29/03/2025: In the center of the town, in good weather there are also tables outside. Simple place, I recommend the risottos, the meat on soapstone and the pizza only in the evening.

Les pizzas sont tres bonnes et copieuses. Un tres bon rapport qualité prix.

There's a terrace, but with a view of the parking lot and plastic garden chairs, it's not the prettiest. The menu is manageable; I would have liked more vegetarian options. The pizza was good. Nothing outstanding, but tasty.
25/05/2025: We've been coming to Verbania for three years and each time we eat several times at Pontile 2. Authentic, good food, and good prices.

03/05/2025: We booked as a couple intrigued by the positive reviews and we can say that they are absolutely deserved. The typical dishes are tasty, well presented and with quality ingredients. The staff were welcoming and always smiling. The atmosphere is beautiful, made even more engaging by the DJ's music. A place we will gladly return to every time we are in the area!

19/04/2025: If you do not speak italian do not try to order via telephone. As soon as the young lady hears a word in english she just hangs up without even saying "sorry"..

06/05/2025: We passed through these areas by chance coming down from Macugnaga, and we found a nice little place, a nice atmosphere, attentive and friendly service; moving on to the culinary side, we were truly amazed and impressed by the enormous quality of the food offered, truly something exceptional, never tasted such a devastating and exquisite pear and chocolate cake, COMPLIMENT TO THE CHEF, it deserves a significant increase... WE WILL REPEAT

Great food, as always. I always find it a little difficult to give up polenta and carpetlucco to try the various other excellent dishes.
Good wine and beer.
Also convenient for a warm breakfast, while perhaps the children have a ski lesson, given that it is located opposite the chairlift departure point and next to the ski school meeting point.
