23/08/2025: Good morning. I've dined at this restaurant twice, and while the first time I thought, "It might be because it was so crowded," the second time I realized that, as a tourist, I'd been completely taken for a ride. There were four of us with a reservation. We arrived at 8:45 PM. The menus arrived at 9:30 PM after numerous requests. On the waiter's advice, we placed our orders. I should have already realized that our presence wasn't welcome. However, the first courses, including appetizers for one of the house menus, arrived at 10:20 PM. The courses from the 11:35 PM menu hadn't arrived yet. At this point, I got up, went to the cashier, and asked for the bill. When I asked to pay a percentage, the owner looked at me and asked why. He explained that it was very crowded. I calmly showed him that all the tables around mine, who had arrived after us but were local, had already eaten and paid. He didn't offer a single apology.

28/07/2025: We’ve had a really great time! The location of the restaurant is amazing as it is just at the main piazza. Food was good and wine was really nice for really affordable prices. Giving it a 4 out of 5 just because we had to wait a really long time for our bill, which took a bit off of the nice time we had at the restaurant.

17/07/2025: Le terrazze sul porto di San Remo sono molte e tutte sembrano belle, il posto è pieno di ristoranti che offrono cibo di qualità. Noi siamo andati al "Delle Palme" più volte, non ci ha mai deluso. Già, i prezzi sono molto ragionevoli (pizze 10 €, circa 12 € pasta, pesce circa 15 €). La reception è molto gentile e cordiale e parla in italiano ... E soprattutto il cibo è delizioso, abbondante, fresco e pieno di gusto. Menzione speciale per la pizza! E una splendida vista sul porto e sulle palme, non fa male ...

17/07/2025: Presenta non solo una splendida vista sul porto antico della città, suggestivo soprattutto al tramonto e di sera, ma presenta anche un’ottima scelta di piatti tipici di mare e non solo.

04/09/2025: We visited this restaurant in Lecce with a group of six, with a reservation, and initially the experience was promising. The outdoor setting is charming, nestled in the streets of the historic center, and the food was served promptly (a 10-20 minute wait, absolutely adequate). Unfortunately, the evening took a turn for the worse due to a sudden downpour. I believe the staff didn't handle the situation promptly: several dishes were left out in the rain, and for some of my friends, virtually the entire dinner was wasted. We customers had to make do with "saving" what food we could, eating standing up like 15 other people around us. The staff only gave us a small corner of a table to finish what we had salvaged, a gesture I appreciate, but unfortunately it wasn't accompanied by any other thoughtfulness. When it came time to get the bill, no discount was given, other than the reduction of the cover charge (which, in reality, wasn't applied, given the situation). We pointed out that some people had eaten practically nothing but still found themselves having to pay for everything, and the discussion became tense, with sometimes rude responses. In short: the dishes we sampled were good, but the overall experience was ruined by poorly trained, unresponsive, and, at times, rude service. I believe that, given such a difficult evening for the customers, a little more attention would have been warranted.

26/08/2025: We ate at this restaurant twice during our three days in Castro. The servers were different, but the service was always friendly :) The pizzas were very, very good both times. The value for money is unbeatable! Thank you!

30/08/2025: A large group of us came for a festive occasion. The menu was superb, with delicious appetizers, porcini mushroom ravioli, and exceptional sea bass. The waiter was impeccably polite, and the owners, Sandro and Teresa, made you feel at home. The place was beautifully refrigerated. Everything was perfect. We'll be back.

10/08/2025: Siamo arrivati per primi , abbiamo preso degli antipasti e una pizza a testq, gli antipasti erano ok ma al momento dell’assaggio della pizza ho ritrovato questo sapore amaro che mi ha fatto scoprire che la pizza era completamente bruciata, l’ho fatto presente ad una dipendente che mi ha subito fatto rifare la pizza ed era visibilmente mortificata ; questo perché non è colpa dei camerieri ma di chi li ha fatto servire una pizza carbonizzata. Dopo la pizza abbiamo ordinato un gelato che ci è stato servito con i piatti delle pizze ancora sul tavolo. Davanti a noi 4 ragazzi si sono alzati e sono andata via perché erano 50 minuti che erano seduti e ancora nessuno aveva preso le ordinazioni. Vorrei comunque dire che non è colpa dei ragazzi che lavorano lì ma dell’organizzazione che c’è dietro a loro.

30/07/2025: Siamo stati ieri sera a cena, posto incantevole, cibo ottimo . Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Personale molto gentile e simpatico soprattutto due camerieri che hanno servito il nostro tavolo, Antonio e Davide. Grazie per la bella serata, torneremo sicuramente!!!

20/08/2025: Fantastic trattoria. Incredible value for money. We were greeted with kindness and warmth, and the food reflects the owners' authenticity. The first courses were delicious, including the orecchiette with braciola sauce and the cavatelli with mussels. The house red wine is one of the best I've ever had. The mixed fried fish and baked scamorza cheese are delicious. Unbeatable price. We'll definitely be back, thank you so much. Highly recommended!

05/08/2025: I went there over the weekend, and a very nice and beautiful lady immediately seated us at our reserved table (I recommend reserving because it's small). I had excellent fried vegetables, and they made rice and scrambled eggs for my daughter. The atmosphere was pleasant and the music was good. Prices were affordable, lower than the average in Bari.

24/08/2025: I won't go into the merits of the questionable quality of the dishes or portions. My specific contribution concerns the service: We entered at 8:30 PM sharp and were alone in the restaurant. Our order was taken at 8:45 PM (we were always alone). A house appetizer for 7 people, a small first course (the same) for 12 people, one main course for a child, and 8 fried fish dishes. We left at 11:45 PM. The fried fish dishes were served at 11:20 PM after 11 first courses were served instead of the 12 ordered. During this exhausting wait, I noticed numerous customers arriving at the tables, being served tarallini and olives. I asked the waiter if he could bring these tarallini and olives, given the extremely long wait. The waiter (the most experienced) replied, "It's something reserved for regular customers." I politely replied that it wouldn't be fair to discriminate against tables like this, especially since the same tables that were receiving olives and taralli, even though they arrived MUCH later, were also receiving their orders while we were waiting, sometimes over an hour and a half, for a single dish. The server (the most experienced one) continued to insist that it was his right to bring taralli and olives to whoever he wanted. I pointed out that if 90 percent of the tables had gotten them and some of the tables that arrived much later were already leaving, something was wrong. Nothing: the experienced server continued to repeat that he brings taralli and olives to whoever wants them and that we weren't among them. And when I specifically requested, always polite but firm, that he not continue with the same message repeated three times, he just kept going. Some might say I should have gotten up from the table and left, but I didn't because it would have created a ruckus, out of respect for the other patrons present, who were largely unaware of what had happened. I'll stop here; nothing personal, but this kind of discriminatory—and I emphasize discriminatory—attitude (compounded by inexplicable delays in service, unexplained except by a simple "we'll make up for it," uttered twice but never delivered) is unacceptable in good manners and perhaps beyond the bounds of legality. I will evaluate and take action through the appropriate authorities, where possible.

21/08/2025: We were slightly disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. The appetizers didn't meet our expectations, but the main courses were reasonably good. The service was courteous, if a bit slow. The bill, while reasonable, didn't seem commensurate with the overall quality of the experience. Unfortunately, we don't plan on returning.

06/09/2025: Beautiful place. There's a pool, and the beach is just a short walk away. The cabins are clean and comfortable. Every evening there was entertainment for kids and adults. We had a great time.

06/09/2025: This is my third time returning to this resort. Welcoming, excellent services, excellent on-site restaurant. Large pool, excellent and unobtrusive entertainment. A little more attention to the grounds would be ideal.
