02/04/2025: It was my first time dining in a Michelin starred restaurant, and everything was like a dream. The food was absolutely outstanding, yet D.ONE Burger was the best burger I have ever had. Service quality and the ambience made me feel comfortable and joyous. We came to eat this time but next time will try the rich and "colorful" menu of cocktails. If your way crosses to Torino, D.ONE is definitely a place to eat&drink.

18/03/2025: Local pickup, but I also tried the home delivery service once, everything was perfect. The pizza is very good, good dough and ingredients. There is the possibility of eating directly in the restaurant, it is not exclusively for takeaway, there are some tables. The staff is very kind!

07/10/2024: In questo pazzo freddo autunno ho voluto pochi giorni fa salire sulle montagne poste all'ingresso della Valle d'Aosta per fotografare l'autunno anche con la nebbia e le nuvole. A pranzo siamo andati nell'agriturismo Le Capanne , che già un pò conoscevo ed oggi con piacere ho notato che i lavori di ristrutturazione lo rendono ancor più accogliente, tutto legno e pietra . Naturalmente con una bella stufa accesa perchè siamo quasi a 1500 metri. Sulla cucina poco o molto da dire. Poco perchè è la cucina classica canavesana di montagna con i piatti della tradizione, se pur con un pò di restyling per renderli dieteticamente e gastronomicamente più consoni ai gusti odierni, ovvero togliendo grassi e condimenti superflui ( che in campagna ed in montagna una volta abbondavano) . Molto perchè sono una gioia per il palato e per gli occhi. L'autunno è forse la stagione migliore perchè i funghi porcini sugli agnolotti, ad esempio, sono impareggiabili. Ottimi gli arrosti e menzione a parte per la carne cruda, tenerissima . Servizio efficiente e cortese senza indugi inutili. Carne e formaggi arrivano direttamente dai capi della loro mandria di mucche di razza pezzata valdostana , che pascolano nella conca prospicente la struttura. Naturalmente i giorni feriali sono più indicati per venire qui, minor rischio di incrociare auto sulla strada fatta di tornanti, maggior tranquillità e possibilità di godere del paesaggio, nubi permettendo. Alla domenica si sa, si può esser in tanti , come lo si è se si va al mare nei giorni festivi , l'autostrada è trafficata e si viaggia più adagio , ma non per questo si rinuncia al piacere della gita. Così è anche in montagna. La struttura è ancora aperta poche settimane poi chiude per la pausa invernale . Andateci perchè la magia del foliage abbinata al buon mangiare è un qualcosa che fa molto bene all'animo umano.

17/03/2025: Wow! Eva is a real certified expert on olive oil and living her passion for it! I went there for a tasting and of course bought some oil. She was so kind and genuine. Absolutely recommend if you want to learn and appreciate the real meaning of extra virgin olive oil! She is one of few who is a nationally certified olive oil expert!

11/10/2024: Unique experience, unfortunately too short. We had a quick aperitif in an intimate and welcoming place. Eva is very kind and helpful in a genuine way, in the era in which we live these are more unique than rare characteristics. We tasted exceptional oils and were advised on truly high quality products to buy.

30/03/2025: We were a table of 4 people, we ordered 1 pizza, 1 mixed grilled fish and 2 linguine with two different sauces. The food was quite good, the only flaw is that half the table had their dishes straight away while the other half had to wait. When the pasta finally arrived the other two people had practically finished dinner. Furthermore, the characteristics of the sauces are not clearly specified on the menu, because in the speck and trevigiana one it is not written anywhere that there is also a lot of cream! For intolerances you have to be careful and get more information if you have any doubts. The pizza was good, while the fish had some flaws. It was not salty (the salt was missing) and the squid was rubbery, but the shrimp were good. There are both homemade and non-homemade desserts, we had a Catalan cream (good but I have eaten better), profiteroles and bonet (both good). The staff is kind and friendly. As a place it is ok if you are happy to eat inn food.

24/03/2025: Great place but too dark. Grilled octopus good and above all tender. The grilled sea bass instead undercooked and with little crispy crust. Personally I like it without the head on the plate.

16/03/2025: The environment is beautiful, with some very well-chosen details, such as the bowler hats as chandeliers, and the combination of colors on the walls and floors is also very beautiful. Very kind staff. We had an aperitif, the choice of not putting the usual chips and peanuts, but small plates with special salads and sausage, pizzas and much more was much appreciated. Price normal.
