08/02/2025: Booked pizzas for home delivery: (call made at 5.45pm and I was told that there were no problems with the time) so I booked for 7pm, they didn't even ask me for my mobile number, pizzas arrived at 8.13pm after 2 reminder calls, on the first call they told me that my street didn't exist on the Tom Tom, on the second call, yes, the pizzas are arriving and we'll make them again. Having said that: reheated pizzas, burnt farinata, cold fried potatoes, and above all not even a discount or a "sorry for the inconvenience" ever again!!!

18/11/2024: We stopped just for a quick breakfast, excellent location of the place, good cappuccino but the croissants were really disappointing and cost €2 each.

31/03/2025: Nice place. There is no cohesion among the staff, there is no smile, no friendliness and elsewhere in the afternoon, the lady in the morning smiles and is welcoming. Beck's at 4 euros or chips or nothing out of respect for myself I was hungry but I refused to buy anything else to eat. The maitre d' who spoke, smiled and worked with passion is greatly missed. I give advice to both the workers and the owners. This job cannot be done for the end of the month, it must be adorned with desire and passion. The customer feels like a number. For the location of the place it is suicide to have staff who are dull and with a sulk that touches the ground, I say this to the council since I have been a bartender for 18 years with 4 generations of bartenders behind me. My criticism, although heavy, is intended to be constructive, given where the place is and the number of people it has should be full from opening to closing, creating a scorched earth around itself

24/03/2025: Another point of reference of the small and quiet city life with aperitifs and snacks of excellent quality. In summer and on warmer days the large outdoor area allows for a pleasant break.

02/01/2025: New Year's Eve evening with friends, I had a negative experience with both the service and the dinner. Cold first courses only tasted which also remained on my stomach, second courses and starters all in minimal quantities, negative experience I do not recommend it to anyone and I will never return more

13/12/2024: A dated place, but well kept, simple and clean! The owners are very nice and helpful. I would say the starter and polenta were good, but the tagliatelle and steak need to be reviewed a bit! Normal price... although a work menu would be ideal for lunch! The desserts are not bad! Negative note: little parking available!

28/11/2024: Everything was fine, except that the waitress wished me to die because I parked the motorbike badly, in her humble opinion. Update 1 year later: I've had 3 accidents and demolished 3 motorbikes, I'm still alive and unharmed but the waitress' curses are unfortunately the truth. I send them back to you with interest and without any remorse.

19/03/2025: Terribile. I ragazzi che lavorano non hanno idea di come si gestisca un bar. Tempi di attesa imbarazzanti. La signora deputata alla cottura dei panini in affanno continua a dire "che ansia" "cos'hanno da guardare" "se hanno fretta posso andarsene" . Tutto davanti ai clienti. Si sono persi ordini, conteggi di panini sbagliati... Davvero disagiate. Non consiglio

22/12/2024: December 2024: order placed with home delivery: a panzerotto, a farinata and a portion of croquettes. The latter fried very badly. I strongly advise against it.

31/03/2025: My daily breakfast. Coffee and sandwich freshly prepared with quality products. The service is fast and the managers are professional and very kind. Highly recommended to start the day off right!

06/02/2025: The only plus point is the location due to its proximity to the slopes. Poor cleanliness (as soon as we arrived I had to ask to clean up our bathroom where there was hair and hair and tubes of products left by previous guests, which despite the cleaning I found there, I didn't want to request another cleaning and I made do...), the shower drain was clogged and I didn't want to attack there too... the smell of sewage drains throughout the hotel, poorly covered by deodorants scattered here and there. The holiday ended with a sleepless night due to enteritis after dinner for all the members of our group, and after pointing it out the next morning we were told that no other guest had complained. It's a shame that during the night we could hear the toilets flushing continuously from the nearby rooms... I don't think anyone else was sick besides us... Maybe when we pointed it out, it was enough for them to tell us that no one had felt sick, and instead of telling us to go to the emergency room, perhaps ask if we needed anything despite the fact that they were confident about their actions. And then I hear the answer that they will turn to the appropriate authorities for the slander? And complain that the previous evening we ate in abundance and had an encore of dishes? It would have been enough to say: "we can't serve you anything else!". As for the fact that we ate elsewhere at midday, I would like to point out that we all ate different things. I personally didn't ask for a refund and I don't intend to slander the work of others and I certainly don't blame the weather on the hotel (of course!) No expense is spared when you go on holiday, but at least the essential things and the evidence of what is criticized...

04/02/2025: Excellent location, old and crumbling structure and furnishings, insufficient room comfort, poor cleanliness and, last but not least, enteritis for all 6 members of our group after dinner.

05/04/2025: The views were nice but the bathroom doors didn't even have a lock to make sure it closed properly, the toom key is difficult to use in general just needs to be better.

19/03/2025: Really nice place. Found by chance. Aesthetically it is very particular from the outside. Inside it has an elegant industrial style. Very kind staff. Really excellent food quality average prices. I really recommend it.

14/03/2025: Good morning….I think I have never drunk such a bitter burnt coffee….undrinkable….they have a spectacular coffee machine but I think it hasn't been cleaned for years!!!! The place is very nice…..they should clean it from top to bottom because I repeat the coffee is horrible!!!!!!!

16/04/2025: Ok, nice place, nice evening (music suitable for everyone and dancing), normal people......but I can't accept eating a pizza (which arrived completely cold) for the modest sum of 20 euros.......... Water 5 euros..... Cover charge 4 euros..... Truly unjustified prices. The waiters are like "I would like to but I just can't".

16/04/2025: nightmare birthday. it all happened on 02/22/2025. Captivating atmosphere at the table, very narrow, dark room and poor music for the proclaimed evening. Let's come to dinner if you can call it that. Starters made up of the menu items in minimal quantities 5 farinata 1 veal with tuna sauce 5 carbonare served cold with semi-charred sautéed 10 inedible spaghetti alla guitar 1 plate of gnocchi. We were served almost after 2 hours and various reminders. The bread is supplied with the food consumed, perhaps to ensure satiety. I go to the cashier to pay, giving my name and table number. We leave the restaurant and stop to chat while waiting for the rain to ease and after about 1 hour, a waitress and a stout brunette lady come out of the restaurant saying that I hadn't paid! nice place then I show the receipt and I am told that I had to go back because everything was due to an error. We return to the place where the bill is redone from pure madness covered 68 euros 34 cut of cake 12 euros each the farinata gnocchi 28 euros carbonare 26 euros shocking prices even if we had dined with oysters and champagne. A serious thing is that the site does not report that the prices could vary depending on the evening because they are completely different. CONCLUSION: highly recommended we paid 783 euros for hot air never again!!!

01/01/2025: Ci è stato consigliato per mangiare cucina di pesce di buona qualità. Purtroppo il ristorante di pesce si è trasferito in Strada Settimo e qui è rimasta pizzeria e ristorante di terra , ma non la stessa qualità. Cibo pessimo e prezzi alti. Scarsa disponibilità per emettere scontrino fiscale. Da evitare

11/12/2024: Locale ampio con Karaoke. Il problema è che arriva aria fredda da tutte le parti come se ci fosse l'aria condizionata. Come se non bastasse la porta d'ingresso che si apre e si chiude continuamente contribuisce a fare aumentare il freddo. Tante persone si sono lamentate. Anni fa non era così, c'era almeno un paravento davanti alla porta. La pizza è buona ma forse troppo cotta, ma li è questione di gusti. Prezzi aumentati ma non giustificati dalla qualità. Assolutamente sconsigliato
