07/11/2025: The food was really good, we ate very well, but the service... they should take a course in hospitality and politeness. The more customers arrived, the more nervous the waiters got. I understand there were two of them and they had to run back and forth, but the atmosphere was really tense. That said, we had lunch overlooking the lake, a truly beautiful place.

03/11/2025: If I could, I'd give it 0 stars. My boyfriend and I wanted to ask for food. A waitress came over while we were looking for a table to sit at, and without even saying good morning, she started saying, "No, quack, quack, quack (referring to a table), come on, come on, hurry up, I have to see if the kitchen is still serving food, come on, hurry up, hurry up, hurry up, hurry up. How dare you talk like that? Saying, "Excuse me guys, wait a second, let me check if the kitchen is still open," was too difficult? Disgusting. Obviously, my boyfriend and I left. I absolutely don't recommend it. Terrible service, not only do you pay, but you're also treated like this. No way.

18/09/2025: It smells like a bar with a kitchen, not a restaurant (there are plenty of them in Arona). Okay... let's talk about it: I can't say the food is bad, on the contrary, but the portions are very small and at the same time very expensive. I really find it all very exaggerated! The waiters/waitresses are a bit so... not very empathetic. I'm sorry, but I won't go in there again! p.s. The bathroom is very dirty!

20/08/2025: A wonderful place to stop for a coffee with exquisite homemade pastries. The waitresses are very attentive. The cakes are baked downstairs in their own oven.

16/11/2025: A nice place I used to go to in the '80s when it was an ice cream shop. Now it's an excellent pizzeria that makes Neapolitan-style deep-crust pizzas. Quick and friendly service, fair prices. So far, I've only tried the pizza; I'll be back for the restaurant.

09/11/2025: Terrible service. Frustrated waiters bring one dish every 20 minutes, and you can't eat with the people at your table. And they didn't even come by the table once to ask if we wanted to order more. Poor service. I've never been to a place with such a low standard.

21/08/2025: Everything was great – the food was delicious, the drinks too, the prices and selection were right, the staff was friendly, the wait wasn't long, and the location was good. We've eaten here a few times this year and last year, and I can't understand some of the negative reviews here at all. We would happily eat and drink here again anytime.

17/08/2025: It's a shame you can't give zero stars. I ordered a Diavola and got a pizza comparable to a frozen one... or maybe worse. Tasteless, with a mozzarella that tasted more like cardboard than dairy. The restaurant's location is also nice, but it would be wise to rethink the ingredients and, above all, the desire to actually try to manage a restaurant that starts from such a convenient location. The saddest thing? Seeing tourists thinking they're eating Italian cuisine. Poor things.
