04/08/2024: Ate delicious ice creams. Wide choice and nicely decorated ice cream parlour.

14/06/2024: Until last year we considered it the best ice cream in Verbania. This year, after the third time, we noticed that something happened. To confirm, I brought a tray to my mother-in-law.....retired ice cream maker. Bad because elongated creams and chocolate flavor made with cocoa. Sin.

09/08/2024: After a dish of very good ravioli and spaghetti, what a disappointment for dessert... nothing homemade, just ready-made industrial... We had to wait 25 minutes for the Dolce card for a big disappointment... and then wait another 20 minutes to pay... in short, it's up to you but we won't be going there again as far as we're concerned. ..

09/08/2024: Having happened by chance in Pallanza/Verbania we decided to stop for dinner so we went in. Everything seemed to be going well, but when ordering, doubts began. I ordered fish and asked to change the side dish (instead of vegetables, mixed salad) and it was reluctantly accepted. When they brought me the dish I noticed that the salad was made up of old rocket, two leaves of carrots and some celery, I don't think it's salad but anyway........ When comparing this, the gentleman in charge of the service replied to me, verbatim words """ if you want it you eat it for me it's the same """"" What ?????? Ok I left it alone to avoid problems and not ruin my evening, I paid and we left Now what to say about this Restaurant ??????? Definitely NEVER AGAIN and in terms of service unfortunately I can't give less than one star but they don't deserve that either, the only advantage they have is that they don't have much competition and they have a strategic post for the rest: STAY AWAY

03/09/2024: We have been customers of this place for years, because we liked the pizza. A few evenings ago, returning from a trip, we called to pick up three pizzas to take home. On the phone they told us to order them directly once we got there and that they would make them right away. We show up at the time we said we would come and they treat us badly saying that the place is full, ergo they don't have time and for three takeaway pizzas we would have had to wait at least an hour. Obviously we won't be returning.

30/08/2024: Very expensive, unfortunately the starter didn't taste like anything. Homemade ravioli are recommended. Unfortunately fish and meat are not good. Ordered medium and received almost raw.

28/03/2024: Cons: little choice on the menu, excess salt bordering on edible, no loose white wine, one bottle tasted of cork but it was our fault for not reporting it to the managers because we were sorry given their kindness. The side dish of a dish was wrong (immediately corrected).... and then some slippers on display on the chair at the next table. Service of this kind may be haphazard: but does the bread arrive or not, the coffee... etc etc. Pros: Very correct prices, the food is really good and in the tradition of our area, the place has been renovated and really well kept, run by a family with a smile and these days... Highly recommended!!

17/03/2024: I would say excellent trattoria, kindness and friendliness in the service, the cuisine is excellent, all homemade, definitely worth returning 👍

It didn't taste good, luckily we didn't order more. Even though they harassed us the whole time. The staff were very aggressive and kept asking us to order more. Make suggestions, bring menu even though we clearly stated that we did not want to have a large meal. Luckily we only ordered bruschetta. The waitress made us order with mozzarella on it. We thought that was the standard offer. The price for bruschetta with mozzarella was €20. It didn't taste good, luckily we didn't order any more. Although they kept pestering us the whole time. The personal era was extremely aggressive and continued to be of the highest order. Hanno fatto proposte, ci hanno portato il menu also has a chiaramente that does not volevamo un pasto abbondante. 26/08/2024: We just wanted to eat a little something and were wondering why the waitress was asking us for food every 2 minutes and was so insistently trying to recommend something to us. Finally, the highlight: For the bruschetta for €12, they charged us €2x4 for Buffalina. What a disgrace!

23/08/2024: Big, big tourist rip off. My wife and I had one course each and one drink each. The bill came to 64 euros including a 6 euro cover charge. But this must not have been enough for them because when I was presented with the card machine it was stet at 80 euros, the waiter saying it was a sr ice charge……….25 % of the bill, after we had already paid a cover charge. We were ripped off big time, left nearly as bad a taste as the food.
