25/04/2025: Guest to all Gin | La Cavallerizza, Ginosa (TA) A splendid evening was spent at La Cavallerizza in Ginosa, on the occasion of the “Guest a tutto Gin” event. A lively and refined atmosphere, made special by the mastery of Emanuele Russo, who took us on a journey with gins inspired by the aromas and flavors of the Caribbean, mixed with passion and expertise. What made the experience even more pleasant was Alessandro Sorino's music: a refined, warm and enveloping background, strictly in vinyl, capable of elegantly accompanying every sip. Thanks also go to Giuseppe, the host, for his sincere hospitality and warm welcome. A place to live, an event to remember. Well done everyone!

20/06/2025: I ate here 1 week ago and it was a magnificent experience, the food was spectacular, a very quiet environment despite there being many customers, but the best part was the service, I was served by two waiters, one beautiful with tattooed arms and another black guy who spoke perfect Italian, they were kind and friendly like never before. I will return here with great pleasure😁

01/06/2025: Very interesting place, welcoming environment and modern style, perhaps a little isolated, the place offers a vast assortment of pizzas, from the most classic to the so-called "exclusive", for palates that seek new combinations and new flavors, I strongly recommend you to be inspired by all the particular types of dough proposed by the chef, there is something for everyone!

23/03/2025: If there were 10 stars per review I would give them all 10, or rather 11!! I think it is among the best pizza in Monte Sant'Angelo, panzerotti and also paposcie are delicious, and to conclude as the icing on the cake some clouds that melted in your mouth. Highly recommended indeed.

And I must say it was a pleasant surprise, I had the chance to taste excellent quality meat, served with perfect cooking and temperature among the best I have ever tasted, excellent service and truly friendly staff. I felt at home. Highly recommended. I will definitely go back, even though I am from Calabria, it is worth it!

I wanted to celebrate my daughter's CONFIRMATION because it offers first of all the kindness of the owners, the availability of the staff. As for the food, any dish is appreciated by all the guests. I was recommended a truly exquisite cake and wonderful to look at. I recommend it without any doubt, because it is really difficult to find something negative. TOP 110 and praise

20/04/2025: Adelfia può vantare di un intrigante indirizzo dove buon gusto e ricercatezza si fondono armoniosamente. Un posto che conquista per come si è accolti, aspettati e benvoluti. E soprattutto, per quanto bene si è mangiato e bevuto. Siamo a “Eden restaurant” una vecchia abitazione ristrutturata e adattata al caso nel centro abitato di Adelfia. Lo scenario è di grande effetto: una struttura al tempo stesso elegante e intima, dove il fascino dell’epoca si è conservato nel colore e nell’odore delle volte in pietra. All’ingresso c’è la cucina a vista ed in fondo una maestosa sala dai colori caldi e avvolgenti. La mise-en-place è pulita, essenziale, ma al tempo stesso gioiosa e colorata, il servizio attento e curato. La gestione della sala è affidata alla titolare che ha saputo dare un’impostazione nuova alla cucina. Una proposta portavoce del territorio che impiega i prodotti più rappresentativi.Sapori rotondi e pieni contraddistinguono le preparazioni in cui, quasi sempre, protagonista è il gioco di consistenze in armonie corali. La carta dei vini rispecchia il territorio in tutte le sue sfumature. Eleganti ed intensi i bocconi in entrata: le friselle con chips di zucchina fritta o peperone scottato. A seguire il tagliere di salumi e formaggi con confettura di piccoli frutti rossi, grande sapore, giusta sapidità e raffinatezza. Lo stecco di caciocavallo, un preparato semplice ma rivisto attraverso una bella interpretazione al miele. A chiudere, golosi gamberi in tempura con salsa agrodolce e il più classico dei piatti pugliesi, le scagliozze. Il menù presenta un percorso degustazione, 5 portate selezionate dalla proprietà a 20 euro oltre alla proposta à la carte per una cena da ricordare.

26/05/2025: Excelente servicio. Pedimos lingüina con gambas y pulpo asado. Ambos estaban deliciosos y preparados adecuadamente. Disfrutamos de un litro de un vino blanco local con la cena. El sorbete de limón de postre vino con un hojaldre relleno de crema de limón. ¡Increíble! Llegamos cuando abrieron a las 8 pm para encontrar mesas ya sentadas. Podemos conseguir una mesa rápidamente. A las 9 de la noche, había una larga fila en la puerta.

15/05/2025: Siamo clienti affezionati da quasi 10 anni e non mi dispiace affatto percorrere circa 180 km.(tra andata e ritorno), perché comunque si mangia bene con porzioni veramente abbondanti e soprattutto con prezzi vantaggiosi.Grazie allo shef sig. VITO ella signora co dei bravissimi camerieri

01/07/2025: We entered with an appetite and left hungry. The dish was embarrassing to say the least, a tiny sausage with 4 leaves of lettuce. Not to mention the hot place, you were sweating while eating. Compared to other times, it has clearly worsened. Never again.

Great professionalism and fast service. But the compliment goes to the sliced ​​steak... Among the best we have eaten and the very soft and tasty shank.
