12/10/2025: The pizza is excellent, thick, just the way we like it, made with fresh ingredients, and above all easy to digest. We love their pizza tour. The little garden with games for the kids is unexpected.

02/10/2025: Beautiful, quiet family restaurant. Very fast service, friendly waiter who speaks good English. We only got a table by chance, and it was almost full, even during the week. Great food!

13/10/2025: I hate to give 5* for the food, service, and ambiance, because that's what's really worth it. I'm giving it 1 star because it's not possible that every time someone pays in cash, the receipt never gets stamped. It's not possible! At least give them a discount!

13/10/2025: We arrived a little late for lunch and asked if there was room. The waitress told us we could get in line: the place was full, and a couple was already waiting ahead of us. After about ten minutes, they seated us, and as soon as we were seated, they informed us that the kitchen had just closed and they could only serve us platters. We accepted, more out of hunger than anything else, even though we had come specifically to try the polenta of the day. The platters were generous and made with quality ingredients, but the price (€77 for two with a water) seemed a bit high. Overall, a decent experience, but it would have been more appropriate to let us know right away that the kitchen was already closed.

29/09/2025: I think charging €19.95 for a salad and a bottle of still water is quite shameful, especially since for two consecutive lunches, there were 20 of us, livening up a very average restaurant. They charge €2.50 for a cover charge, with no tablecloths, and it was "too complicated" to separate a receipt for new customers brought by regular friends. Aside from the truly charming and polite waitresses, considering the quality of the food, the value for money, and the attention paid at the cash register, go elsewhere. Paying that much for a salad or a Margherita pizza seems a bit like a joke.

02/09/2025: UNFORTUNATELY, WE HAVE FOUND AN UNFORGIVABLE LACK OF ATTENTION TOWARDS THE CUSTOMER WITH REGARD TO THE DISHES ORDERED, IN RELATION TO THE LACK OF CARE FOR THE PRODUCT AND ITS PREPARATION, WHICH RESULTED IN POOR QUALITY.

18/09/2025: It smells like a bar with a kitchen, not a restaurant (there are plenty of them in Arona). Okay... let's talk about it: I can't say the food is bad, on the contrary, but the portions are very small and at the same time very expensive. I really find it all very exaggerated! The waiters/waitresses are a bit so... not very empathetic. I'm sorry, but I won't go in there again! p.s. The bathroom is very dirty!

28/09/2025: I've been to this place for breakfast at least five times. I've always had a good experience. The pastries and coffee are excellent. The staff is also friendly and the place is clean.

22/09/2025: I went with my family last week, a very disappointing experience. The food was terrible. My son's pizza was awful; he couldn't even eat half of it, while the rest of us had trout-based first and second courses—a real mess, with disappointing portions. The owner was incredibly rude and arrogant. I strongly advise against this place. A gourmet in name only. Never again!

18/05/2025: We stayed in this hotel/restaurant with a group of Alpini on the occasion of the Biella Gathering and we had a great time. Courtesy, hospitality, clean rooms and a kitchen with genuine and abundant dishes. A heartfelt thanks to the staff for the warm welcome!

30/08/2025: Air-conditioned restaurant with a large dining room, a smaller one, and a terrace overlooking the street. The restaurant also offers set menus for both lunch and dinner, featuring Italian and Chinese cuisine. The quality isn't the best, but considering the low price, it's okay. I was a bit disappointed by the Chinese menu, which lacked flavor. The Italian menu was barely acceptable, because I ordered tortellini with cream and ham, and when they ran out, they served me really poor fettuccine.

25/08/2025: I forgot to take a picture of everything, I only took a picture of the first course, which was tagliatelle with cream, mushrooms, and bacon... well, the pasta was completely tasteless and the cream never arrived. Not that I had high expectations, obviously, given the location and the very low price... but neither did I expect the food to arrive tasteless, with missing ingredients, and the little that could be tasted on the palate was disgusting! I really don't think I'll go back. The price is okay, but the quality is very poor, or rather nonexistent, everything was bland, everything was terrible.
