There are places in Salento that represent guarantees. Places that preserve the charm and quality of this area. The Zonzi restaurant in Soleto is one of these. Croquettes are a must that could push people to travel miles to enjoy them. Likewise, the "sheet" of horse meat is also one of the delicacies that can be enjoyed. With €20/25 you can drink, eat well and spend a nice evening in a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended Only advice: to improve the cooking of the turcinieddhri they were closer to charring than pleasantly cooked.

When you go to eat at Zonzi you know that the atmosphere is that of an old trattoria, but it doesn't take much to add a bit of modernity and make it a young trattoria. The short menu is only meat and that's fine, the most requested dish is the "panzerotti leccesi" which to be honest I've eaten better ones. The grilled meat is good but a little overcooked (rare and not pink). The service is attentive (the boy who followed us in our many variations was patient). The low bill is fair for the place, but be careful of the cost of the bottled wines, which are exaggerated.

Very nice restaurant and the food is excellent. Friendly staff. Too bad only about the bathroom but I will definitely return.

Excellent value for money. Courteous, helpful service with quick waiting times. The culinary tradition has remained the same as it once was. The only very small flaw... besides the ice cream they don't have any dessert. .Advised

It's still a good tavern but it's no longer what it used to be. Some strong dishes such as potato croquettes and horse bits have dropped (unlike the prices). For the rest not bad and I would happily return.

Come da titolo. Se vuoi piatti ricercati ed arzigogolati vai altrove. Se vuoi piatti della tradizionale realizzato con tempo e passione allora questo è il posto giusto. Molto buone le verdure grigliate e d'altra specie, e ottima anche la carne. Locale spartano che però ti fa sentire bene.

17/03/2024: Posto molto accogliente e l' attesa è stata veramente breve nonostante ci fosse tanta gente. Buona la cucina e buone le pizze. Personale molto gentile. Lo consiglio.
