06/04/2025: Il locale è semplice, pulito, con le foto dei visitatori celebri alle pareti: qui non si viene per il locale figo, si viene per la pizza, che è molto buona con prezzi onesti. Ha il cornicione morbido ma non eccessivo, molto ben farcita e saporita. Certo per chi preferisce la pizza sottile e croccante non è il posto giusto. Il servizio è veloce e sorridente, limoncello e mirto offerti. Bancomat funzionante. Nel cuore di Barriera, ma non c'è da preoccuparsi: ci sono più negozi aperti qui la domenica sera che in tante zone più blasonate.

28/03/2025: Who doesn't remember the "DA CRISTINA" pizzeria in Corso Palermo? There was a wait of up to an hour outside. The husband distributed the numbers and then called when it was time...'O NUMMER' THIRTY!! Entering and sitting down, smelling the scent coming from the bakery, where Cristina and her two grandchildren worked, was a privilege. I, who am Neapolitan, closed my eyes for a moment and it seemed to me that I was in Port'Alba. This lucky moment for the place lasted a long time, from which everyone left refreshed and happy. I went there last night. Cristina and her husband are no longer here ... they prepare pizzas in Paradise. The grandson who learned the trade excellently remained. The pizza is excellent, the ingredients very fresh, the kindness touching The restaurant has remained with the characteristics of the historic Neapolitan pizzerias. On the walls there are photos of famous customers, and then Pulcinella, Totò, Neapolitan views and maxims. Low prices against excellent quality and service. I wondered why there are almost all the tables empty. Because pizzerias that advertise pineapple are now trendy and because we no longer recognize tasty things Go there. You will return.. For me it remains one of the tastiest and most genuine pizzas in Turin.

25/04/2025: A volte al mc drive fanno un po' di errori. Le patatine potrebbero essere migliori: cotte male e molto salate. Panini buoni (almeno per essere un fast food). Bibite con troppo ghiaccio (anche di inverno!!!). Happy Meal con regalo per maschio anche se viene chiesto per femmina, o viceversa. Apparentemente pulito. Personale non sempre perfetto, a volte sembra svogliato.

06/05/2025: We chose this restaurant to celebrate my son's baptism. I would say that we had a bad experience is an understatement. The party was scheduled for May 4th, the day before we were told that there would only be 1 high chair (since March they had assured us that we would have two, that they would buy another one). They told us that the courier does not deliver in time for the May 1st party: did you have time from March to May and you buy it the day before? It doesn't seem right to me. This is already like before the party they managed to make us live badly the day. They told us that we can go and set up from 8 the same day and that at 9 the tables would be ready. Obviously at 9 nothing was ready, we left at 10 when they still had to set the tables. We opted for an appetizer buffet + first and second course. We arrived around 1:30/1:40 pm (once the celebration was over) and the appetizer buffet was not ready at all (not even the cold dishes). There was an empty white table, very ugly to see. We have to hurry and ask for the appetizers to be served. They load the table, and once the appetizers are finished they don't refill, which they had assured us they would do. I ask a waitress and they tell us "now we serve the first course". We, quite irritated, go to ask for the appetizers, NOT ALL THE DINNERS had managed to serve themselves and I assure you that they had taken a bit of everything, but logically. So the portions were not at all sufficient. We, the parents of the children who were being baptized, did not even try them for example. That table continues to be a desert. They refill with appetizers that were not agreed upon, the leftovers they had in the kitchen, such as COLD frozen panzerotti. We chose agnolotti del plin alla monferrina as a first course, a dish that we had eaten at the restaurant in March, which had impressed us and for which they had chosen the restaurant (I attach a photo). The party was for my son and my niece, we are breastfeeding and do not consume alcohol, we specify this and they assure us that the dish will arrive without. We taste it and obviously the dish has alcohol, I call the waiter, I point it out to him and he takes my and my sister's dish (DISHES TASTED) and serves them to two of our friends. Now I'm not going to say how disgusted and UNHYGIENIC this is. At that point they serve us the dishes without alcohol. I'm posting the photo of the dish (with alcohol) served. There is no comparison between what we had eaten and what was served: there is no gorgonzola on top, no decoration on the plate and no pieces of meat: not to mention the ridiculous portion. We had agreed 1 bottle of wine for every 4 people. Our table remains without wine for a long time, the table of relatives too. The waiter comes, after our complaints, to show us IN FRONT OF EVERYONE the corks of the uncorked bottles: we see 9 corks despite there being 6 tables and 6 open bottles on the tables, none of which are finished but ok. The soft drinks, included with the menus, are not served unless after assiduous requests. We had included a flute for cutting the cake: we are told THAT IT IS NOT TRUE. We go to the owner: everything is fine but it is ridiculous to also accuse us of being a liar. They bring us two bottles of sparkling wine once the cake is finished: THE MEANING? I am very sorry for the impression made with my guests: no one was full. We could all have eaten a pizza afterwards without any problems. Not satisfied, after all the complaints received, they also make us pay for the coffees. Absolutely not recommended for events.

02/05/2025: Dinner with friends, excellent food, friendly chef with complimentary dessert at the end, adequate portions, indeed almost abundant and very well presented, some difficulties with the waiters who were obviously of foreign origin and who struggled a bit to understand the nuances of the Italian language. I would happily stay here again

20/04/2025: There's no point in asking how you want the order if it arrives as it happens. Already the 3rd time I've thrown it away. Usually good but disappointed.

30/11/2024: I have had the roll kebab several times. Really good. The staff is polite and kind. Average prices.

11/11/2024: I eat around 5-6 kebabs a month in 5-6 different places, but here they do it better rolled up.

05/05/2025: The shop is located in via Boston 2, excellent Sicilian pastries, the products are fresh. I recommend them to lovers of the Sicilian tradition. As soon as it opens today I'll go and take some photos too

21/04/2025: We must start by saying that we came on Easter Monday. There were a lot of people. We encountered courtesy and kindness from the first waitress. He placed us outside in a pleasant dehor. I took a menu with well-made appetizers and a good tajarin with meat sauce. Little problems: we sat down at around 2.00 pm and waited 30 minutes to place our orders. The second waitress had some comprehension problems and forgot things. She was wearing the wrong things, in short, a bit clumsy. The chicken my wife ordered was poorly cooked, it seemed a little undercooked. My veal with tuna sauce was done very well, as were flan and tomino al verde. I give a total 3 stars to compensate for the ups and downs of the place but that I would like to try again once with fewer people.

30/04/2025: Un'eccellente pizza senza glutine. Ottima anche quella normale e squisiti gli antipasti sempre senza glutine. Finalmente una bella esperienza anche per me che sono celiaca.

15/12/2024: The place is lovely, both the external and internal spaces. The food is mediocre, I expected much more for a 50th wedding dinner. I absolutely don't know what they spent on dinner, so I can't give a value for money. The fassona steak was good, even if there was no encore, while for the ham and melon, which no one wanted, there was an encore, good seafood salad but nothing exceptional, first course of salted fish and ravioli with three roasts mediocre. The second course was a Ligurian-style grouper which was also slightly salty and looked more like cod. They say the roast was tender. The cake was good. I wasn't bad but I wouldn't go back. The service was questionable, I'm sorry to give a less than excellent rating, but there is room for improvement, perhaps an honest review can help.

25/03/2025: Owners, at least I think, given their age, not nice at all. Awkward waiter, with bitten nails and sweaty hands. Ordered a plate of spaghetti, which was served at least ten minutes before the other diner's pizza, politely asked for a spoon and brought it to me very annoyed. No parmesan, not even asked if it might be appreciated. Sicilian pizza, which everywhere is made with tomato, here if you want it red, you pay €1.50 extra. Plus the inedible anchovies and watered down capers. The only thing that is saved is the dough. Failed across the board!

10/03/2025: Abbiamo pranzato per la prima volta in questa trattoria, ma purtroppo le l’esperienza è stata deludente. Il locale ha un arredamento un po’ superato, ma questo è il meno. I piatti che abbiamo ordinato erano mediocri e il pesce consigliato dalla anziana proprietaria sembrava congelato, non ho trovato amore e cura per la cucina. I primi erano insipidi con gusci di vongole rotti. Arrivati alla cassa, abbiamo trovato la medesima signora che tagliava la frutta a mani nude e toccando poi i soldi, penso che l’igiene sia al primo posto. Il conto fatto a voce senza scontrino dettagliato ,conto finale un po’ sopra la media Lo sconsiglio.

10/03/2025: Ecco un vera trattoria: ambiente informale, servizio veloce, piatti (finalmente!) poco elaborati e senza impiattamenti assurdi oggi tanto di moda. Insomma l’ideale per una serata tranquilla mangiando in modo semplice ma bene e spendendo il giusto. I piatti, essenzialmente a base di pesce, sono ben cucinati e gli ingredienti paiono freschi. Certo, ripeto, niente di ricercato: come mangiare dalla mamma!
