27/03/2025: the best café in Pinerolo in my opinion. Spectacular homemade cakes, kind and friendly staff, fantastic terrace inside for a peaceful coffee in the city centre.

There's no need to choose, just let yourself be led through a triumph of flavors and pairings. The raw ingredients take center stage, in their simplicity, but with original pairings and superb technique. We'll definitely be back!

16/06/2025: We had dinner at this pizzeria-restaurant and decided to try both the pizza and the dishes from the kitchen. The pizza turned out to be a good product, in line with the best pizzerias in the area. However, the real surprise came from the kitchen: the dishes were prepared and presented impeccably, with great attention to plating and a truly pleasant aesthetic. We appreciated the care dedicated to every detail, from the consistencies to the taste, up to the portions. The advice I feel like giving to the restaurant is to enhance and focus even more on the kitchen, because it really won us over

08/09/2025: I've never eaten such a terrible pan pizza with so few ingredients. Even my daughter's regular Margherita pizza with sausage was poor, poor, poor in ingredients. I just threw 4 pieces up. Change the pizza chef.

09/09/2025: Excellent hotel.. excellent and helpful staff.. everything was excellent food.. there was also a lovely evening for the holidaymakers with lots of cakes and prizes.. people who without knowing us made us feel part of them.

06/08/2025: We stayed at the Locanda for two relaxing days and had a wonderful time. The accommodation was clean, basic but well-maintained and tidy, perfect for those seeking tranquility and comfort. The location is excellent: you can set off on foot directly from the property for beautiful mountain walks. The food was truly excellent, and we really appreciated the option of having sandwiches made upon request for days out. The service was good, and the village is a little gem, charming and quiet. Recommended for those seeking nature and relaxation!

28/07/2025: Unfortunately, my expectations were high. In my opinion, this is a pizza with a ready-made base, like pinsa. The ingredients aren't bad, but the dough is serious! Is it possible that the freno allamano pizza was only available for celiacs? If it were a leavened dough, you can assemble it however you like. I also eat the ready-made base at my house. However, the service deserves praise for its kindness and courtesy. I recommend a place like this, it deserves a different dough!

10/07/2025: Eravamo nella pausa di lavoro con il mio collega e abbiamo chiesto allo chef di consigliarci, anzi di affidarci a lui….. la risposta è stata eccezionale e stupefacente, non me lo sarei mai aspettato in così poco tempo ha preparato un piatto di Tagliolini allo scoglio veramente sublime. Rapporto qualità prezzo Eccezionale, ottima preparazione. Consiglio a chi vuole organizzare una serata o un pranzo di contattare lo Chef Fiore (proprietario del locale) e di affidarsi a lui per togliersi qualche sfizio culinario. TOP TOP TOP
