10/03/2026: For the second year in a row, I ordered a gluten-free and lactose-free birthday cake: PHENOMENAL. Aesthetically perfect and exceptionally flavorful (sponge cake, hazelnut cream, and chocolate ganache topping). It's hard to tell the difference between this and a non-celiac cake. Impeccable booking service with much-appreciated suggestions. Thank you. The only flaw, after two years as a loyal customer, is the panettone and colomba, which aren't up to par with the rest and are very, very dry... but I'm confident the recipes will improve ;)
