What was particularly annoying was that one person in our group was served their food much earlier and had finished long before the pasta even arrived. During all this time, no one asked if we wanted anything else to drink or if everything was okay—we simply felt ignored.

02/11/2025: Pizzeria located between Corso Milano and Corso Trieste, with an entrance on the former. I've been twice in the space of a week and must say the pizzas are really good; I particularly enjoyed the Pizza Serenella. Average prices but quality products; personally, it's in my top 5 pizzerias in Novara. 4.5/5.

13/11/2025: A small trattoria serving fabulous aperitifs at a reasonable price. Fantastic staff, beautiful and friendly women. If you find Ben there, you're guaranteed a laugh. Zia Giò is a guarantee of healthy, delicious food.

10/11/2025: The grilled ravioli and shrimp spaghetti are delicious, and the desserts are also good (crème brulee and chocolate cake). Fast and competent service. I come here often and they never disappoint.

17/10/2025: It's been exactly 20 years, since I've lived in Oleggio, that I've been frequenting the Cielo Azzurro Restaurant-Pizzeria and I sincerely recommend it to everyone, the food is good, whether it's fish, meat, Chinese food and as far as I'm concerned, the pizza is my favorite (in general) and I'm a lover, the owner is one of the kindest and most intelligent people I've met in my life and then he makes customers feel as if they were going to eat in a family home, all restaurateurs should have this quality, because food is quality and family.

15/02/2025: A good place to eat as a couple or in a small group. The menu may be limited, but it's clear that each dish is quite sophisticated and requires complex preparation. Everything was very good. The mini appetizer portions offered by the restaurant were much appreciated.

09/10/2025: Very friendly staff, excellent location. The only flaw: the mosquitoes, so many, never happened on Lake Maggiore. They gave us mosquito coils and mosquito repellent, but the tables next to us had to be moved because they couldn't eat due to the excessive number of mosquitoes. For the price, I personally would get mosquito repellent. As for the food, the fish is incredibly fresh, I highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back.

13/09/2025: A charming spot halfway between Stresa and Arona, a very elegant and charming venue with a breathtaking view. I was also surprised by the almost excellent Neapolitan pizza, the generous aperitif, and, surprise, surprise: truly competitive prices. What more could I ask for? Next time I'll definitely try a full dinner and hope the venue lives up to expectations. Ultimately: highly recommended.

02/11/2025: I was deeply disappointed by the owner's behavior. While I was still eating at the table, she approached me to scold me, claiming that the waitress (whom she described as "my daughter, by the way") had taken offense at the way I addressed her. The owner, without first asking my side of the story, accused me in a forceful tone, stating that "you don't address a little girl that way." I tried to explain that I had simply asked for breadsticks, finding the bread excessively salty, to the point of irritating my teeth. The waitress's daughter responded: "No one here has complained so far!" When I asked her to check the saltiness, she replied that she has a bread intolerance, and as she left, she began to speak to the staff. The owner denied my observation, tore off a piece of my leftover bread, tasted it, and claimed I was mistaken, still having the basket replaced (as the waitress could have done, without arguing). All this happened after the waitress's daughter had been staring at me from a distance for some time, repeatedly approaching the table, prompting me to ask if she had something to say. She responded to my question with an ironic "Nah, nothing," turning her back on me. Previously, one of the two steaks ordered—requested well-done—had been served medium, as confirmed by the same waiter, who promptly took it back to the kitchen. It then returned to the table completely overcooked. Despite this, we didn't want to complain further. However, for two €25 dishes and treatment that made a dinner I'd been looking forward to for months, on the occasion of my mother's return to Italy, unpleasant, we feel compelled to leave this review. We noticed that 90% of the guests were eating pinsa, not meat. Our advice is to learn to accept criticism and consider serious hotel training on how to handle guests in the event of unexpected events, as well as anxiety management and customer service courses. What happened on Saturday night was unacceptable, and even more disappointing was not even receiving an apology.

18/10/2025: Very spacious. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I don't know if I was unlucky, but I don't recommend the salads. The accompanying focaccia was very good, the fish, though small, wasn't bad, but the salad was overcooked and even black in some places... too bad.

14/07/2025: Very friendly, typical and above all very well-equipped little town! I would like to give a huge thumbs up for having made bins available almost everywhere, which fortunately forces tourists to respect them! I was afraid of walking around the lake and I must say that I was surprisingly surprised by the facilities!!!! Tourists are spoiled! The little tourist train, nice! And above all very practical! The island to visit, a haven of peace!!! Very quick crossing by small boat, with very friendly and attentive staff. Small downside.... There are many restaurants, menus and drinks that are decent, but from the start and automatically we are spoken to in English, whereas it would be more pleasant in Italian!!!!
