15/02/2025: A good place to eat as a couple or in a small group. The menu may be limited, but it's clear that each dish is quite sophisticated and requires complex preparation. Everything was very good.
The mini appetizer portions offered by the restaurant were much appreciated.

30/09/2025: Tagliolini with mushrooms: a sloppy soup, charged like in a gourmet restaurant. Charging a cover charge in a pub with a paper placemat seems a bit absurd to me, and the bread was sent back because it wasn't requested. Regardless, beyond the cost, the quality of the dish was terrible.

04/03/2026: The restaurant that we had booked at was closed for some reason. But it was our lucky day. After taking a walk in the pedestrian zone of Novara, we came upon A'ma! It was fantastic! Our waiter was courteous, welcoming and smiling. The food was excellent. Just a great experience that we want to repeat.
22/02/2026: A very varied menu, and everything seems to be homemade. We ate there two nights in a row, and everything was perfect. The waiter was very friendly, and the food was excellent (you can have pizza, risotto, pasta, and other specialties). The setting is lovely. It's inexpensive. There are several dining rooms, and the restaurant is huge.
I highly recommend it!

12/01/2026: My girlfriend and I went in with the intention of eating a first course and a second course and also some side dishes, but fortunately we only stopped at the first course, both first courses were inedible, the lasagna was packaged and still not cold but frozen, and the tortellini completely dry and plasticky, a place not to be visited again and absolutely not to be eaten there, I don't see the point of putting so many services and many dishes if you can't even do one basic thing well.

We had a great time... even better!!!
Generous self-service appetizer... we chose two first courses... ravioli with butter and sage and pappardelle with wild boar ragù... homemade pasta, of course.
For the 3 children, pappardelle with meat ragù.
Truly exceptional.
For the second course, we had ribs with potatoes and salad.
There was also the option of grilled fish.
For dessert, everything was homemade... tiramisu... chocolate mousse... profiteroles or panna cotta.
The simple atmosphere is what we like... the owner is wonderful...
We'll be back... absolutely!
I recommend it...
09/12/2025: Rustic restaurant in the heart of town. Fairly priced for the quality of the food. The pappardelle with wild boar is excellent. The restaurant isn't very big, so reservations are recommended, especially if you're in a group.

20/08/2025: A wonderful place to stop for a coffee with exquisite homemade pastries. The waitresses are very attentive. The cakes are baked downstairs in their own oven.

14/02/2026: Upon entering, it feels like being in a home, a unique display of artwork. Going up the stairs, you reach the restaurant area, a refined atmosphere. The cuisine is excellent, showcasing contrasts and tradition; the chef is a man of few words.
