14/06/2025: We are in Novara. In its historic center. There is this very popular old convent where lunch is served in self-service mode. The mushroom risotto and rabbit are good. The sachertorte is good. Fair price. Good for a quick lunch. There is also a separate bar with a cafeteria.

04/05/2025: Great place to have a quick and complete lunch without spending a lot. The buffet offers a wide selection of dishes and combinations to choose from. Possibility to eat both inside and at the outside tables. Very interesting

11/06/2025: Direi ottima pasticceria ma non hanno l idea che si devono modernizzare …. Al pagamento no bancomat col telefono ci vuole quello fisico al mio ecco … no solo un determinato bancomat …. Ma non capiscono che perdono la clientela e che la gente non torna più !!!!

06/04/2025: Pastry shop with seats also outside where, in the warm weather, it is pleasant to indulge in a sweet treat. Very kind service and excellent products, from pastries to cakes. At Christmas we also enjoyed a fantastic panettone.

05/07/2025: Beautiful location, improvement of the cuisine, especially true Neapolitan pizza and quality products. A warm suggestion: in the evening put something for mosquitoes, after dinner we wanted to stay but there was an invasion and we literally had to run away. If you charge well for the cover charge then you have to put some mosquito coils. It doesn't take much to make a difference and not get lost in the details.

26/07/2025: It initially makes an upscale impression, but this is quickly disproved by the unfriendly service. We were assigned a table with noticeable lack of motivation, and no explanations or recommendations were offered. 2 stars for the good sushi. Everything else is overpriced and tourist traps. We tipped anyway, but didn't even get a thank you or a "have a nice day." We definitely won't be back and can't recommend it.

17/07/2025: A Total Disaster – Avoid at All Costs Frankly, I have no idea how this place has managed to earn any form of praise, let alone display stickers of supposed excellence on its door — perhaps handed out to relatives? Because unless you're part of the owner's inner circle, you can forget about receiving even the most basic level of decency. The so-called “hospitality” is nothing short of uncivilised — arrogant, cold, and completely devoid of any professional communication. They clearly don’t care about the guests; they just want your money. Half our order was conveniently “missed” — a pathetic tactic, it seems, to rush us out the door. Not family-friendly in the slightest. Actually, downright hostile if you dare arrive with children. As for the food? An absolute joke. Over-salted, poorly presented, kids' meals had the unmistakable taste of something forgotten in the back of an oven. The fish? Frozen. The fries? Looked and tasted like they’d been scraped out of the bin. This wasn’t just a bad meal — it was a full-blown ordeal. An insulting waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a single living being. Save yourself the frustration. DO. NOT. GO

06/07/2025: Premetto che ci sono stata diverse volte ma ultimamente la musica è cambiata! Prezzi alle stelle e porzioni ridotte, sinceramente mi sembra davvero troppo! Coperto € 4, una bruschetta di 10 cm con un po’ di pesce € 20, un pezzo di salmone con delle verdurine € 26, dolci a partire da € 8, caffè € 3. Si può avere di meglio a prezzi più ragionevoli

31/05/2025: Moi qui aime bien manger, j’ai été gâtée, tout était bon et les produits frais. Je le conseille et il a même une terrasse. Service super et leur amaro maison est très bon. Vraiment resto top. Pas loin du golf donc encore mieux.

05/08/2025: The hotel is indeed in its original state, but that's Italian folklore. The noise isn't a problem; the hotel isn't luxurious, but the staff is so friendly. Thank you for our stay.

14/07/2025: Very friendly, typical and above all very well-equipped little town! I would like to give a huge thumbs up for having made bins available almost everywhere, which fortunately forces tourists to respect them! I was afraid of walking around the lake and I must say that I was surprisingly surprised by the facilities!!!! Tourists are spoiled! The little tourist train, nice! And above all very practical! The island to visit, a haven of peace!!! Very quick crossing by small boat, with very friendly and attentive staff. Small downside.... There are many restaurants, menus and drinks that are decent, but from the start and automatically we are spoken to in English, whereas it would be more pleasant in Italian!!!!

18/05/2025: We stayed in this hotel/restaurant with a group of Alpini on the occasion of the Biella Gathering and we had a great time. Courtesy, hospitality, clean rooms and a kitchen with genuine and abundant dishes. A heartfelt thanks to the staff for the warm welcome!

11/04/2025: Esperienza pessima mi sono presentato con mia moglie per un pranzo e, nonostante ci fossero molti posti disponibili, non mi hanno fatto pranzare. I titolari sono scorbutico , maleducati e svogliati. Non ci tornerò mai più.

03/04/2025: I arrive at Cascina Graziosa and my gaze is attracted by the building which is a fascinating agricultural structure and tells me about its history. The main body consists of the former manor house and in the two wings of the large courtyard there are the former houses of the rice weeders on one side and the stables with barns on the other, today also an educational farm. The rice cultivation fields that extend widely are still present around it. I was welcomed with great kindness by the manager of the bar and by a couple who live there and a little later by the very kind Antonella for check in. As you enter the building you are surrounded by a welcoming environment, scented with essential oils, the tidy and well-furnished room is spotless. In the morning, breakfast offers the right variety of food to satisfy individual needs. Thanks for your hospitality, we'll be back.

26/07/2025: Nice place, but poorly maintained, especially the exterior; it could be improved. The pizza was too thin in the center, the crust was high, but the dough was good. The beer was flat and undrinkable. I pointed it out, and they changed it, but the second beer was the same as the first. The staff was friendly but poorly dressed. I don't know if I'll go back.

12/08/2025: Aside from the good pizza and the manager's speed...the infernal heat is unbearable and doesn't allow you to stay inside waiting for your pizza. Pizza is ok.

29/06/2025: I have only been there once, 16 years ago, with my classmates in the fifth year of high school. I still have fond memories of it. I am sad to hear that today is the last day and that it will close forever. I have nothing to say except to wish you good luck for the future!
