06/04/2026: I recently dined at Il Simposio restaurant and had a very positive experience. Despite its inland location, the seafood selection was excellent, with fresh ingredients and well-executed dishes. The atmosphere is elegant and very pleasant, ideal for a quiet evening. The staff was courteous and professional throughout the service. I gave it 4 stars only because of some minor inconveniences with the wait times between courses, but overall, I would recommend it to anyone looking for good seafood in the area. The quality/price ratio is fair.
