25/05/2025: Abbiamo scelto Masseria Calderoso per festeggiare la nostra promessa di matrimonio, dopo esserci stati una domenica a pranzo, e siamo rimasti nuovamente soddisfatti! Accoglienza all'esterno con un aperitivo di benvenuto ed una tavola allestita in maniera semplice, ma precisa; le portate abbondanti ed una più squisita dell'altra; un post-pranzo seduti al sole nella tranquillità della natura, che ci ha permesso di rilassarci e scambiare qualche chiacchiera in compagnia. La presenza discreta, ma percepibile di Nicola ed Annamaria, oltre alla loro simpatia e disponibilità ad accontentare tutti, è il fiore all'occhiello di questo posto magico. Rapporto qualità-prezzo invidiabile! Consigliatissimo!

29/05/2025: End of year school trip with 104 students and 16 teachers from Lecce (Ammirato-Falcone Institute). Environment suitable for hosting large numbers. Excellent first courses, both seafood and meat; exquisite second courses and lots and lots of hospitality and friendliness from the owners. The taste... that of mom's home cooking!!! Highly recommended!

30/08/2025: Top-notch food, far too long waits We chose this place because most restaurants were closed at the time we were there (2:00 p.m.), but that's common in Italy; we know our way around. Anyway, we were seated without a reservation after about 10 minutes. The ambiance is great: beautiful decor, comfortable seating, and relaxing music. Our order was taken relatively quickly. To shorten the wait for the food, we received a small appetizer (bread and mozzarella with ham) about 30 minutes after being seated. After another 20 minutes, we received a basket with bread and tarallucci. We waited about an hour for the main course. The waiter barely spoke Italian and asked several times while taking our order. When our food arrived, two plates were brought out incorrectly. This was ultimately the kitchen's fault. To avoid another 10-15 minutes of waiting, we accepted the plates so we could eat together. The restaurant employs two waiters and the owner; we don't know how many worked in the kitchen. Our neighbor's table left their plates lying around without touching them. We heard they had also been waiting a long time and were given the wrong plates. Another neighboring table argued with the owner about what it was, I have no idea. The quality of the food was impeccable, but you should be prepared to wait a bit if you want to eat here. The restaurant and the owner were very accommodating to us. We still had to wait :D

30/06/2025: Discount pizza, but what Caputo flours, but what Gallipoli fishmongers. The pizza you served us was pre-cooked/frozen from the INS on which you added a burrata (of very poor quality) to one while on the other you didn't add anything, not even two slices of mushrooms and instead you left nice chunks of mushrooms soaked in water, as you obviously find on frozen pizzas. Now you can (as I've seen it's your custom) deny it by saying that your ingredients bla bla bla or offend your customers with considerations on eating habits or the cost of a lunch. The real shame is that the place would have good potential. Regarding the reviews I read, I note that you have an excellent relationship with some of your customers, almost friendly but also lucky and so if a criticism comes about the sandwiches here is a praise for them, if the criticism is about the pizza the praise is also about the pizza. Unfortunately I don't have any photos to show, I paid and left and no, I didn't make any complaints on the spot (if it had been about the technique or the dough I could have given you suggestions, but I don't think it would have been appropriate to give you advice on the best discount store in the area), while made here the complaint can be useful to your future customers. I hope that this review can be useful not only to your customers but also to yourselves and I invite you to reflect on the fact that you could be ambassadors of your land and its products.

20/08/2025: Every summer night I go out and visit different places, and of all the ones I visit, this is definitely the best. Every day I come in here, I feel at home, like I'm part of the family. I've tried many things here, and I have to say they're all really delicious. I usually order a crepe with Smarties, as it's my favorite and the best I've ever had, so I order it often. Recently, I've also tried many different croissants, and they're fantastic (I especially recommend the Pan di Stelle and Kinder Bueno ones, both spectacular), paired with a delicious cappuccino at a fair price for what I order. I've also tried many other things, yogurt, gelato, and milkshakes, and I've never regretted them. The staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and always available. I recommend everyone to visit and get something to eat or drink because it's absolutely worth it. ❤️

15/06/2025: Not a pub, but a meeting place for friends, availability, elegance, cheerfulness, quality, make Dejavu an excellence, wide range of beer, excellent and abundant sandwiches with truly ridiculous prices for the quality of the dish. Friendly and qualified waiters, the owner a great friend. 5 stars because there is no sixth.

26/05/2025: As I read in several comments, I was one of those who knew about the existence of this place but had no idea that it offered such a complete menu, last night we were there and I must say that we were more than satisfied, I in particular, the paposce were very good and at the right price, the baked potatoes were very good and the service I would say was normal and I appreciated the container for the take-away sandwich that we had prepared! I honestly don't understand the negative comments and I don't understand why such a nice, quiet place where you eat well doesn't work so much because I expected more people! In my opinion, it needs to be noticed more as a place where you can eat a bit of everything!

06/09/2025: The hotel met our expectations... perhaps larger wardrobes in the rooms... for us, since there were 4 of us... a two-door wardrobe was really small... The pool was good... The sea was most beautiful in the morning and rough in the afternoon... Beautiful but not the sea of ​​Salento.... In the week of July when we were there, there were few jellyfish... The restaurant and cuisine were superb... We ate in abundance... Fresh fish every day and a very varied menu... The desserts were good... A large buffet every day... Friendly staff, from the waiters... to Mrs. Grazia... to the cleaning ladies... Insufficient parking for hotel guests... You need to book in advance...

We were fortunate enough to discover this wonderful restaurant during our stay in Puglia – and it was without a doubt one of the absolute highlights of our trip. The warm, family atmosphere is immediately noticeable upon entry. The staff is warm, attentive, and takes the time to explain dishes and ingredients – with a genuine passion for Puglian cuisine. The restaurant impresses with fresh, regional ingredients, attentive service, and a calm, authentic atmosphere – without any touristy gimmicks. The linguine di mare was the highlight of the evening: perfectly cooked al dente, with a delicate seafood sauce that was intensely flavorful but not overpowering. Accompanied by a glass of local white wine – simple and harmonious. A restaurant that doesn't just serve Puglia, but lives it. If you're looking for good food without a lot of fuss, you'll find it here.

28/08/2025: This evening we had a delightful evening; despite our late arrival (around 11:45 PM), the staff was there to welcome us warmly. Between a generous appetizer of cured meats, cheeses, and fried foods and two delicious first courses (orecchiette with sausage and arugula, and spaghetti allo scoglio), we spent the evening in a small, well-kept and very familiar corner of Brindisi. An ideal place for groups of young people like us, but also for families and couples, especially given the super affordable price! Thanks again to the restaurant.
