La Sciabichella Restaurant In Foggia

This restaurant specializes exclusively in seafood. The lunch was excellent, what more can I say? We'll definitely be back. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...

We went to this place for dinner because I wanted to eat some fresh fish for my birthday. Since they have a fishmonger attached, I trusted them. Cute place, very fresh fish, and two very kind waiters. After eating delicious raw fish, a hot and cold fish appetizer, and a tuna and salmon carpaccio recommended by the very helpful Giuseppe, I was thrilled to have fully satisfied my craving for something truly delicious. I'll definitely be back.

The food was good and plentiful, although I would have put less on the appetizer and perhaps added a few mussels and two slices of salmon, rather than too much octopus and calamari (just a suggestion, of course). The service was very young and very courteous, so I found it impeccable and friendly. The place is simple but very welcoming, although I would prefer just one entrée and not like yesterday, where they made us go from one entrée to another in the pouring rain. The prices are low, so I'll return, perhaps to add a fifth star. Rating 8.5!!!
