09/08/2024: Passato oggi per pranzo, posto già conosciuto, come al solito trattamento impeccabile, cucina casalinga e genuina. Un pochino di attesa, ma è anche il 5 Agosto e ci sta e poi se ben frequentato, anche di lunedì, ottimo per loro e significa che le persone sono soddisfatte.
05/08/2024: Location familiare ma curata, cibo fatto in casa e squisito, menù vasto con prodotti tipici del territorio, personale accogliente e gentile, prezzi super! Tutto perfetto, complimenti!
Si vede che ci mettono cuore e passione

08/08/2024: Nice restaurant with tasty food. We did have a bit of a language barrier (we didn't speak Italian and they didn't speak English there) and because they didn't have a physical card, this made ordering a bit difficult. Still, we had a delicious meal. The pasta was clearly homemade and the desserts were also very tasty. The owner and staff were very nice and didn't even let us pay a tip when we wanted to pay

22/08/2024: We got to know the Signal hotel, thanks to the Dufour hotel. We had the opportunity to dine in this structure as we were connected and we were able to see first-hand how Macugnaga's hospitality is at the highest levels. Excellent food, very kind and efficient staff as well as very fast service. A pleasant discovery. Thanks again for how we were welcomed. Valter and Stefania
08/03/2024: The lovely place. The people who welcomed me are truly special. Clean and well managed hotel. I stayed for two days for work and they made me feel at home.
Last but not least their small restaurant; crazy. Excellent dishes presented in a starred restaurant. Excellent food in general. In short, I vote 10 and praise

I recommend it for the very good food and the wide choice of beers.
12/07/2024: The classic, timeless beer and sandwich shop. Average prices, welcoming and characteristic environment. The only note: it's impossible to drink a beer for those who, like me, have strong allergies to bisulphates, because on the menu there are only raw, weiss and various craft beers, no pils and lagers.

Tables are cleared very slowly.
Once the table next to us was cleared and new drinks were brought while we also had empty drinks.
You often just sit there and wait until, if you're lucky, a waiter comes by.
Cocktails are great and the small bites are also better than the competition.
Quite okay for a two drinks

16/08/2024: Really nice restaurant, very tasty food which was served quickly, even though it was Ferragosto and we hadn't pre-ordered - and that with 7 people!
The atmosphere was also very nice and everyone was very child-friendly.
31/07/2024: Food was really very good. The service with fits. Firstly, there were few words we could say, we were ignored for 10 minutes, when we were just about to get on we were helped, without any emotion. Halfway through the evening it became a bit more friendly and there was even a joke. Unfortunately, at the end of the evening we were ignored again, we were not asked if we wanted dessert or something else and we eventually went inside to pay, because no one came anymore...a pity

05/08/2024: Cena di famiglia all'aperto in questo ristorante con location all'esterno molto bella. Iniziamo con dei cocktail decisamente invitanti, proseguiamo con un mix di antipasti, poi tagliata e soprattutto fritto di pesce di lago davvero super!
14/07/2024: Pranzo con amici, prima volta in assoluto in questo ristorante. Location sicuramente suggestiva con una bellissima vista sul lago Maggiore. Purtroppo le cose positive finiscono qui. Il cibo, pur essendo di buona qualità, non ha niente di eccezionale. Il servizio è stato a dir poco irritante: un'ora di attesa per ricevere un piatto di spaghetti, il cameriere (se si può chiamare così) lento, distratto e davvero molto poco empatico. Peccato, un ristorante con un grande potenziale gestito in maniera a dir poco approssimativa.

12/07/2024: Since we wanted to eat at Mama's Pizza for the second time, we were turned away on the grounds that we weren't campers. Although there is nothing about it on the website. So we drove 650m further to the Pizzeria Arca di Noé. And we are very surprised. Very friendly service, you don't have to wait long for your food or drink. Very large selection of dishes and translated into German. We sat outside and it was lovely with a lovely view. Even the restaurant is very cozy and invites you to linger. I can really recommend it.

28/08/2024: Non posso che iniziare dicendo che sono veramente bravi. Io e la mia famiglia, siamo in tre, veniamo qui ogni anno e Thomas e Willy sono dei perfetti padroni di casa. Lo staff è eccezionale, tenete conto che la cameriera da un anno con l’altro si ricorda del mio bambino. I cibi sono eccezionali, le materie prime di alta qualità, e le lavorazioni sono tutte fatte da loro partendo dal pane, passando per la pasta etc. Il ristorante è ubicato vicino ad un campeggio nella Valle romantica di Cannobio. Questo ti permette di mangiare in completa serenità, lontano dai rumori di strada ma soprattutto lontano dalla massa di gente che fa le vasche avanti e indietro per il lungolago di Cannobio, e questo è veramente un grande punto a favore loro. Ovviamente ci rivedremo presto e non possiamo che consigliarlo a tutti quanti. Federica, Matteo e Riccardo
