I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the meat. My family and I were especially interested in the bombette, which met and exceeded our expectations. There will definitely be a next time. I recommend it.

I was there today, and I'll be back soon, for dinner. It was fantastic. I'm in Puglia for work (even though I'm originally from Puglia and know the specialties), but I didn't want to go back to town this evening, so after wandering around the beautiful historic center, I called and went there. Small and cozy, the staff were kind and friendly. The food? It tasted like my mother's, because they cook so homely. Typical dishes to be savored, very fair prices, and at the end of the meal, a very welcome thank-you dessert. Come in, try it, and let yourself be transported by the traditional flavors and unmistakable taste of local cuisine. An excellent experience.
