Fantastic restaurant in the heart of town which specialises in pasta dishes - another winning recommendation from a friend.
The portions are generous and the quality is excellent. The restaurant is based on sharing with minimum 2 person portion sizes.
Make sure you turn up with a decent appetite. There is so much to choose from - the wild boar was an absolute winner, so much so that we had to order a second bowl and the carbonara was second to none. We rolled out of the restaurant fit to burst.

Beautiful location, very well looked after and welcoming, the dishes we tasted reminded me so much of the flavors of home, all delicious. We felt really at ease, very good.

Excellent, slightly Spartan restaurant. Very friendly staff and really good pasta dishes. I recommend ordering multiple types to taste more dishes.

Solid food with genuine and friendly management and staff. It's a little staid, especially downstairs, and only being able to order pasta for two is an irritation. Recommended nonetheless.

Very nice mountain place. The "minimum 2 portions" policy for pasta is a real shame, so if there are two of you it is not possible to taste different pastas and it is a shame given the large offer of first courses.
In any case, all the dishes were excellent as was the quality-price ratio.

Very nice and welcoming place, kind person, one course better than the other, from the mixture of cured meats and cheese, to the abundant and delicious one, to conclude with a killer cheesecake... super recommended!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Imperdibile! Non si può venire a Sauze e non andare da Sugo's! Ottimo cibo, perfetto se sei in compagnia perché puoi condividere i piatti. Materie prime di qualità, personale cordiale, atmosfera.calda e confortevole... Una vera coccola!

Good pasta with lots of different choices you have to be able to share the pasta that you want with someone else though. I liked the Tiramisu and highly recommend the cheese fondue and bacon pasta.
The only downside to coming here was that we had to wait 20 minutes for our table even though we had booked it for 8 o'clock as the people who were at our table before us were 30 minutes late!

Le cadre est agréable, ambiance chalet. L'accueil correct. Large choix de plats de pâtes que l'on ne peut hélas tester car obligation de s'accorder pour choisir le même plat de pâtes servi pour deux personnes (28 euros) + 4€ pour le dressage de la table, cher pour ce que c'est.

Just a really delightful evening meal. The ambience was perfect, the staff were all charming.
This is a fantastic authentic Italian restaurant. The choices are mainly bruschetta and pasta, but what-a selection!
The drinks are very reasonable and of high quality too. All 8n all i can’t recommend this restaurant enough. What a great place to finish our pre Christmas ski week 😍
