25/08/2025: The aperitif menu is truly inadequate. You offer an aperitif with house selections, which are actually just three biscuits, something you'd find in any bar, where you'd eat more and better, especially with a quality bottle. Not recommended.

16/08/2025: A lovely find just steps from Piazza Vittorio. I tried a delicious agave margarita and enjoyed chatting with the bartender, a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable guy. They mainly serve cocktails with Mexican spirits. I want to go back!

16/09/2025: We celebrated our wedding at Montaldo Castle. The reception was perfect and organized down to the smallest detail, the food was excellent, and the location was beautiful. We received compliments from all our guests, even those from abroad. Thanks to all the kind staff, especially Ada and the head waiter!

The experience was so comprehensive and engaging that it deserves to be described in every detail: those who read to the end will discover why this castle can transform a simple stay into an unforgettable memory. We chose Castello di Montaldo for a sports retreat and a photo shoot, an event that required meticulous planning. From the very beginning, the facility and staff proved up to the challenge. The location, an imposing castle overlooking the Turin hills, elegantly combined historic charm and modern comforts, offering an ideal setting for evocative photographs. The Professionalism of the Staff The real strength was the team. General Manager Marco Carlini was our first contact, a highly caliber professional. Assistant General Manager Alessandra Brancato then handled the preliminary planning with finesse, proposing solutions perfectly tailored to our needs. Finally, Banqueting Manager Ada graciously assisted us throughout the afternoon, allowing us to freely use the most charming spaces. Despite our small event, the care and attention we received made us feel like honored guests.

10/07/2025: There's no balance between the quality of what's offered and the price. The room was full of dust. The quality of the coffee and the coffee machine is poor (disappointed because this is offered at breakfast). (The coffee at the café next door is not good.) The staff is friendly, but a little tense.

04/05/2025: Eravamo ospiti dell'Hotel, di cui avevamo già percepito la cortesia e la cordialità. A cena scopriamo questo locale caratteristico con personale sorridente e disponibile. Piatti tipici piemontesi, con possibilità per alcune pietanze di prendere una porzione ridotta. Ottima qualità del cibo, servizio impeccabile e curato. Per gli amanti degli amari buona offerta di amari tipici del Piemonte. Prezzo adeguato. Esperienza da ripetere.
