We booked dinner for five of us. We're all used to fine dining and quality ingredients, and here we found exactly what we were looking for. The price was fair, but not for everyone's budget. I recommend it.

10/05/2026: We went for a hearty aperitif and then had dinner. Excellent, beautifully presented local produce is paired with freshly made focaccia. The simple outdoor seating is delightful, offering one of the most beautiful views of Grottaglie's historic center. The friendly and knowledgeable staff will be happy to recommend everything from aperitifs to after-dinner cocktails, including a wide selection of gins and a good glass of wine.

Brace e Sapori - ristorante braceria

10/04/2026: Everything was excellent, from the choice of meats to the kind and professional service.
06/04/2026: An evening with friends. I wouldn't return. The atmosphere is elegant, but the food (meat) doesn't match the ambiance. The most unpleasant thing: we ordered bombette without cheese and asked to have them separated from the others. We were assured of this when we ordered, but then they were put together at the table, creating confusion. I'd say it was expensive for what we ate. I've attached a tiramisu and a photo of the amaro.
