good red wine. The bathroom is unique, neat and clean.

11/10/2025: Everything was truly excellent; the menu is well thought out, with dishes that combine tradition and creativity, and the pizza, by far, is the best I've ever eaten. We'll be back with pleasure!

16/09/2025: Wonderful restaurant that served us generously. My wife and I enjoyed the fresh mushroom appetizer and shared fondue burguignon and cheese fondue. We had savory sauces with the meat, herbed bread for the cheese and sides of pickles and onions. A great experience.

23/09/2025: A very nice atmosphere, with secure parking and a children's play area. The cuisine is quite varied, but in my opinion their highlight is definitely the pizza. Really good!
