01/04/2024: Good flour, good pizza. What is missing is transparency in pricing. If you order a drink you should know how much you pay for it beforehand not at the bill, there was no drinks list. If you suggest extra menus I should have a list of them. And I wouldn't want to have any nasty surprises at the bill, like farinata at a different price from the menu and if I ask the waiter what I drank such as beer (moretti) I end up having to pay for an Ichnusa with a higher price. 12/03/2024: Pizza restaurant with a very interesting menu. You can find typical dishes and seasonal specialties recommended by the waiter. The food was excellent, the service was very kind but, since I am a colleague, I allow myself to make a few notes: when clearing the table it is good practice to ask if you can take the dish away and when a customer orders you a wine, in my case the Dolcetto, you don't show up with another bottle saying: "that one is finished so I'll give you this" as if there was nothing else, in my case a Montepulciano which had nothing to do with it and among other things it was the remaining bottle, this made me wonder if you didn't want to open a new one of Dolcetto...
