06/07/2025: Sunday in early July, we arrive in a small group (10 people) for a quick lunch, the place has only two tables occupied. They take the orders of sandwiches and toasts and then ask us to change them because it takes 40 minutes to prepare everything ("there is only one cook and two tables before yours"). They offer us "freshly baked" focaccia as an alternative, two pieces of 3 cm x 8 cm arrive, frozen and very salty... In short, a real disaster in terms of quality and service. Too bad, it is a nice place in the center of town with an outdoor area overlooking a garden, it could be managed much better. Honest prices.

03/08/2025: A beautifully situated and, above all, very well-maintained place to relax and unwind. The staff were all very friendly and helpful at all times. The owners were available throughout the day to answer questions, and you quickly realize that they live and breathe their place. Dinner in the restaurant was a culinary experience we will remember for a long time. It's particularly striking how much the owners value regional products and quality, both in the restaurant and in the mini-market. We will be back.

03/03/2025: Very nice and welcoming place. We ate fish, of excellent quality, but we also saw the pizzas being baked and they were very inviting. There are also off-menu items that caught our attention. The wine selection is also very varied and the staff is attentive, kind and professional. Truly a beautiful discovery. Thank you very much for your hospitality

04/07/2025: I stopped at this bar which is located right in front of the sanctuary of Vicoforte di Mondovì with my niece,
We had an excellent breakfast with orange juice and a tray of mixed pastries, delicious very fresh, very clean place especially the bathrooms, very friendly staff and fast in service.
Price in the norm.

Sitting on the terrace, you absolutely have to order sundaes; you're not allowed to order a cone, even if only one person out of five orders a single cone.

Sono stata a pranzo con la famiglia in data sabato 19 Luglio.
Prezzi altissimi e qualità pessima.
Abbiamo preso tagliolini ai funghi porcini al costo di 17 Euro.
Porzione piccola, pasta scotta, condimento della pasta inesistente (sugo al pomodoro e prezzemolo praticamente senza olio e 4 pezzettini di funghi)
Riguardo i prezzi alti, un titolo esplicativo:
Costo di una bottiglia d'acqua 5 Euro
Costo di una coppetta di gelato alla crema con fragole 12 Euro
Costo di un gelato al banco confezionato Algida (Cucciolone) 4,50 Euro
L'unica nota positiva è la gentilezza del personale, nonostante non fosse formato adeguatamente, cercava di fare il possibile.
Rimpiango la vecchia gestione.

25/07/2025: The pinsa wasn't very good, the tomato was sour. I didn't find the quality of the Mondofoods I was used to.
23/05/2025: Breakfast for two, discussion with the barmaid as she tells me that they do not accept 1 cent coins as they are no longer valid for the bank. Let's say that it is not true but the girl calls the owner saying that we insulted her which is absolutely not true!!
According to article 650 of the penal code, anyone who refuses to accept legally valid coins could be subject to administrative fines of up to 30 euros. Given the response, I called the Guardia di Finanza of Mondovì who confirmed that there is an obligation to accept cents as they are circulating money. The only exception is no more than 50 coins at a time.
Ps: 1) inform yourself well!! what you say is false
2) no one insulted the girl we just said that it was absurd and in fact the Guardia di Finanza confirmed

The owners NO COMMENT….they have no passion for their work, for the place…for them it is really just BUSINESS!!
Promises never kept, the place is not looked after at all, the patio where the ceremony takes place is TERRIBLE (it was said that it would be fixed), to have more space/time they wanted decorations that were not theirs in exchange…TERRIBLE organization, very low quality food, lazy staff (maybe because working for people like that doesn't value you and that's fine) collaboration equal to ZERO. For those who should choose this location…a sincere piece of advice MAKE SURE THEY PUT ALL THE AGREEMENTS ON PAPER, BLACK ON WHITE because their word is hot air!! But an even more sincere piece of advice, for your special day….choose another location!!!
17/05/2025: We chose events as the location for my son's eighteenth birthday. Wonderful place. We chose the apericena formula, very abundant food and helpful staff, impeccable service. The evening was nothing short of splendid, the DJ was extremely available to agree to our requests.

31/07/2025: Locale semplice composto da due sale. C’è un menu fisso a 35 euro composto da 5 antipasti, due primi ed un secondo a scelta, tutto molto buono. Discreta la scelta di vini (noi abbiamo scelto un’Alta Langa da 40 euro). Personale cortese e simpatico.
03/06/2025: Un bonito y agradable restaurante en medio de la nada. Teníamos unos porcini estofados (muy deliciosos, crujientes por fuera, muy suaves por dentro) ; tagliolini (pasta larga muy fina) hecho con 40 yemas con trufas ralladas (trufa extra a 29 , 00 más el precio base del plato de pasta) ; conejo, lasaña de caracoles. . todos los platos eran muy sabrosos pero todos en el lado pequeño; servicio amable, agradable comida lejos de las multitudes, platos de setas son su especialidad.
El problema que nos dejó desconcertados fue que cuando nuestros comensales de la mesa de al lado pidieron la factura, afirmaron que eran revisores de viajes (igual que todos nosotros) exigieron descuentos y se les concedió; ¡no fue agradable escuchar eso!

27/01/2025: In viaggio in Piemonte, dopo aver letto svariate recensioni su questo ristorante decidiamo di visitarlo. Arrivati e accolti dal personale da una calda accoglienza in un locale carino e semplice e molto pulito.
il cameriere che ci ha servito, con aria saputella ( poco preparato ) ci ha raccontato il menù, abbiamo preso un antipasto ( crudo di pesce ) molto buono, un plin ( porzione mignon ) senza un briciolo di sughetto senza sapore, e due buoni brasati.
Al momento del dolce abbiamo optato per un tris di formaggi, dopo aver richiesto un blue cheese assieme ad altri due formaggi, il cameriere sbagliandosi riprende dal nostro piatto un formaggio che ci aveva servito senza che noi lo chiedessimo rimettendolo sul tavolo di servizio con aria strafottente. ( cioè mi riprendi dal piatto una fettina di formaggio già toccata ? )
Una scena raccapricciante!!!
Signori, studiate ospitalità, visto lo sbaglio si lascia nel piatto…

05/01/2025: Location adeguata , ottima lista dei vini , prezzo elevato ma in linea con le aspettative. Il servizio… si può fare di meglio, essere interrotti in un dialogo ogni 5 minuti perché devi rispondere alla domanda “ tutto bene signori” o perché devi servire il vino , mi sembra eccessivo. In ogni caso positivo

05/07/2025: Terrible experience. Hamburger with side dish: €12. Average price. Problem is that the dish was composed like this: cold focaccia, slice of cheese, hamburger and one focaccia to close. No sauces, no salad, tomato or anything else. And no side dish... I've never eaten something so disappointing... and so expensive.
